“They were wonderful with my sweet Minerva! I got regular updates on how she was doing and they were so very kind. After an unexpected extra day of being gone, they even kept her an extra day happily. There was the cutest outside and inside area the pups had free access to. It wasn't like a kennel where she was cooped up all day. She had play time and fun with the other pups. She didn't even want to leave. As we were leaving, she kept pulling on her leash back to Brooke. This is a dog who doesn't pull on leash without being exceptionally sure of what she wants. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. They also allow you to see the area the pups are kept before you book which was great!”

From cuddly Pyrenees, and scary-smart German pinschers, to spunky chinchillas, their best cat friends, and curious pythons. About: Been taking care of pets since I was in Highschool. It was always a fun way to get my pet fix since we didn’t have any growing up! Stay at home mom of 3 young boys so I’m always home. About: Hi! I’m Cami, and I live in Fredericksburg with my husband, daughter, and our two cats. I’m a preschool teacher and have been caring for pets since I was 12 years old. Over the years, family, friends, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, and care for their pets while they’re away. I’m currently on maternity leave, which allows me to be available full-time over the next few weeks for pet care, boarding, and drop-in visits. During the school year, I work as a full-time preschool teacher from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., but I’m available before and after work, overnight, and on weekends. I’m happy to work around my teaching schedule to provide reliable care for your pets! We have plenty of space around our home for walks and outdoor time. Our two cats are very friendly and comfortable around other animals. I’m also able to accommodate crating if needed and can care for multiple pets when appropriate.

My dogs have an open back yard but if your dog is trained to walk I will be happy to take them out that way. My dogs get plenty of play time mainly with each other but i’ve done plenty of play time with them myself and can incorporate that with you dogs if they require play time! I also have dealt with older and sick dogs so I know how to be gentle and handle that. I have also had my own cat and watched others, I adore cats. Mine was sick for a while so i’m familiar with oral medication for cats and soothing cats’ anxieties as mine suffered heavily from unknown anxiety.

About: I have always had a soft spot for animals. I began working in the medical field but once I became a stay at home mom I realized something was missing.. my heart was in the place to care for animals instead. When my youngest was just under 2 I started taking on small dog walking jobs to get us out of the house during Covid and enjoying some fresh air and I really just fell in love with it. I have my own "misfit farm" of unwanted animals and in my down time I am taking on dog walking/pet sitting. I recently graduated high school so my schedule is very flexible and open to provide routine dependable care for home and your pets while you are away. I always make your pets safety and well being a top priority by keeping pets in a stable safe environment including outside in yards, on walks, as well as inside their home.
About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I have cared for them when they have been at there very best and worst and given them the most love. I’m currently a senior in high school but I only go for a couple hours a day. I also work part time at before and after care. I’m mostly looking for times to fill in during my free time, including during break and over the summer. I will make sure that everything thing is safe in the area for that pet. And they have everything they need during my time with them.

About: I have pet sat for my Nextdoor neighbors for years and I have also had dogs my entire life and had to take care of them I work best in the early mornings and later afternoon on weekdays and almost anytime works on weekends I’m mostly flexible and available to be there for your pets I always make sure the pets are fed and have gone potty and I make sure that there are not to many things they can get into or on top of I also notify the owner immediately if I feel something isn’t right or if they is a problem with the pet of if I have a question

“They were wonderful with my sweet Minerva! I got regular updates on how she was doing and they were so very kind. After an unexpected extra day of being gone, they even kept her an extra day happily. There was the cutest outside and inside area the pups had free access to. It wasn't like a kennel where she was cooped up all day. She had play time and fun with the other pups. She didn't even want to leave. As we were leaving, she kept pulling on her leash back to Brooke. This is a dog who doesn't pull on leash without being exceptionally sure of what she wants. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. They also allow you to see the area the pups are kept before you book which was great!”
“My two hound dogs had an amazing overnight stay with Connie! Communication was great from before I booked through the entirety of the stay. I received so many pictures at multiple times throughout the day, and I appreciated the peace of mind they brought me. One of my dogs is a newer rescue, and she can be afraid of new people and men. Connie was very understanding and gentle with her. I knew my girls were happy, so I could relax more on my trip. My dogs slept for two days straight after they stayed with Connie. “Christie was great - kept us informed, sent us videos and took plenty of time to get to know our doodle puppy and gave her plenty of exercise and love. Also, when a massive rainstorm hit just before pickup, she gave us some extra time to get which was greatly appreciated. She is caring and offered suggestions about diet and treats and worked with her on her first nite getting to sleep in a strange place. Her large doodle ended up being a great play buddy outside.
