“Stacie was an absolute amazing! She took care of both my dogs; Duke and Rosie, for six days. Rosie stayed with Stacie before, but it was the first time for Duke. Stacie sent photos of both dogs multiple times a day. Duke had a knee surgery couple of years ago, so we were a little concerned, but Stacie was very cautious so he doesn’t hurt himself playing. Rosie is an anxious dog and takes a little time to warm up to people, but has no trouble introducing herself with other dogs, Stacie put us as ease! She provides regular updates throughout the day. In every photo, my dogs looked happy and well cared for. Duke and Rosie were shown a lot of love and attention during their time with Stacie and they came home happy and healthy. About: I've had dogs my entire life. In the last few years I've boarded over 30 dogs at the house. I've completed over 250 services on wag with dogs, cats, and a pig while maintaining a perfect 5.0 rating. References available upon request. Pet care is my full time job. Dogs will have free range around the house and I'm with them 100% of the time unless I have to go walk another dog. My house has a dog door attached to a fenced backyard which the dogs have full access to throughout the day. They're also allowed on the furniture and bed. We have a nice trail by the house which my dog and I walk about 5 miles a day on.

About: Hello there pet owners Although I'm new to the Rover community, I am excited to begin helping those in our community with their pet sitting needs. My wife and I have reached the life stage called "empty nest." We have successfully raised two wonderful daughters. Our oldest just graduated from Penn State (Go Nittany Lions) and is beginning her Nursing career in North Carolina. Our youngest daughter is a Junior at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies), and is only home for summer break. Since 2020, I have been working from home full time, which was perfect because it allowed me to spend time at home as we welcomed our 11 lb Miniature Australian Shepherd Barkley into our life. Barkley is now 4 1/2 years old and enjoys walks in the neighborhood or local park, and chasing balls whenever someone will throw for her. Our home generally very quiet, with just Barkley and me home for the day, and my wife Suzanne home after work in the evenings and on weekends. Barkley loves other dogs, unless they are bigger and play too rough with her. She would love a playmate to run and play in our large, fenced back yard. I live in a beautiful house with a 1/2 acre fenced in back yard area. I’m here to make sure to give the best attention and best care, and would be happy to provide a stress free resort like stay for your fur baby. About: I have always had animals in my life. I grew up on a farm with cats, dogs, birds, horses, ducks, chickens, turkeys and goats. I currently have 3 cats and a dog. For as long as I can remember animals have always been in my life! I’ve worked with animals from young kittens and puppies to seniors, I absolutely love spending time with other people’s pets along with my own. I am a college student taking classes in the summer. “Stacie was an absolute amazing! She took care of both my dogs; Duke and Rosie, for six days. Rosie stayed with Stacie before, but it was the first time for Duke. Stacie sent photos of both dogs multiple times a day. Duke had a knee surgery couple of years ago, so we were a little concerned, but Stacie was very cautious so he doesn’t hurt himself playing. Rosie is an anxious dog and takes a little time to warm up to people, but has no trouble introducing herself with other dogs, Stacie put us as ease! She provides regular updates throughout the day. In every photo, my dogs looked happy and well cared for. Duke and Rosie were shown a lot of love and attention during their time with Stacie and they came home happy and healthy.
