Peyton & Daved have cared for my high-energy Australian Shepherd puppy, Luna, on three separate occasions now, and every single time she is beyond excited when we pull up—and completely tuckered out after spending her stay playing with all of her friends. My dog and I will treat your dog just like family during their visit. I succeeded well in training my dog on my own from house training, to off leash, to playing hide and seek, and I understand the important component of upholding and instilling any of your training while you're not present. I can easily crate your dog if needed with one you provide or with one of my own crates or expandale play pens. My yard is open, but there is plenty of space for fun. I enjoy long walks, so if your pup needs to get in multiple miles, I can make that happen. I have a multi level townhome. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the home except for the kitchen. If your dog loves the outdoors, i have a small deck and a small enclosed front balcony they can hang on. There are plenty of toys and puzzles, but you are of course welcome to provide their favorite toy.

Additional requests can be discussed with or without additional pricing) -Our commitment is to ensure your pets safety, emotionally and physically as if they are our own -Regular updates will be provided streamlining communication -I choose Rover over other traditional “2nd jobs”, because I want to enjoy the work we do! The yard is flat and fully fenced in. Warmer weather will have plastic kiddo pools for dogs to cool off. If your dog weighs more than 85 pounds, I require dogs to be leashed trained and/or with a “no pull” dog harness for the safety of your pet and care taker. Meaning, dogs that continually pull excessively while on leash, will either receive short potty breaks, or only “fenced-in” activities. This will be agreed upon at initial encounter. We understand the need to burn off energy! We want to keep everyone safe while we strive to keep the routine as close to yours as much as possible.

Upon meeting her, she is warm, kind & welcoming. My adopted chocolate lab has separation anxiety, which has been getting worse. In addition, I will walk your pet as needed and provide socialization and enrichment. I am a mom of 2 dogs and 4 cats in addition to my own children. My furbabies are always taken care of as soon as I wake in the morning and multiple times throughout the day. I have high expectations for the care of my own pets that I will carry over into the care of any pets in my care. Or I can most definitely take breaks throughout the day to come take your animal out and/or just give some snuggles! I am free on the weekends and can make really anything work. Just give me a time and place and I’ll be there! I have a huge back yard and plenty of space for your dog to run around! It is not fenced, so must have good recall or I can just walk them on a leash. If your dog is coming over to my house they must be good with other animals. I have a male Belgian tervuren (fixed) who’s pretty shy at first, but warms up quickly and would love a play buddy! And then I have a male Dachshund (fixed) who sleeps all day. I do crate my dogs while I’m away, and they can be crated just to give your pet some space to decompress. My cat is in a separate room so she will be away as well.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was eight years old. Including puppies and rescuing senior dogs. Some of the senior dogs were at the end of their life so I understand the need for compassion and care. “Le’Quitta was absolutely wonderful with Honey! From the very beginning, she was thoughtful and communicative. We did a meet-and-greet beforehand, and she even brought one of her dogs to make sure Honey would be comfortable since she can be a little reactive around other dogs. Just before our trip, Honey unexpectedly needed stitches and had to wear a cone while taking medication every 12 hours. Le’Quitta didn’t hesitate—she happily took on the extra care, administered Honey’s medications, and gave us complete peace of mind so we could still enjoy our weekend away. Throughout Honey’s stay, Le’Quitta sent frequent updates and photos, and it was obvious Honey was having the best time playing with the other dogs. She even had her first positive introduction to a cat! Every picture showed a happy, smiling dog who was clearly loved and well cared for.
