About: We have a kitten of our own who was a completely new atmosphere for me. She was sick when we got her so she checked off all of the things I didn’t know how to do like administering medication in a calm way, giving her a bath and making it positive. Cats are skittish and can be hesitant but it takes the right person to know them.
“This was our second time using Rover for vacation and I was super anxious about leaving my anti social cat Cheyenne. She’s hard to get to know (as some cats can be). Disha was reassuring and ontop of things from the first meet and greet! She was thorough and really made it known she would care for Cheyenne like she was hers. Throughout our vacation, I had spotty - to no signal with limited access to wifi, Disha still communicated with me and went onto suggest other ways to keep in touch! She even did an extra visit when my cat puked quite a lot one of the days to ensure she was okay! We loved having Disha watch Cheyenne and recommend her highly! We will continue to book with her in the future if she has availability! About: Dog care certified in Argentina, as an animal lover I want to pursue career caring for them. Since young, I used to spend a lot of time in dog walks and parks with them. About: I’ve been in the general field of caretaking for about 6 to 7 years. I was a full time nanny to a family of 7 children and 3 dogs for a few years before I married, and before that, I had multiple families for whom I watched their little ones, including the family dog/dogs. I also did some exclusive pet sitting apart from my previously mentioned work experience. I managed both kids and pets at once. I’ve gotten to know a variety of dog breeds. Growing up, we always had dogs. We’ve had a labradoodle, a few small mixed breeds, and a bernedoodle. Our bernedoodle, Rocco, I trained myself. He is the gentlest dog I’ve ever met and so smart. I taught fun tricks but also some useful ones like how to ring bells to indicate he needed to potty. I have loved being around dogs and having them in my life. We don’t currently have a dog since my two kids are young, so we can’t afford our own pup right now, although we certainly will get one in the future. That’s why I’m so excited to be able to provide other people’s dogs a warm and welcoming home away from home where they will be loved on and feel at ease. I’m a full time stay at home mom, so I’m almost always home. Apart from grocery shopping, minor errands, church on Sundays, or the rare trip to families, we are home all the time. Dogs that stay with us will have pretty much constant companionship and attention. We will be available for drop offs everyday except most of Sunday. Sunday evenings will be open though. Dogs that love a family environment will thrive here. We are usually up for the day around 7:00 am. My son loves dogs and will happily have a full conversation with them. He has grown up around many dogs because my mom has dogs and is a seasoned rover sitter herself. My husband works in the evenings so dogs will probably stay up and hang out with me as we unwind. We have a fenced in backyard so I can sit on our deck and let the dogs run, play, and potty easily and frequently. We live on a very quiet and friendly Cul-de-sac in the mountains of West Virginia, near Winchester. Dogs that come here will have a peaceful stay and have a lot of fun!
“Taking on a totally unknown dog from a cross-country road trip, IS a risk. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. “Haejin & Herscel were wondering caretakers! They were open to taking my dog for daycare a few days before and treated her so well. I liked that they only take a few dogs a day to reduce exposure and ensure they are all being watched. I loved the occasional photo and video updates, which her other daycare doesn't do it all. About: Every neighborhood ive lived in neighbors have come to rely on me to treat their pets as well as i would take care of my own family. I love any and all breeds and people call me the dog whisperer haha but joking aside i truly love these animals and would love to car for yours. I make sure that they feel comfortable get exercise and have ample bathroom breaks the same way i treat my own 3 fur babies at home. Any regiment you want me to follow i will follow to a T. and the best part is there is no breed too big; if you know me the bigger the head the bigger the love haha. But my small babies are always just as important. I am currently a stay at home mom so school hours are wide open and despite a few week day evenings being booked, overnights are highly available. In my home we have a fenced in backyard and 3 dogs who all have their own amenities including bowls, beds, toys, cages, and the more. My dogs are family to the fullest and are treated as such. it fits in between kids activities, errands, and school. It allows me to be flexible in what is needed. I just love meeting new fur babies ! My three dogs spend a lot of time inside it is just what is comfortable for them. I also have a fenced in backyard that they do enjoy.

When your pets are with me I like to make sure we’re having fun! Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home. I provide a clean, calm, and secure environment while following each pet’s normal feeding, walking, and care routine. Pets are always supervised, introduced safely to my animals if needed, and kept comfortable and stress-free. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners feel confident and at ease while they are away.

“I can’t say enough good things about how well Maya was cared for. The night before I dropped her off, I had taken Maya on a hike, and in hindsight, not checking her thoroughly for ticks afterward wasn’t the smartest decision on my part. The morning after her first night with Whitney, she discovered that Maya had a significant number of ticks on her. She immediately texted me to let me know what was going on, especially since she had a two-year-old and other dogs in the house and understandably needed to be careful. I was traveling and tried to arrange for friends to pick Maya up, but unfortunately, I couldn’t make that happen. She could easily have told me I needed to find another solution, but instead, she went completely above and beyond. She went out, got tick shampoo and treatment, gave Maya a thorough bath, dealt with the ticks, and made sure she was comfortable and well cared for. It was a stressful situation that she didn’t create, but she handled it with so much patience, responsibility, and genuine care for Maya. Being away, it meant a lot knowing that someone was willing to step up and take care of her when I couldn’t be there. I’m incredibly grateful and would absolutely trust her with Maya again.
