“I did a lot of homework and reviewing of boarders for my 1.5-year-old, 70 lb. Aussie/golden before landing on Robin because of her amazing reviews and years of experience. We had just had a terrible board and train situation leaving him with some pressure sores and anxiety. I am so glad I chose Robin though. She allowed me to come out a month before booking to see her facilities, get to know me and my pup, and to explain how his days would be going. Ollie looked so incredibly comfortable around her then I started calling our vacation his summer camp. She sent pictures almost daily of Ollie running around and playing with other pups. He came back to me 5 lb. lighter than before because of it (he needed it!) and I can also tell that she kept up with his training that we have been working on which I greatly appreciated. He actually looked disappointed to go home! We will of course be back and will tell everyone we know who needs a boarder! Thank you, Robin!”

About: Your fur baby will have a blast with our pack! Winnie, Tater and Goose are the ultimate pals. We will be sure to keep your pup entertained and a great way to get exercise and affection while you’re away! If you have an older dog, I can offer one on one snuggle time and a calm relaxing environment separate from the other pups. We have 2 acres and enjoy outside playtime. We frequent the dog park in Louisa and hiking trails from Richmond to Charlottesville. Common treats are homemade chicken jerky and sardines. Please let me know if your pup is not on a tick preventative. We treat our yard with a dog safe spray but enjoy recreational activities away from home and would like to be extra cautious for your fur baby. I have full weekday and have full weekend availability! We enjoy going on walks in our neighborhood or the park close by early in the morning and late at night before it gets too hot. Depending on your pup’s age, younger ones will have tater and goose to play with. Older/calmer pups will stay with Winnie and I in a separated part of the house. My neighbor had 10 dogs,and I ended up taking care of them daily, taking them for walks, playing with them, training them, and of course snuggling on the couch.I've had experience with small dogs such as Jack Russells to big dogs such as German Shepherds. Most dogs tend to love me, as I give into their puppy eye look when they want me to throw the ball one more time or get an extra treat. At bedtime, I do my best to maintain your dog's normal routine. I am extremely flexible and will accomadate your pet to the best of my ability! I do not have a fenced in yard but leashes are no problem and I also have an electric fence on our yard if you prefer that. No matter what the size or type of dog you have I am able to handle it and make sure your dog is well taken care of when in the hands of me! About: My husband and I have a 7 year old German short haired pointer and a 10 year old Wheaten Terrier/King Charles Spaniel mix. They are both friendly with other dogs. They have free range of the house other than our living room couch. We have an Invisible fence brand around our yard and we live in a cul-da-sac in our neighborhood, which is also great for walks. I have taken care of my parents dogs when they are out of town and have stayed at many client’s homes the past several years to care for their dogs while they are on vacation. I would feed them twice a day and give potty breaks before and after work. Now I am a stay at home mom with my newborn daughter, so my schedule is flexible for walks, potty breaks, etc. I love spending time with dogs, whether it's outside playing or cuddling in the house. I have given my dogs medication to swallow when prescribed by their veterinarian as well as cleaning out their ears every 2-3 times a week for normal hygiene. I will follow all duties assigned to me to care for your pet. I am a stay at home mom with my newborn so my schedule is extremely flexible for feedings, walks, potty breaks, drop-ins, play times, day care, etc I will provide feedings, potty breaks, walks, inside/outside activities as needed/wanted per your request. We live in a cul-de-sac in our neighborhood which is great for walking, plus an Invisible fence around our wooded yard, which is great for playing fetch. Dogs are welcome to freely roam inside the home, other than on the living room couch. About: I’ve been around all kinds of dogs, from small to big, untrained to well trained, and i absolutely love helping and working along side of other people and their fur babies. Right now is a very convenient time. I’m looking to start school soon so not working full time. And have a lot of time on my hands. For example I have three dogs of my own, 2 are outside 1 is inside. Apollo(my indoor dog) gets walked several times a day and fed once. Also I try to get my dogs out and socialized whenever I can. I would be providing the same love and care to future clients dogs as well. At least what is permitted by clients of course.

About: My husband and I have a 7 year old German short haired pointer and a 10 year old Wheaten Terrier/King Charles Spaniel mix. They are both friendly with other dogs. I have given my dogs medication to swallow when prescribed by their veterinarian as well as cleaning out their ears every 2-3 times a week for normal hygiene. I am a stay at home mom with my newborn so my schedule is extremely flexible for feedings, walks, potty breaks, drop-ins, play times, day care, etc I will provide feedings, potty breaks, walks, inside/outside activities as needed/wanted per your request. We live in a cul-de-sac in our neighborhood which is great for walking, plus an Invisible fence around our wooded yard, which is great for playing fetch. Dogs are welcome to freely roam inside the home, other than on the living room couch. “I did a lot of homework and reviewing of boarders for my 1.5-year-old, 70 lb. Aussie/golden before landing on Robin because of her amazing reviews and years of experience. We had just had a terrible board and train situation leaving him with some pressure sores and anxiety. I am so glad I chose Robin though. She allowed me to come out a month before booking to see her facilities, get to know me and my pup, and to explain how his days would be going. Ollie looked so incredibly comfortable around her then I started calling our vacation his summer camp. She sent pictures almost daily of Ollie running around and playing with other pups. He came back to me 5 lb. lighter than before because of it (he needed it!) and I can also tell that she kept up with his training that we have been working on which I greatly appreciated.
