I was extremely concerned about my pets and how they would endure a week without me while I was away for 8 days on a family reunion to Santa Catalina Island, CA. My sister informed me of the Rover.com service and I looked into it it. I scheduled a meet and greet with Milo and my pets; and after I felt comfortable in booking 3 drop-in visits. Milo was spot on, timely, caring and went well above and beyond my expectations. I have cameras and after each of his visits, I reviewed recordings of his visits. About: We've always had fur babies until now. We had to let our last pet cross the rainbow bridge at 17 yrs old. We rescued him when he was 5. Such a sweet boy!! We've also had German Shepherds, a Beagle, Rabbits, and Guinea pigs. Experience with Puppies and Senior dogs. FYI--I tend to be a bit over protective. I was able to retire early, so I'm home ALOT! Home is my happy place. My husband of 31 yrs still works a few days a week but is also home often and loves animals. We have a fenced in backyard with grass areas, and a pool. I'm very protective and would take your baby out front on leash, and out back on leash or under strict supervision, whichever you dictate. We have a large front yard and side yard and live on a quiet dead end street which is perfect for walks. We also have a fairly large home where small dogs can get plenty of indoor exercise. Home is my happy place! I retired early so I'm home most of the time. My husband of 31 yrs still works a few days a week but is home other than that. He loves animals too! I have a fenced in back yard and a large front & side yard. I'm over protective and will keep your pet on leash outside and well supervised.

I specifically have a cat currently, Autumn, who I found as a stray in the woods as a kitten and raised her to a healthy state. I am currently working a 4-10's schedule with flexible days. So long as I have two weeks in advance, any day should be okay. On those off days, I mostly stay at home, so your animals will receive plenty of care. I have two cats, of whom I take care of well. Each has their own litter box and I ensure both get a fair share of wet food while also ensuring they don't get overfed. I also ensure to play with them at least twice a day. I have an unfenced yard but am willing and able to walk the dog directly on a leash, my yard is large enough to walk them in the yard itself.
