About: As a former Air Force Medical Technician I have medical experience with humans, for the past nine years I have cared for many pets with medications. If your baby needs daily medication (eye drops, ear drops, pills or injections) I can easily accomplish on schedule. Our Bernedoodle, Claira, loves other dogs and cats! Daily walks are part of our routine and I would love to include your fur baby too! My three human children love having guest dogs and enjoy snuggling with them on the couch or in bed! All pets are free range in the house and are welcome on our furniture. Our house has a large fenced in backyard and the pool has a 4 ft fence that keeps all children (human and pets) safe! About: I have been a dog mom for the past 15 years and I love taking care of all types of dogs! I have bulldogs of my own so I have a lot of experience with eye and oral medication administration for dogs, and cleaning regimens. We believe in our house that it’s the utmost priority that dogs are loved and advocated for. If you trust me with your pup, I will make sure that they are taken care of the way you would take care of them; with all the love, care and understanding that you put into your relationship with your dog. For senior dogs we can also offer accommodations for their physical disabilities as well as offering separate spaces where they can rest on their own without interacting with other dogs. If you have a puppy or a dog that has been difficult to train, I can also offer some basic training skills that I’ll use with my dogs to make sure that everybody stays safe and is comfortable during their visit whether I’m visiting your home or you’re having your dog visit my home.

About: I changed the direction my life was going and found the REASON was Animal Care. I began volunteering at 2 local Humane Societies in 2013. Very shortly thereafter became employed at both Societies = working 7 days a week with animals. I adopted my first 2 pets (torti cats named Cali & Ava) in the Fall of 2013. After 4 years of Humane Society work I changed direction again in 2017 to a more professional aspect of Animal Care becoming employed at a Veterinary Hospital as a Kennel Attendant for over 7 years. I have performed a number of cat drop-ins around the Gloucester area for various residents affiliated with the Humane Society. One such assignment lasted for almost two months while the cat’s owners traveled to Florida for the winter. I currently work (outside of Animal Care) OVERNIGHT 40 hours SUNDAY thru WEDNESDAY. Those days I am usually available for Animal Care from 8am to 2pm. Thursday thru Saturday I am totally available. There is some flexibility with my overnight work and the possibility of a little accommodation for Animal Care. I also have to spare some time for my own cat’s care. “Hillary was great. She communicated frequently and sent reassuring updates and photos throughout our week away. We have two dogs and wanted them somewhere they’d get a lot of attention and affection, which is exactly what they got with Hillary and her family. The photos showed our dogs relaxed, on walks, and often curled up in laps—clearly comfortable and well cared for. Midweek, one of our dogs had an upset stomach, and Hillary was proactive, attentive, and accommodating in handling it. She was a pleasure to interact with from start to finish, and I’m truly grateful for the care she gave our dogs. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again!”

“Amy was amazing! We were a little nervous about leaving our dog with someone we didn't know. Amy immediately put us at ease and made us feel like our pup was the most important dog on the planet. She is extremely professional and answered all my texts quickly. She provided photos and updated us with how things were going daily. After meeting her we knew she would care for our dog like she was one of her own. She was extremely flexible at changing the dates of stay when I'd accidentally clicked the wrong days. Even though they were very last minute. Her compassion for animals is truly genuine as evidenced by the model she's set for her children. They, too, took to our dog and treated her like a real princess. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter for our pupper.”

“Stephanie and Matt were an absolute dream. I could tell right away that our timid-but-playful pup would feel safe and loved the two days our family spent at Busch Gardens and Water Country. Their home is spacious and bright, with an enormous fenced backyard. Their dog Callie was so friendly, as was the other dog being watched at the same time. Our dog Hattie was spoiled (in all the best ways) with playtime, treats and even sharing Stephanie's pillow overnight. :) I would recommend Stephanie and Matt to anyone needing wonderful care for their dog(s) in Williamsburg.
