About: I've watched dogs and cats with all different personalities and needs (i.e. blind, diabetic, anxious, etc.). I believe in understanding a pet's needs from the perspective of the pet and responding with compassion. I work full time, but can usually work from home if needed. I will talk with you before we commit to pet sitting to ensure my schedule works for your needs (if that's getting off early, working from home every day during the time of the sitting, going home over lunch for a walk, etc). I have no fur babies (or kids) of my own, so your babies will get my undivided attention and I will shower them with all the love I wish I could give to my own fur baby if I had one. (Know I recognize that love looks different for different critters - for some it may mean keeping a respectful distance!)

About: I take care of pets for family when they need it and have experience caring for older pets, puppies, and those with special care instructions. My schedule is pretty flexible so I can take time to walk dogs during the day. I’m most available during the weekend and after 5 pm for over night boarding, but can potentially accommodate other schedules. I have no pets, so my home is perfect for less friendly pets. Crates will need to provided if they are needed for your pet, but I’m willing to keep up with their routine.

About: I am a veterinarian who has dedicated her life to caring for animals. I have worked with animals from a young age, including many hours working in vet offices in high school leading up to college and vet school (became a licensed vet in 2020). I am quite comfortable with caring for animals who need medications administered, or more intense levels of care while their owners are away. During the “meet and greet” Penny had us come in and take him straight to the fenced back yard where he could sniff around and go to the bathroom. Knowing about his anxiety, once we went back inside, Penny never tried to pet him, she just allowed him to get used to her being in the room. She was a very calming presence for him. Evan likewise was patient with him and allowed him the time it took to settle and get comfortable. About: My home is where I tell people "they have me trained well". I love all animals and believe they deserve the best of treatment as they give to us so unconditionally. Any animal in our household is taken care of as they are our children. Our older dog was raised to be kind to smaller animals and seems to think anything smaller than him is his to take care of. We taught this by stroking gently and telling him to "be nice" this is just a "baby". Animals are never hit or disciplined by any harsh means, we reinforce good behavior. Our dogs get brushed every night around 7:00 and remind us if we miss the time and we treat them to a small snack every evening around 8:30 which they know also.

I am a full time first responder thankfully with this schedule I have many days off to rest relax and take your fur baby on an adventure. You have a high energy dog? No worries! I’m a very active individual and wouldn’t mind taking your dog on a run! My dogs enjoy a large front yard they run around in. I believe outside play is important for a dogs mental health. Of course your dog will receive lots of loving and treats from me after a nice long walk outside.

Over the years I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for many different types of animals including dogs, cats, horses, and goats. I’ve also worked at a dog daycare and at a humane society, where I gained valuable experience caring for animals with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. About: I have had the pleasure to take care of animals my whole life. After going to boot camp I realized how much animals actually give you peace of mind on a daily basis and I have taken care of neighbors animals and family ever since. I have plenty of space for animals of all sizes and a fenced in yard for dogs who need to run. I love to go on walks as I am very active and have to keep my 2 mile up always. I am also very patient for kitties who just want to lay around and sleep. If given the opportunity I would love to spend my time with the animals you love. I am in the national guard so I work 1 weekend a month and the rest is free! I am currently trying to make animal sitting an everyday thing so I can work out any times needed. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space inside as well. I have a doggy door for smaller dogs but I can let the bigger ones out just as easily. I do have a cat that is very friendly but she can go in my room if needed. There is room in my house to play and room for an animal to be alone if they wanted or needed
