About: I have had cats my entire life and have extensive experience caring for them through all stages of life. Growing up with cats taught me the importance of understanding their individual personalities, routines, and needs. In my adult life, I have had two cats of my own. One of them I raised from a kitten and cared for throughout his entire life until he was 13 years old. About: I will take care of as if my own. I tend to get attached and fall in Love fast with furry friends. It’s actually called baby kitty syndrome. Like when you want to squeeze them so hard you will hurt them. Lol I need something to do with myself and make a little extra cash. I’ve lived with dogs, cats, birds, fish and rabbits all my life. I rescued 2 dogs, brother and sister, from the woods when they were 6wks old. They made it to be 16. I do have issues with my left leg/foot and lower back. So I won’t be able to lift more than 25lb max. I’m new to the area so this will help me to get out of my house and do something. I actually watch pets to get my fur baby fix and for a place to stay, specially when I travel. If your dog is coming over to my house they must be good with other animals. I have a male Belgian tervuren (fixed) who’s pretty shy at first, but warms up quickly and would love a play buddy! And then I have a male Dachshund (fixed) who sleeps all day. I do crate my dogs while I’m away, and they can be crated just to give your pet some space to decompress. My cat is in a separate room so she will be away as well.

About: As an animal lovers, I promise to treat your pet like my own. They’ll be in good hands with me for the duration of their stay. My dog has a strict routine as I believe taking care of pers works better with a specific schedule. He wakes up, gets fed, gets taken out, is given treats, among everything else at the same time. Every day. I work from home and that makes it easy to adjust our schedule. My dog gets taken out early in the morning and fed. After he then gets taken back out later that morning. In addition, we spend some time outside in the afternoon during lunch. In the evening, he’s fed and taken back out for a bit. Later at night, he’s taken out once more and given a dental treat before bed time.

I do have a full time job but I have a very flexible schedule and work from home. I begin my visits as early as 630 am and can do visits until 10pm in the evening. About: I have experience with all animal types including dogs, cats, horses, livestock, birds, pocket pets and some reptiles. I am a licensed vet tech so I am also comfortable medicating animals that need it. I have 7 dogs and 3 cats, all of which are friendly with other animals. I will treat your pets as if they are my own no matter if they are being boarded or just going for a walk. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding your pets and their needs while you are working, vacationing, etc. I can care for pets early before work, mid-day and late after work. On weekends my schedule can be more flexible depending on what activities I have going on. Any dogs that come into my home will be treated as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard for the dogs to play in. Boarding dogs will have their own room to hang out in.

Early AM (before 7:30AM) and evening (after 6pm) visits available all week. Afternoon / mid day visits are dependent on location and day, but open every weekend. I do not let dogs off-leash in non-fenced in areas or in spaces with dogs unfamiliar to yours. I require all dogs and cats to be updated on their rabies vaccines. I will not take an unaltered dog outside of his or her home, this is for the safety and wellbeing of your dog. If your dog struggles with behavioral issues and has a history of aggression, please include this in your message so I can help you decide the best options for your pet when it comes to meeting a new pet sitter. If your dog struggles with severe anxiety (this is very common!) please include some of the best anxiety-reducing practices for your dog (ex. favorite blanket, hiding spots, calming treats / jackets) in their care instructions so that they can have the best time possible without their favorite human.

We had a meet and greet to ensure our dogs got along, and I was able to meet her at her home in advance to see where my dogs would be staying. She asked thoughtful questions about my dogs' needs and made sure I had peace of mind while I was on my trip. She has a fully fenced in yard which was great for my younger, high energy dog to run laps around the house and get her energy out. My dogs have a somewhat significant age range - one is 1.5 years old and the other is 8.5, and she was able to cater to both of their activity levels to make sure they had a fulfilling experience. We will definitely work with Stacey again the next time we need dog care!”
