On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

About: As a mom of 2 human children and 1 very special needs bulldog, I can promise you I will be patient, caring and attentive when caring for your fur baby. Whether it’s lots of walks or dog parks or ball tossing playtime they need, or just cuddles and hugs if they want to lay low, rest assured your fur baby will receive the same level of care you would give them. My bulldog Nora has been special needs since day one- we say she is “misunderstood”. Dealing with pet sitters and walkers has been a nightmare for us so I never want another owner to have to go through the struggles we did. I only take on one pet at a time so they will get 100 percent of my attention.

About: I’ve owned both dogs and cats and have cared for several family members’ pets for over 20 years! I’m a huge animal lover and miss having one of my own. I’m a stay-at-home-mom of 3 kids so I have plenty of time to walk and play! My schedule is extremely flexible and I’m available on weekends. I have an unfenced yard and live 20 feet from the Crozet trail system, right next to Claudius Crozet Park. We don’t have any pets of our own but my three kids (ages 4, 5 & 6) are very active and will play all day with your pet. About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years, pets are my passion! I am also a former Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp Manager for a national chain and have extensive experience handling dogs, cats, and small pets of all sizes and breeds. I am currently accepting small and medium sized dogs for in house day care and overnight stays. I specialize in small and delicate breed types, not usually suited for kenneling or vet boarding. All fur babies will be treated as family members while here! They can sit on the couch, sleep on the bed, and watch TV with us just like at home. Some larger "gentle giants" can be considered on a case by case basis, just reach out. I believe pets are family! All pets in my care are treated with loving and gentle guidance using only positive reinforcement. All dogs will remain on leash the entirety of their walk. We have a fenced in area off the back patio for bathroom breaks with wood chips as ground coverage. No grass of any kind for the safety of those pets with grass and skin allergies.

About: I grew up with dogs, cats, goats, chickens, pigs, peacocks. You name it. I’ve been a huge fan of animals since I can remember. I’m super active outside and love taking pups out on hikes or walks. My last dog had to take meds so I’m also extra sensitive to pups that may need more present care. I’ve dog sat and house sat for many years before and just recently decided to give rover a try. I’m also a photographer so pics of your sweet pea will be guaranteed! I’m a photographer so my schedule varies. Sometimes I’m on a shoot or at home editing. I work part time at a restaurant wed-Friday so am unavailable those evenings. There is never a dull moment, that's for sure! If you aren't comfortable with your pet coming to our house, that's ok too! I (we) can come to you! I'm a trustworthy, respectful, playful dogsitter as well. Transportation is not an issue. I can stay over night or just check in from time to time with your little one. It's all up to you! About: I love animals! I believe your fur baby is more than just a pet, they are a member of your family. I have cared for pets belonging to family, friends, and employers for years, and I will always treat them with love and care. I currently work full time Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. My only available time to assist with pets throughout the work week would be after 5pm. I am very flexible on weekends! I unfortunately will not have the room to care for pets in home yet. However, I can care for pets at your home. I will make sure your dog or cat has all the love and attention it needs and go above and beyond on making sure your pet feels comfortable and happy.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. I am a big animal lover so your pet would be in good hands. They will get a lot of attention, exercise, and love. I am fully able to take care of your pet 7 days a week and all daytime hours. I am available from 6am to 10pm. I can provide a leash if needed and walk only on sidewalks, paths, trails or take them to a nearby park. Safety is my highest priority.

On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”
