Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

About: I am currently a college student studying zoo and wildlife biology, and I hope to have a career in either wildlife rehabilitation or working at a zoo. I have a good amount of experience with animals; I have been around animals my whole life, my grandfather was a veterinarian, and I have been pet sitting since high school. I also worked as a kennel attendant at Augusta Valley Animal Hospital. I currently volunteer at the Humane Society and have at the SPCA as well, walking dogs and performing other tasks. About: Hello! My name is Ellie S. I am 29 year sales and marketing professional who enjoys house sitting and dog walking on the side to keep life interesting. I work from home full time which means I have a flexible schedule that allows me to have greater availability. I grew up with pets from the time I was 4 years old- I can't remember a time before we had dogs. I currently own one pit bull/husky mix who I’ve raised from 8 weeks old. My great grandma raised, trained, and did dog shows with many different types of dogs. My grandma has always had animals as well as my mom. This ranges between birds, bunnies/rabbits, snakes, lizards/bearded dragons, birds, dogs, and cats. We almost like them more than people :) Pet care fits into my daily routine including every other weekend for my California king snake and bugs every other day with daily greens/fruits for the bearded dragon. 3 meals a day for the dogs, clean water for all animals, and the cats free feed expect some wet food. About: Hi! My name is Ellie and I grew up around big dogs, and have had years of experience taking care of other's animals as well. I grew up with cats and I love taking care of cats too! I currently have a rescue Saint Bernard named Winnie. I have had experience administering medication, vast puppy experience, and senior dog experience as well. I can promise a nurturing, loving environment and I treat all dogs in my care like they are my own. We have a dog-friendly fully fenced backyard, as well as a walkable neighborhood for daily walks. I currently have 6 chickens as well in a fully enclosed run and coop. If you have chickens that need caring, I am happy to provide that service as well! If your dog is staying at our home, I will ask that they are not aggressive and try to go after the chickens in their run. - Large fenced in backyard for playtime - Flexible and understanding service offerings - Comfortable with specific care requests I'm currently a full-time stay at home parent with a toddler and a baby. My schedule is relatively flexible, as long as I can bring my kids with me. For that reason, I will only be accepting clients that have child-friendly animals. My baby will be in a carrier and I will have my toddler in a stroller. I will not interact with your pup or kitty unless given explicit permission. I am open to weekends and holidays as well! I treat anyone’s home I am working in with respect, and make sure to “leave no trace” as much as it’s possible. I am happy to accommodate other household tasks during my visits/stays, including trash and mail.
About: I’ve always been an animal lover. I have raised 2 cats and 3 dogs from babies but have been around numerous animals. I currently have a mastador so no dog is too big 🙂 I will love your babies like my own while you’re not around to. I’m working full time on a rotating shift so I will be caring for pets on my off days, this will leave availability open for visits all day. I will care for your pets as instructed in your home. I work long hours and know the need for reliable and safe care for our fur babies. They will be in loving hands while you’re away.

You’ll receive regular updates and photos. When we have boarding services available, for the safety and comfort of every guest, we board dogs from one family at a time. Whether you have one dog or several, they’ll enjoy our full attention and a calm, low-stress environment. We currently have no pets of our own. Currently, I’m available for daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday drop-in visits, boarding and walks. Once the school year begins, I’ll be available evenings after work, as well as weekends and holidays. For drop in visits I prefer serving the Waynesboro, Fishersville, Stuarts Draft and Crozet areas so I can provide reliable, timely care. I am considerate and respectful in your home and carefully follow care instructions. My goal is to make the experience happy, safe and loving for your dog.

“Amy went above and beyond for our little Dot today! She was a life saver as she was available on such short notice. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and worked with us on maintaining consistent training, feeding schedule, and nap schedule for Dot. We are fairly new pup parents and she offered some great advice for some good training techniques to try with Dot. Amy sent us pictures and videos of Dot having a wonderful time! Amy’s property is gorgeous! If I was a dog I would want to go to Miss Amy’s! So very grateful for her and her love for animals. Leaving my anxious GSD was a concern, but Tiffanie's confident and compassionate manner easily quelled any fears. Most noteworthy, however, was my pooch had reemerging symptoms appear of a recent medical condition and Tiffanie handled it compassionately and without complaint! “Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”
