About: I’ve been in the general field of caretaking for about 6 to 7 years. I was a full time nanny to a family of 7 children and 3 dogs for a few years before I married, and before that, I had multiple families for whom I watched their little ones, including the family dog/dogs. I also did some exclusive pet sitting apart from my previously mentioned work experience. I managed both kids and pets at once. I’ve gotten to know a variety of dog breeds. Growing up, we always had dogs. We’ve had a labradoodle, a few small mixed breeds, and a bernedoodle. Our bernedoodle, Rocco, I trained myself. He is the gentlest dog I’ve ever met and so smart. I taught fun tricks but also some useful ones like how to ring bells to indicate he needed to potty. I have loved being around dogs and having them in my life. We don’t currently have a dog since my two kids are young, so we can’t afford our own pup right now, although we certainly will get one in the future. That’s why I’m so excited to be able to provide other people’s dogs a warm and welcoming home away from home where they will be loved on and feel at ease. I’m a full time stay at home mom, so I’m almost always home. Apart from grocery shopping, minor errands, church on Sundays, or the rare trip to families, we are home all the time. Dogs that stay with us will have pretty much constant companionship and attention. We will be available for drop offs everyday except most of Sunday. Sunday evenings will be open though. Dogs that love a family environment will thrive here. We are usually up for the day around 7:00 am. My son loves dogs and will happily have a full conversation with them. He has grown up around many dogs because my mom has dogs and is a seasoned rover sitter herself. My husband works in the evenings so dogs will probably stay up and hang out with me as we unwind. We have a fenced in backyard so I can sit on our deck and let the dogs run, play, and potty easily and frequently. We live on a very quiet and friendly Cul-de-sac in the mountains of West Virginia, near Winchester. Dogs that come here will have a peaceful stay and have a lot of fun!

We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. About: Every neighborhood ive lived in neighbors have come to rely on me to treat their pets as well as i would take care of my own family. I love any and all breeds and people call me the dog whisperer haha but joking aside i truly love these animals and would love to car for yours. I make sure that they feel comfortable get exercise and have ample bathroom breaks the same way i treat my own 3 fur babies at home. Any regiment you want me to follow i will follow to a T. and the best part is there is no breed too big; if you know me the bigger the head the bigger the love haha. But my small babies are always just as important. I am currently a stay at home mom so school hours are wide open and despite a few week day evenings being booked, overnights are highly available. In my home we have a fenced in backyard and 3 dogs who all have their own amenities including bowls, beds, toys, cages, and the more. My dogs are family to the fullest and are treated as such. it fits in between kids activities, errands, and school. It allows me to be flexible in what is needed. I just love meeting new fur babies ! My three dogs spend a lot of time inside it is just what is comfortable for them. I also have a fenced in backyard that they do enjoy.

Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I treat every pet like they are my own. I currently have two dogs and a cat, so I understand the importance of patience, structure, and lots of love when caring for pets. My home is pet-friendly and safe for boarding, and I also offer in-home pet sitting so your pets can stay comfortable in their own environment. Since I have open availability, I am able to provide flexible scheduling, last-minute bookings, and consistent care when you need it most. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, overnight stays, or extended care, I’m always available and committed to making sure your pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry (or scaly!) family members! My schedule allows me the flexibility to fully be with your pets if I am boarding or need to drop in. When your pets are with me I like to make sure we’re having fun! Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home. I provide a clean, calm, and secure environment while following each pet’s normal feeding, walking, and care routine. Pets are always supervised, introduced safely to my animals if needed, and kept comfortable and stress-free. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners feel confident and at ease while they are away.
About: I have been an animal lover & owner my entire life. I've always had a dog along with the occasional hamster, cat, guinea pig, lizard, hermit crab, rabbit, bird & fish. I love animals especially dogs. I am very comfortable with large breed dogs as well as smaller dogs too. I like to think the bigger the dog the more loves & cuddles you get.🥰 I've volunteered for rescues over the past 10 years & have fostered both dogs & cats. I'm very excited to meet new animals and their owners. I currently have 1 dog & 3 cats. I try to stick to your animal's schedule so they continue with their normal routines. I make sure your animal is given lots of attention & play time. I will show your animal affection & lots of play time & snuggling if they enjoy that. About: Life is Good with pets! I have been providing professional pet care services for dogs for over 5 years. I have always had different dogs in my life from childhood to adulthood. I’ve seen how happy my own pet is from taking him on regular walks and I am excited to provide this same experience for other pets. I have a large, fenced yard in a semi-rural neighborhood, and I enjoy taking dogs on nice long walks. Pets are allowed on furniture to snuggle and I am also happy to crate train pets, if preferred. I am currently working from home, so I have most of my time to give attention and love to your pet. I am happy to provide these services at all times. I have plenty space and a fenced yard for your pet to play or simple go on potty breaks, if needed. The services requested will be depending on the customers offer :)

“If you're ever looking for a place for your fur kids to stay while you go out of town, I highly recommend Laura. I have 2 neurotic cats; 1 has CH that does not like getting confined in crates/small place and the other is spicy/moody. The stay was short with a (somewhat) unusual request, but Laura took them all in stride and went the extra mile to look after Sam and Cloud. Definitely one of my best rover experience and would not hesitate to ask her again in the future.”

“Jessica was wonderful, I’m not sure my poodle missed me at all. She sent me regular updates, pictures and videos. Sometimes he was happily lap sitting. Sometimes she videoed him playing with toys her dog or interacting with her family. I was gone 10 days. I was happy to see him doing so well. He is a picky eater so I had sent cubed up chicken breast to mix with his food. When she ran out she cooked him another, which was going way above what I expected. I would definitely take my dog to Jessica again.”

One of the biggest advantages of working with me is that I work from home full-time, this means that your pets will never be left unattended and I am able to give them consistent attention to ensure they feel safe and comfortable throughout the day. When your pet is with me, they’re treated like family whether it’s daily walks, playtime medication reminders or just offering affection and companionship, I make sure every animal feels loved and understood. I have the ability to visit your home and ensure your pets are doing well and to provide them any enrichment they may need whether it be walks or play. I currently live in townhouse with my husband and our dog, named Gorgi (Gorgonzola), we go on frequent walks in the morning afternoon and evening. We keep a clean home and have a basement that lets out into a small backyard. I have one X-Large kennel if your pup prefers to sleep in one as well as a puppy pad corner for those late night bathroom breaks. I would be happy to provide a tour our home upon request.
