About: I have always been a pet lover. I grew up with large dogs, and currently a fur mom to a little one (11lbs) and a medium one (30lbs). For the last decade, I have worked with various rescues to help strays learn how to settle and be in a home as well as help with finding their forever home. About: I started out feeding, watching, playing, and loving my neighbor's cats. Then I started to help out with her dog, take her on walks, feed her, and play. I have a dog named Rocky who I take care of the same way. I do college online, so I am always available to spend time with your pups! I love going on walks and dogs, so dog-walking will be perfect for me. I also have a cozy basement and guest room which can be used as a perfect place to keep your pets overnight. About: Over the years, I've been blessed with friends trusting me to care for their fur babies, and we always have a good time. I observe every tiny detail of doggie behavior and what makes them comfortable. I enjoy letting them smell and observe their surroundings, and get them acclimated before introducing them to my day-to-day lifestyle, but I’m pretty much chill and easygoing. Both of my dogs are obedient and friendly, and have been trained at home. One of our dogs came home as a puppy, and the other one is a rescue, and both get along well. With practice and patience, I’ve learned to take care of most of their grooming, including nails, ears, paw trims, brushing their teeth, de-shedding, and doggie baths. With routines, I like start small with walks to get a sense of their pace and smelling habits so that they enjoy every minute, and if need be, I can help correct some of the leash pulling. I am also well accustomed to administering oral medication when dogs are on a schedule, so if that's something that you need for your pup, I’m happy to help. I'm blessed to be able to work from home, so I spend all day with my dogs. My usual work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9-5 pm, so I usually run my errands in the afternoon, and go for a walk with them if it’s nice out. On occasions, I sometimes take my pups to the dog park so they can burn some energy. Your pup will rarely be alone, but if I need to run errands for whatever reason, I have a doggie room with a camera so I can monitor them. There’s also plenty of toys, beds, and crates, just in case. I don't crate my pups anymore since they've learned to behave when alone, but if you'd like me to crate yours, just let me know. I’m more than happy to accommodate you and your fur baby's needs. In this house, your pet isn't a guest; they’re part of the pack. I have two other dogs that will keep your baby company and provide lots of playtime. I will follow your home routine to a T, and provide lots of belly rubs, walkies, and playtime. My house has a large fenced-in backyard, so they will have ample room to play and frequent breaks. Additionally, the neighborhood is very dog-friendly, so there are lots of sidewalks for walkies. There’s have plenty of toys here, and there are also a few dog parks nearby that we can visit, if your dog is comfortable. If your pup is more on the older side, prefers to sleep all day, and doesn't like to play as much, and/or is more of a loner, that's OK too! I’ll adjust to your routine and keep you up-to-date on everything. Basically, expect a very happy, very sleepy pet at pickup, daily updates, and peace of mind!

Cubs will be very happy to share all of his toys, beds, and go on walks together, sniff everything and be lazy with cozy blankies and treats ✨ And I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I’m all about communicating daily and please be aware as I may send too many photos and videos! There will be pee breaks every 3 hrs and dog steps in every room. My job is to prioritize happiness/comfort while you are gone, so your dog chooses me over you - (please be aware as that has happened before and saw one of my clients get real sad) I grew up with dogs and cats all my life. So I’m very comfortable with cat/dog care in all stages of their lives. Also, coming from education and child development background (i used to teach in FCPS elementary for 5yrs before pandemic) , I see so much resemblance in teaching children and taking care of animals - rules and routines, along with positive rewards and experiences. About: I have always had animals in my life. I grew up on a farm with cats, dogs, birds, horses, ducks, chickens, turkeys and goats. I currently have 3 cats and a dog. For as long as I can remember animals have always been in my life! I’ve worked with animals from young kittens and puppies to seniors, I absolutely love spending time with other people’s pets along with my own. I am a college student taking classes in the summer. About: Experienced dog sitter who raised and trained five puppies, provides senior and special-needs care including insulin administration, with therapy dog training and genuine love for dogs. I’m home throughout the day and evening, allowing me to provide consistent care, scheduled feedings, regular potty breaks, and plenty of attention. Dogs are let outside in my fenced backyard every 1–2 hours. Pets in my care have a safe, comfortable, and supervised environment with a designated indoor dog area, toys, dog beds, and crates if needed. My fenced backyard has extra-tall fencing for dogs who are jumpers, allowing safe outdoor play and frequent potty breaks.

“Erin was especially delightful and attentive to our pup. I knew we made the right choice from the moment my wife and I were greeted. Erin and her husband politely introduced themselves and then gave us a brief tour of her home, reassuring us that the environment was safe and pet friendly. Our dog is especially shy, but took to Erin almost instantly. During the days spent away, Erin took the initiative to send us plenty of photos and briefly updated us on how our dog was acclimating to her home. This was especially appreciated because our dog is high energy, sensitive, and on medication.
