“Taking on a totally unknown dog from a cross-country road trip, IS a risk. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. About: Over the years I have worked with many different kinds of animals from house pets to farm animals to exotics. I have always had a passion for animals and grew up taking care of them. I have been working in the animal field since age 16 and currently work as an ER exotic veterinary technician student. I am employed full time, however my job allows me to bring pets into work with me should they need monitoring, time sensitive medications, etc. I am trained to handle both fearful and friendly pets as well as administering medications and monitoring overall health and behavior.
