About: I had this one male cat that an wild animal hurt. I had to give him an antibiotic twice daily and change the bandage daily. I set with him for hours because I did not want him to be scared. The hardest thing I ever had to do was be with my cat of 11 years when he had to be euthanized. I didn't want him to be afraid,this was so hard to do. Anyway I will give your baby all you would give.

From housetraining puppies to caring for aging senior dogs, I have experience with a range of personalities/quirks and am very comfortable with large or hyperactive dogs and rescues. My older Beagle, who I cared for for more than 13 years, had a seizure disorder and in the final months of her life, we administered IV sub-Q fluids to her every 2-3 days, so I have experience with caring for pups with medical needs and I can administer medication. I also have 5 years of experience volunteering in a high-volume animal shelter, working predominantly with large dogs, so I understand how animals might behave when they are in a stressful environment and interacting with an unfamiliar person. I strive to provide a stress-free, comforting environment while you are away so please let me know what your pup loves the most! What you can expect: — Time outdoors, playing or on leashed walks — Cuddles and belly rubs — Lots of (approved) treats — Every effort to stick to your pet’s routine and establish clear boundaries! I can provide in-home doggy day care and boarding with a prior meet and greet* if your dog gets along with the two dogs in our home. About: I have loved dogs since I was a kid. I mainly have experience with smaller breeds such as Maltese, Shih tzu. I also have experience with labs. I will be home daily so lots of cuddle and play time. My yard is not fenced but we do live out in the country and have a big yard. About: I have 1 of my own dogs who lives with me. But I also have experience with a total of 4 dogs as my parents have 3. All are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I am comfortable with all medium and small size dogs. I do request that they are house trained. I like to take dogs on walks but if they are smaller it is okay if they are not perfect at walking on a leash. I can even help work with them on that. I currently work a normal day job during the week. But I work remote, that means that the dogs would not be alone at all during the day. They would have someone to care for them, take them out and feed them if necessary. Every day it is not raining, I do go on a 1 mile walk with my dog on my lunch so that they get good exercise. HOUSE SITTING: I can work remote from your house providing care all day. However, my dog Charlie would also have to come with me. If this is something that you do not feel comfortable with, I can offer drop in help instead. I have 1 of my own dogs (Charlie) who lives with me full time. My apartment is fully equipped for a dog to be here safely. I have a balcony where the dogs can spend time enjoying the fresh air. My dog gets along with all other dogs and is very friendly as he used to go to daycare with many other dogs. I have the ability to walk the dogs, get them fresh air and exercise. I also have dog toys and bones available for them to use. Dogs are allowed in all areas of my place. Including the couch, dog beds and human beds. Allowing them to be where they feel the most comfortable.

I currently work 8am to 5pm M-T and 8am-12pm on Fridays. Stephanie is a teacher so she’s available to be home all day during the summer to ensure your pet is well taken care of! We wake up around 7 am to let our dogs outside and make sure all of them have clean water and their breakfast. Stephanie will usually take the dogs out in the backyard to play or for a walk in the park around noon followed by an enrichment toy or additional indoor playtime. When I get home we let the dogs out and feed them dinner. Then it’s just play/snuggle time!
About: Hi! I’m Katie. I’m 35 and have lived in the Lynchburg area for the past 14 years. I’ve lived with and loved animals my whole life. Im a natural with animals and do not get intimated with large animals. I own my own home and I adopted Patty in November of 2020. My life has never been the same. I can pet, walk, exercise, play, feed, brush, water, and love your fur baby! I’m patient and caring and will keep your pet feeling safe, exercised, and loved. Trust in me to keep your pet(s) safe. I am home most nights, so ideally I would be a great home if you need your pet to have a sleepover somewhere. I have a fenced in backyard. All dogs are on leashes when we go for walks. My dog sleeps in her crate, but does roam the house during the day. She is so gentle and calm. She has all her shots and a very kind demeanor.

About: I love animals of all kinds and have many years of experience caring for animals in both my personal and professional life. I currently own a wonderful dog and have owned cats, a bunny and a guinea pig. :) I don't know how people live without pets and always enjoy any opportunity to hang with a furry friend! I am comfortable caring for dogs and animals of all ages and with various care needs including giving medicine, baths, and picking up after accidents. I am always up for outdoor adventures and am comfortable going on lengthy hikes or just chilling and keeping your pet company. I currently work part time with a flexible schedule so I can be available during the day on weekdays as well as the weekend. I am also available for early morning check-ins and walks if that is what your dog/pet needs. I have pet-sat many times and am comfortable with all levels of care needed-from just stopping by to check-in to staying overnight and any amount of care in-between. I am a true animal lover and have found that dogs tend to feel comfortable around me so I'm sure your pet and I will become fast friends!
