While I will happily accept ALL dogs under 30lbs, I specialize in elderly pets/special needs pets who don't do well in boarding situations and need extra care throughout the day. I'm well-versed in administering oral medication, injections, and even subcutaneous fluids as needed. I am available 24hrs a day for potty breaks and medication routines. I am currently the only sitter in the western area of VA that is certified through the Professional Animal Care Certification Council, a 3rd party certification. When we aren't hanging out in that room, our house has hardwood floors with many rugs to keep paws stable, and tons of dog beds(of all sizes) scattered around for comfort. For potty times, I have a spacious fenced-in yard with plenty of shade! Meal times are at your pet's schedule! I make sure to follow any feeding and medication schedules you provide. My husband works from home, so if I am delayed due to traffic from an errand or such, he can let the pups out to potty or give time-sensitive medications/feedings. Pups are crated or placed in a separate room for Meal times and during Potty rotations to ensure no one gets too rowdy and no one becomes aggressive over their food. About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years, pets are my passion! I am also a former Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp Manager for a national chain and have extensive experience handling dogs, cats, and small pets of all sizes and breeds. All fur babies will be treated as family members while here! They can sit on the couch, sleep on the bed, and watch TV with us just like at home. All pets in my care are treated with loving and gentle guidance using only positive reinforcement. All dogs will remain on leash the entirety of their walk. About: What sets me apart from all sitters is my deep depth for all animals. As a child, I have always developed a love for animals. My love and compassion for animals spilled over into the education field working with students with special needs. About: I've taken care of both dogs and cats for 15 years, walking dogs, changing cat litter, feeding pets, playing with pets. I have a lot of experience with new/young pets and old pets, catering to that animals specific needs. I'm currently working part-time right now and my hours at that job of flexible to move around to meet your needs. I live in an apartment so I can't board any animals but I am available any day of the week to come to your house and pet sit. Services include feeding, walking, playing, snuggling, litter change, and any other things you may need for your house to be taken care of. I treat your dog or cat like I would my own. Make sure they are provided for and feel safe within their own home. I am on top of walks and potty breaks so your pet will never feel like they don't know where their care is coming from.

I love getting to know each dogs personality and figure go above and beyond to consider the needs of a variety of pups. I have a flexible schedule allowing me to provide constant care for your pup. I am interested in meeting and caring for all types of dogs, big/small, puppy or seniors! I can be as flexible as possible and will be honest about your pup’s care. I will treat your fur-babes like part of the family. We have a fenced in yard and If your pup is more comfortable as part of the pack, they are invited in to have the run of the house with our family dogs. We love dogs and will try to accommodate any special requests. Available to check in on your pups every 4 hours (m-f) and spend weekends all day with your dogs! I can check in with your pups every 3-4 hours during the day and be there to stay after 4 pm. I prioritize feeding and potty schedules to make sure there are little to no changes in their routines. I care for your pets like they are my own. Figuring out they’re behaviors and personalities is important to me. Some dogs need lots of love and attention and others like their space, either way they’ll be in great hands.
About: Hello my name is Nevaeh! I am a pet lover!! I’ve always taken care of a range of pets, and I’ve never not been around animals! I am trained to walk, feed, bathe and overall give your pet the best care! I do dog walks, dog/cat drop-ins, and house sittings! About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was 4 years old. I have had pets of my own, cared for neighbors pets, and pet sitting as well. I am currently not working and am self employed part time, so I will have plenty of time to care for and play with your dog and/or cat! I have a leash tied to our porch rails for any dogs that I watch, or go outside with them on the leash to make sure they are safe. They are safe and comfortable in the house with lots of spaces to relax and play in, 4 bedrooms total.
About: Hey hey, my name is Taylor and I’m located in Rustburg VA, I’ve been around dogs my whole life, from small to large. Animals are truly my happiness. I’ve house sat in the past that helped me to learn all I can about different breeds. I’m willing to travel anywhere from Danville, Martinsville, and Lynchburg. I work full time but with my schedule it is very flexible after 12pm. If all goes well would love to make this a full time opportunity. About: I have been a pet owner for as long as I can remember. Being raised in a house full of pets! From birds, dogs, cats, ferrets, rats, all types of pets are welcome and I Have had experience with raising puppies from birth as well. I have had 5 liters of puppies and trained them personally and adopted them out. I am a stay at home mom, expecting my 2nd child who is due Jan 2023. I am able to up and move at any given time and flexible when it comes to walking or caring for pets. I live in a pet friendly neighborhood and have a area to walk the dog(s) close by. “Trooper watched our 116lb dog for 4 nights while we got married and we (and our pup) had the most incredible experience! From the first communication to drop off, Trooper made us feel extremely comfortable and we knew our dog would be in good hands. Our dog is epileptic and requires pills multiple times a day. With Trooper’s knowledge and experience, we knew he would be well taken care of should he have an episode. Trooper gave us regular updates, so we knew how things were going. When we picked him up, he was in such good spirits that he didn’t want to leave - he even ran back up to Trooper to be pet. About: I have had a variety of animals my whole life! I absolutely love being around animals and spending time with them. I have taken care of dogs of all ages, all the way from newborn to seniors! I am available on weekdays only. I do work a breakfast shift (5am-11am) Wednesday to Saturday. However, I am available the rest of the day! I will have plenty of time to tend to your animals and take care of their needs. I have a very large unfenced yard that would be great for leashed activities like walking and going potty. I also have a fenced area that’s perfect for some unleashed outdoor time. I would keep any pets inside most of the time to ensure safety while I am with them. I do have a crate that I could keep your pet in while I am at work (if your baby is crate trained). All animals are allowed to roam the house and sleep in the bed if that’s allowed at home!
