About: We have had many different types of pets over the years and understand the worry of having someone care for your pets while you are away. We are here to help with that worry by providing your pet a loving, fun and safe environment while you are away. Our family consist of my husband, a son in college and a daughter in high school and myself. We have a 13 year old Beagle/Terrier mix who is mostly interested in chasing squirrels and naps. We have recently rescued a kitten who is a fire cracker and provides a lot of interaction and entertainment for other cats and dogs who engages with her. I am home full time and when the children are home both enjoy caring and playing with the pets in our care. Being home allows me to have eyes on your pets and be readily available and responsive. We are well off the beaten path with lots of yard to roam and other barn yard pets. We have a small farm with an area fenced for our dogs as well as a fenced pasture for our farm animals. We also can accommodate crates for those pets that prefer the safety of their known space. Your pet with be a part of our tribe when they are here and will be safe and have a great time. About: I can’t remember a time in my life that I didn’t have a dog (or two). Big dogs, little dogs and in between. Now that I am retired, I devote most of my time to caring for my two “baby girls”. Daisy & Bella are litter sisters although they don’t look a like. They are Teddy Bear/Schicons (1/2 Bichon Frise and 1/2 Shih Tzu). They are inseparable, looking out for each other or wrestling together, where there’s one there is the other. They do play well with others. My sister’s little girl is a Shih Tzu and she is an only child, we laugh and call her the Princess. I sit for her for a week or long weekends when my sister visits her daughter out of town. She also comes over for play dates. They all respect each other’s boundaries and the Princess has learned to play with “the Court Jesters”. My dogs and visitors are allowed on furniture and beds. My yard is not fenced, but I do have a radio frequency collar system that I can use or walk on leash per owner’s preference. I live a long way from the road so it is safe. We go on golf cart rides around the property in the afternoon, my girls look forward to it. I am retired, so unless I have a doctor appointment or go grocery shopping, I am home 100% of the time. I do go to church on Sunday morning. My girls have the run of our home but I can use a crate if owner desires. I will treat your fur baby like I do my own. They are my #1 priority, always. They have a feeding schedule twice daily with a few treats throughout the day. They get lots of love and snuggles to their satisfaction. I encourage them to play with toys inside interacting with each other and myself. They will get plenty of exercise indoors and outdoors. I refreshed their water several times daily.

I am an avid hiker but if she/he is more of a couch potato, that works too. I have cared for puppies, adult and senior dogs, kittens, adult and senior cats with medication needs on several occasions. Shy and senior pets are my specialties! I have two senior female dogs at home that I’ve had since they were puppies and three rambunctious short hair cats. When they were younger we would walk Battleground Park and the various trails in Eden or around the lakes in Greensboro. I am available for drop-ins and long or short walks. I am also experienced in dealing with senior dogs, as well as dogs that are blind and/or deaf. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I can usually find time during the day to take your baby for a walk! I am also available on Saturdays. We have been around animals for over 29 years and have provided services for the last 8 years. I have also taken a training course with a military instructor. We have a lovely back yard with plenty of room for us to play fetch and run around or simply just soak up some sun or take a dip in the shallow dog pool. Your fur baby’s safety is our number one priority and with that being said all dogs must be up to date on all vaccines, be microchipped OR have a form of identification on. We are reliable, flexible and responsible sitter’s and were here to give you a peace of mind whether, it be for just a few hours, days or even weeks. We accept stays over a week and are flexible with times within our hours and according to our policy. We provide pictures daily of your four-legged friend during their stay because we know how important it is to have that cute picture of your loved one playing with a big smile on their face or napping after a long day of playing. We would argue that the risk is much lower here because of our controlled environment, knowledge of dogs and behaviors, and our vaccination requirements. T&B's Pawfect Stay does not reimburse for injury or illness while dogs are here for daycare or boarding. We have a fenced in back yard for safe play outside. Whether it's releasing energy in younger pups or offering joint pain relief in seniors, I am excited to offer dog swimming as a service in my outdoor pool. This service includes pickup/drop-off, a half an hour swim with life jacket, one on one swim coaching, picture and/or video of your pup and a post swim shower.
