When I met with David the day I brought my dog over he was very calm and understanding as my dog became more comfortable around the new environment. While I was away for vacation he sent daily pictures of my dog sleeping in her own bed that I had brought and assuring me that she was doing well. I was very pleased with my experience using this couple as dog sitters for me and should I need a sitter in the future, I will seek David out first if he is available before going to anyone else. About: We've always had fur babies until now. We had to let our last pet cross the rainbow bridge at 17 yrs old. We rescued him when he was 5. Such a sweet boy!! We've also had German Shepherds, a Beagle, Rabbits, and Guinea pigs. Experience with Puppies and Senior dogs. FYI--I tend to be a bit over protective. I was able to retire early, so I'm home ALOT! Home is my happy place. My husband of 31 yrs still works a few days a week but is also home often and loves animals. We have a fenced in backyard with grass areas, and a pool. I'm very protective and would take your baby out front on leash, and out back on leash or under strict supervision, whichever you dictate. We have a large front yard and side yard and live on a quiet dead end street which is perfect for walks. We also have a fairly large home where small dogs can get plenty of indoor exercise. Home is my happy place! I retired early so I'm home most of the time. My husband of 31 yrs still works a few days a week but is home other than that. He loves animals too! I have a fenced in back yard and a large front & side yard. I'm over protective and will keep your pet on leash outside and well supervised.

I specifically have a cat currently, Autumn, who I found as a stray in the woods as a kitten and raised her to a healthy state. I am currently working a 4-10's schedule with flexible days. So long as I have two weeks in advance, any day should be okay. On those off days, I mostly stay at home, so your animals will receive plenty of care. I have two cats, of whom I take care of well. Each has their own litter box and I ensure both get a fair share of wet food while also ensuring they don't get overfed. I also ensure to play with them at least twice a day. As I got older I began volunteering at the animal shelter, mainly working with the dogs. I would give baths, medication, work on basic training, and help make them shine at adoption events! I even had the privilege of working with a deaf dog. I learn hand signals to help teach him basic commands. I have also helped break up several dog fights at the shelter and at dog parks with little harm to myself and the dogs involved. With my personal pets I have had everything from puppies & kittens to seniors needing special care. I have had overly friendly dogs and anxious messes, each needing different training and support. I currently work full time with a varied schedule each week. I do have an hour lunch each day and can do potty breaks depending on how far away from work my client is located. Depending on work schedule a walk/playtime is doable either before or after my schedules shift. Always available to stay overnight. Due to having 5 dogs myself, I will NOT have any clients pets at my personal residence. If a fence is not present at the client's residence all animals will stay on leashes at all times. If client wants/needs pet taken elsewhere to walk (park, different neighborhood, dog park, etc.) they will have a seatbelt on, if they are wearing a harness. Any interactions with other dogs or people will be closely monitored. Paw pads will be checked regularly on extreme temperature days. No water play will be allowed without clients permission.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is how I naturally fell into pet sitting through caring for family and friends' pets, which soon caught the attention of neighbors. Before any stay begins, I communicate closely with the pet parent to understand what a normal day looks like for their pet. This allows me to tailor the pet's experience specifically to their routine and preferences, ensuring there is minimal change and maximum comfort during their stay. By maintaining their usual schedule — from feeding times to favorite play activities — I make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible, allowing pets to feel secure and at ease whether they're in their home or mine. This customized approach helps ensure that each pet receives the best possible care while under my supervision.

You will love/like me and so will your doggy. I will brush them and teach them tricks. I will provide, protect, and clan environment for you dog. I really love working with puppies. I will love and care for your dog like it was my own doggy. Will be avabile to walk/run with your dogs when I get off at work 3:00 pm during the week and anytime on the weekends. When I met with David the day I brought my dog over he was very calm and understanding as my dog became more comfortable around the new environment. While I was away for vacation he sent daily pictures of my dog sleeping in her own bed that I had brought and assuring me that she was doing well. I was very pleased with my experience using this couple as dog sitters for me and should I need a sitter in the future, I will seek David out first if he is available before going to anyone else.
