I am a full time teacher on summer break, so have availability to fit your needs over the summer. I have a fenced yard and available sidewalks/trails for walks. Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. I also worked in group of 15+ small dogs and "solos" (highly dog aggressive dogs). Working in that environment took me to the next level of understanding cues and dog behavior. I learned to advocate for dogs, look for health and safety warning signs and how to manage group dynamics. I am currently a *human* nurse and making time for animals because that is where I feel I really come alive. :) I believe that animals are part of the family and I will treat them like so. In high school and college, I volunteered at High Horses Therapeutic Riding Program in Sharon, Vermont and developed a love for horses. Whether it be your cat or your cow, I am excited to meet and care for your animals and home! I am currently job searching as I just finished my master's with Middlebury College, so I have plenty of availability for the summer and possibly beyond. About: Dogs bring such joy! I believe they are gifts and we are lucky to have them in our lives. We currently have a spoiled Australian Shepherd. I have learned so much as an Aussie mom, and love sharing helpful info with other dog parents, especially if they have a herding breed. I love all dogs, no exceptions! They deserve to be spoiled and appreciated for who they are. I offer pet care in your home, where your pet is most comfortable. I also have my own pet care insurance, and am pet CPR and First Aid certified. I work full time in the upper valley and have a flexible schedule that allows me to work from home several days a week. If you have WiFi, I’m happy to work from your home to accommodate full-time snuggles and care for your pet while you’re away! I believe that dogs are part of the family. I love spending time with them, walking with them and helping them to socialize. They are gifts!
About: Ive been taking care of pets since high-school, from great danes to kitties! Including but not limited to great-danes, pitbulls, hounds, labs and kitties! About: I have had dogs my whole life and am happy to care for your doggo. I currently have a 1 year old Golden Retriever and am well versed in both puppy and senior care. I am a full time teacher on summer break, so have availability to fit your needs over the summer. About: Hi my name is Sean. I recently graduated from RIT with a BFA in illustration. I love all animals and currently have a lot of flexibility to care for your pets while I am working from home. I grew up with two labradoodles and I have also cared for friends' animals while they have been away. One of my dogs has Addison's disease, so I am familiar with giving medication to pets. I am extremely flexible and am available during the week and on weekends. I make my own hours so can work around your schedule. I live with my parents and two friendly labradoodles ages 8 and 12. I could board a dog in my home if he/she gets along well with other dogs and is house-trained. I prefer to care for your animals in your own home: I can do drop-in visits, walks and daytime or overnight house-sitting.
