About: I've always had a love for animals and love working with them! I've grown up with dogs and love to be around them. My mom used to breed labs and I would help her socialize and take care of the puppies to prepare them for their new homes! “Taking on a totally unknown dog from a cross-country road trip, IS a risk. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 10. I would help family and neighbors and then grew to not just a job it has came to something I love and thrive to do. I currently work a flexible part-time job, which gives me plenty of time throughout the week to care for pets and give them the attention they deserve. Since I also have 4 cats and a 4-month-old puppy of my own, pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. Caring for animals comes naturally to me, and I enjoy spending my free time with them. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for whether I’m in my home or a client’s home. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs, whether they’re energetic, shy, young, or older. In a client’s home, I always follow instructions carefully to keep pets on their normal routine and help them feel as stress-free and comfortable as possible while their owner is away.
