About: !! Please note: Because of my allergies, I cannot accept overnight house sittings for homes with cats, but I am fully available for standard 30-minute drop-ins!! I absolutely love cats and find them adorable, but I have a strong allergic sensitivity to cat dander that causes me to get itchy and break out in a rash if I am around them for too long. Because of this, I specialize strictly in quick, highly efficient 30-minute drop-in visits. I am happy to pop in to clean the litter box, put out fresh food and water, administer any quick treats, and give them some pets before washing my hands thoroughly and heading out. About: Hello hello! My name is Jocelyn, and I’m a 20-year-old dog lover that recently picked up petsitting in December! 😋🫶🏽 Until last year, I’d grown up with pets my entire life. Since my last childhood Pitbull, Roxy (one out of three total dogs) passed away last July, it’s been difficult adjusting to life without them to share it with me. My schedule feels hollow and incomplete after having spent the last four years with two senior dogs. Those four years have given me experience waking up both late and early to tend to a pet’s many needs, and stay up as long as needed to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Living in a house of dog lovers, your pet(s) will be both well-cared for and showered with love all throughout their stay. 💕 Having our late girl’s passing so recent, we still have all the living necessities available for use if need be. This includes pet beds, food/water bowls, functional kennels, poop bags, and a couple toys. We adore our dogs, and are ready to cherish yours just as much before they return back into your loving arms. Petsitting will provide peace of mind for both me and my clients. Whether you’re away for a short or extended period, rest assured your pet(s) stay with us will be easygoing, well communicated, and overall an experience to remember! 😁 I’m currently hunting for a full-time position outside of Rover. When I eventually enter the workforce, petsitting will likely become a background gig I can no longer give my full attention to. About: I’ve been around dogs for years! My family, loved ones and neighbors all have counted on me for doggy duty throughout the years. I have done numerous amounts of dog sitting for all types of breeds so I figured I would bring my expertise to Rover. I recently got a silver lab puppy named Jax and he’s been the best dog ever. For older pets, I’m attentive to signs of discomfort, medication schedules, and providing a calm, comforting environment. Pet care fits naturally into my daily schedule because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and prioritize their needs as part of my routine. I plan my day around feeding times, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions to ensure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether it’s early morning potty breaks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddles, I make sure pets in my care receive consistent attention and affection throughout the day. Their well-being is always a top priority, and I’m flexible and organized to keep things running smoothly. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow all instructions closely, from feeding schedules and walks to medication and playtime. I make sure the pets feel safe and cared for by spending quality time with them, giving them attention, and keeping their environment clean and familiar. I also respect the client’s home by keeping things tidy, locking up securely, and updating them regularly with photos or messages so they know their pets are happy and in good hands.
About: I have actually grown up my entire life with dogs and cats and currently own a cat of my own. He is the light of life and I don't know what I would do without him. I know it can be stressful for you to leave their side for any amount of time but I promise they are in good hands. Of course pets also get stressed out as well and I want to help diminish those factors for both the pet and the owner. I have also taken care of a guinea pig in the past and have a pretty good knowledge of reptiles. Of course I will not assume anything about a pet without receiving proper care instructions from the owner. I work mostly evenings at our local live performance theater. So I am available most days of the week for normal 9-5 hours except for Wednesday and Sunday. My shifts are about 3-4 hours long so I will be able to take care of a pet at night as well. I would listen to the owner about what their normal routine would be and make sure if the pet needs play time or walks that they are well taken care of in those regards.

About: My wife Sherry and I have had pets for the last 31 years of marriage. We know how important it is to find a responsible and trusting person to take care of your pets while you're away. Let us take care of your precious pets and we will treat them like our own. You can have them hosted in our house or we can make drop in visits at yours. We live in a secluded area with a large yard which your pets will enjoy. I'm an IT professional and my wife stays home so there is always someone looking after your pets. We'll take the stress away from you while you are away from your pets by treating them like our own. I work full time but my wife Sherry is home all day. We are a team a she will look after the pets during the day and we both will take care of them at night. We currently don't have any dogs since we recently lost our little old man Monty. We have one indoor/outdoor cat named Creature which is very friendly. We have a large back yard which is not fenced but we can take them out on a leash or tie them up on a lead an supervise them. Our property is secluded and is not close to a road so, there is no danger from traffic.

All 3 kids played so well with him, they sent pictures of Cooper on walks, cuddling with the kids, and even took him on an adventure to a soccer game!
