“Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

I also have furbabies of my own which I care for; two dogs and one cat. As of right now usually am free after 6. Moving forward my schedule should be more open. About: I am currently a college student studying zoo and wildlife biology, and I hope to have a career in either wildlife rehabilitation or working at a zoo. I have a good amount of experience with animals; I have been around animals my whole life, my grandfather was a veterinarian, and I have been pet sitting since high school. I also worked as a kennel attendant at Augusta Valley Animal Hospital. I currently volunteer at the Humane Society and have at the SPCA as well, walking dogs and performing other tasks. I work from home full time which means I have a flexible schedule that allows me to have greater availability. I grew up with pets from the time I was 4 years old- I can't remember a time before we had dogs. I currently own one pit bull/husky mix who I’ve raised from 8 weeks old. I have provided pet care for several families. The dogs I have cared for have ranged in size from small lap dog to medium sized lab. This care has ranged from short stays during the day to overnight stays for a weekend. I have experience walking, feeding, watering, giving oral medication, and any other general care needs. About: I’ve had experience with many types of animals since I could remember, which could be around 13-14 years. Our family is very animal oriented and it has been for a few generations. My great grandma raised, trained, and did dog shows with many different types of dogs. My grandma has always had animals as well as my mom. This ranges between birds, bunnies/rabbits, snakes, lizards/bearded dragons, birds, dogs, and cats. My successful routine with my 12 year old senior terrier includes early morning engagement to set a positive tone, scheduled midday breaks or mental stimulation to combat boredom, and structured evening bonding that eases stress. I have a 12 year old friendly Emotional support animal named Flower, who still loves to run and play. I also live close to the park, and have a crate if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of animals starting with my neighbor who relied on me for care taking, to my aunt who has her own dog business! I also have furbabies of my own which I care for; two dogs and one cat. As of right now usually am free after 6. Moving forward my schedule should be more open. About: I’ve had pets my whole life. I love dogs and cats. I love animals and have no problem spending my free time taking care of and playing with some fur babies. I have a pug that I've had since she was 6 weeks old. I also have a cat who I took in after his old owner abandoned him. I currently work full time Monday-Friday 8-5pm in Charlottesville. I am more than happy to stop by after work if needed or if you want me to stay at your place I can take care of the babies before heading to work to make sure they are fed and worked. Can work with a lot of schedules. I do make and sell jewelry so there may be a few weekend days where my availability is limited due to already committed to a craft show In my house I try and take my dog out every 2 hours. In the summer my pug is sensitive to heat so we do short walks around our driveway. She is a bit spoiled and will not go outside in the rain so I do also have experience cleaning up puppy pads and encouraging their use. My cat is both indoors and outdoors so he goes to the bathroom outside but also have a litter box inside I clean every few days for him.

“Tiffanie was beyond amazing! Her kindness and love of animals was evident during our first "meet and greet." Leaving my anxious GSD was a concern, but Tiffanie's confident and compassionate manner easily quelled any fears. Tiffanie updated me daily with pics and provided daily walks in the park with my fur baby! Most noteworthy, however, was my pooch had reemerging symptoms appear of a recent medical condition and Tiffanie handled it compassionately and without complaint! Denver is almost 14 and so giving him the love and attention he’d get as the only dog in the home was really important to us, and not having to worry about him getting stressed out by younger dogs who constantly wanted to play for 6 days. We couldn’t have been happier. Denver was right at home, getting walks that he loves as well as plenty of chill time and attention from Jesse and Emily as well as their two girls. Jesse and Emily were great about sending us photo updates that let us know that Denver was comfy and happy. Denver is a finicky eater especially when not at home and they were great about paying attention and giving some treats here and there to get his appetite going. We would definitely leave Denver with them again!”

“Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”
