About: I’ve never had a cat until I was grown, my mom and grandma have always been scared of them and more of dog people. I went to the shelter and was determined to get over my generational fear of cats. Learning to care for a cat while being timid made me also learn how specific cats are some like to be brushed and some you can’t even look at the wrong way. Any cat I meet I always try to feel them out and see what they enjoy most !
About: I grew up taking care of my family dog and cats, and have cared for my own dogs and cats for the past 7 years. I have owned chickens since the beginning of 2022. Pets are part of the family, and if they stay with me, they will be treated as such! I’m currently working from home with a flexible schedule that allows me to take breaks throughout the day, which I use to take my dogs outside. I am also able to spend all day with my animals and any animals I would board. After getting off work, I love taking walks outside with my dogs. About: My love for animals began on my grandpas farm in NJ. From as young as I can remember we always had pets, from dogs to farm animals to mice you name it we had it. As I grew and started my own family we have always had dogs and cats. I now work full time as a veterinary technician and I am also a full time dog trainer. I have been training dogs for over 20 years. I am a certified K9 handler and also certified in K9 CPR. I would go before I go into work in the morning and let your pup out, feed and do some enrichment. Then go during my lunchtime and twice in the evening. I have cared for our own dogs as seniors and have experience with failing body functions and know how to administer medications and assist the animal with getting up and moving around. I also have much experience with puppies since I breed Australian Shepherds and care for the puppies from the time they are born until they are at an appropriate age and health standard to go to their new families. It’s hard enough to say good-bye, so having peace of mind on how they will be cared for while you are away can make a good trip a GREAT one!! I am available most days of the week for 24/7 care since we are a homeschooling family and I am a stay at home mom. Pets are allowed in our home as long as they get along well with other pets and children. I do have an in-ground fence and collars that I can use to teach your pet to stay in our yard. I also have two nice size kennels that give dogs plenty of room to wander inside and outside the kennel walls.
