“Hillary and her family are amazing! We live about 40 minutes away, but as soon as we got there, we immediately felt like their land was a perfect place for dogs to play. So, it was worth the drive! Hillary was so kind and her kids were very friendly. Daisy felt comfortable in their home right away. She had another puppy staying there over the weekend and her own dog Joshua. I was a little worried about how my puppy would do with other dogs and children, but seeing her play with them before I left was so comforting. Hillary has a background in puppy training and I could tell just by how she interacted with Daisy and the other pup. Hillary was great with communication and sent pictures every day! Daisy always looked happy and having a wonderful time! Most of the time, when I send Daisy somewhere, I feel sad knowing she’ll spend the majority of the time in a crate, but this was the complete opposite! About: In addition to growing up around dog rescue efforts, I have also gained a lot of experience in cat care! While I do not have any professional experience with cats as I do dogs, I can say that I have had cats within my primary care that are high maintenance/special needs. This was part of my duties in volunteering at rescues, and additionally applies to cats I have had over the years. I have experience in raising kittens, helping out less social kitties, and delivering all kinds of medications.

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years, pets are my passion! I am also a former Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp Manager for a national chain and have extensive experience handling dogs, cats, and small pets of all sizes and breeds. I am currently accepting small and medium sized dogs for in house day care and overnight stays. I specialize in small and delicate breed types, not usually suited for kenneling or vet boarding. All fur babies will be treated as family members while here! They can sit on the couch, sleep on the bed, and watch TV with us just like at home. All pets in my care are treated with loving and gentle guidance using only positive reinforcement. All dogs will remain on leash the entirety of their walk. We have a fenced in area off the back patio for bathroom breaks with wood chips as ground coverage. No grass of any kind for the safety of those pets with grass and skin allergies.

About: I grew up in the country taking care of dogs, horses, cows, a pig, a lamb, bunnies and probably more that I can't think of! After years of service in the military where having a dog is difficult so I didn't have one, I finally got a corgi last year. His name is Gnocchi he's over a year old. I also got Luna, she's an Austrailian Shepard puppy and she is 6 months old. I recently had a 6 foot fence installed so my dogs can run free! They love other dogs to play with. I am comfortable with senior dogs, puppies and dogs who might need medication as well. I'm currently not working but I am looking for a remote position so being home while my kids are at school is my normal routine! I have a 6 ft fenced yard with an undercover area that is also fenced. I plan on getting some dog houses for that undercover area so they have a warm place to snuggle or they can come inside as well when it gets really cold or really hot!
