About: I have taken care of cats for a long time. I sit for neighbors very frequently and have even watched them for owners who have both cats and dogs. I am a licensed vet tech so I am also comfortable medicating animals that need it. I have 7 dogs and 3 cats, all of which are friendly with other animals. About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with them, cared for and dog sat for over 15 years while being a nannny. I've had two dogs of my own as well. My family and I have recently lost our beloved pup and are desiring to spend time with yours to get all the dog snuggles and love we can! I am a stay at home mom with 3 kids. We are home daily and most weekends. We love for your sweet pup to hang with us during the day or stay with us during a vacation or long weekend away. We do not have a fenced in yard but have 2 acres of property that we would leash your dog and take for walks around the property. We had a dog in the past that had medication needs and special food needs so I accustomed to caring for dogs with special needs. We are also a couch/furniture friendly family if that is something that is important to you. We do have small children but both are use to dogs and love them! Your babies will get great care and attention when I visit or stay over. I will respect and abide by any rules you personally have regarding that. I work my full time job from home so your pet will get 24-hour care as well as lots of love and attention if over night stays are needed. I love going on walks with pets, and guarantee I can tire them out, even the most energetic of them by playing ball or any other thing they like. Plenty of time for play and walks. I can administer oral or injectable meds if needed. I know I am the perfect person to love and care for your pet while you are away. You can have the peace of mind knowing they are loved and cared for as if they were part of our family. I have spent my entire life around animals! My mother raised and bred Dobermans for many years and we took in rescue dogs as fosters. I also grew up around horses and other farm animals. I am comfortable with any breed so long as they are pet and people friendly. Since I personally have owned and currently own animals, I really understand the value of making them part of the family, not just a "pet" I look forward to hearing from you! I work full ti.e from home. Whereever there is wifi i can work which gives me lots of flexibility. I am able schedule around my calls easily. About: We’re a dog-loving family with experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels. We have two dogs of our own: a senior Lab/hound mix and a middle-aged Great Dane. We’re comfortable with everything from energetic playtime to older dogs who prefer a slower pace, and we’re happy to follow your dog’s normal routines, feeding schedule, and house rules. We both work hybrid schedules, so someone is home with the dogs most of the time. Dogs get regular outdoor breaks throughout the day and plenty of attention and interaction. We’re happy to accommodate dogs who need more activity as well as those who are content to relax and hang out with us. We have a large, fenced-in yard where dogs can safely get outside and play. Our fence is approximately 3 feet high and made of hog wire, so we’re best suited for dogs who aren’t jumpers or determined escape artists. Our own dogs respect the boundary. We also have a dog-loving 4-year-old, so dogs must be comfortable and safe around children. Our dogs are friendly and accustomed to sharing their space with other dogs. At night, visiting dogs sleep downstairs on their own dog bed or one of our designated “dog couches.” Crate-trained dogs are welcome to use their crate if that is what makes them most comfortable.
“We were so great full to have found her and that she was able to care for our little fellow in our time of need. She provided wonderful care for him. She has several bigger dogs on site but they were very friendly and didn’t even bark. Our little guy was surfers from a bit of anxiety when we leave him anywhere. About: What most sets us apart is the level of care we give and how flexible our schedules are. Your dog will likely never be alone. They will also receive organic free range egg and meat snacks as a topper for their kibble, and if they are not at risk for eating chickens, they will have a large 2 acre fenced area to explore and run. If they do want to eat chickens, they will still receive two daily forest walk or runs and be free in the smaller pen or on a line. DIVERSE EXPERIENCE We have experience with all kinds of dogs, all ages and temperaments. We will ensure the puppies get proper potty training and are on a proper schedule (can be exactly as you specify). We can also help your dog to not jump up, not pull on the leash, and he'll with basic training like recall, sit, stay. We have cared for many an elderly dog helping them be as comfortable as possible. I was able to help a grieving dog, who did not want to do much of anything, to enjoy running through the woods and playing again. We also have safely had a blind dog in our care as well. I have been around dogs all my life, and I know how to help timid dogs relax, when to give them space and when they need me to simply love on them. For example, we had one dog who would run away from you, but when we finally set him on the couch and pet him he just about melted into a snuggly ball! TRAINING & PHILOSOPHIES I am often learning more about dog psychology and training methods. I only support dominance hierarchies to the extent that it helps the dog. If a dog believes they must be in control because they don’t have a good leader, they will be more stressed out. This is unfair to the dog. I will never be unnecessarily rough with your pet though and I use positive reinforcement first. I have used this experience with success on friends’ and acquaintances’ dogs, as well as my own. My dog sits for over a minute until I tell him to Come. I see each animal as a unique soul who is here to experience and learn. I will be patient with your pet, kind but firm, and we will have loads of fun! FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES I can accommodate many schedules, including crate training. I can bring the crate along if we will be gone longer than a half hour visiting the neighboring farm. I can ensure your pet is kept to whatever feeding and potty schedules they are comfortable with, especially with potty training puppies. I have one dog: a whippet mix. I let him in and out as he chooses, and have a couple acres for him to run and play on. I am currently working on the perimeter fence also. Scoop and I often play fetch. I love going for runs and walks and would happily bring your pup along, depending on his or her energy level. I have a healthy understanding of how to keep a healthy leash contact with the dog, and if need be, I am quite strong if I need to keep the dog from running. I like to use incredibly long leashes if the dog is a flight risk but doesn't pull too hard so they have room to explore.

About: I have taken care of other peoples pets since I was a teenager. I have done drop ins and over night care for dogs and cats! I know fur babies are family and I take very good care of them. So go and enjoy yourself, I have everything under control 😉 While I do have to show up to my day job in order to maintain my cats life of luxury(and believe me he is demanding), I am an early bird so I can stop by first thing in the morning. About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals cats, dogs, fish, and even plants! I love to help my friends, family, and more with walking their dog, feeding their cat, or watering plants! I work only a few days a week because I’m a stay at home mother so I would give your pup all my love. I’m available during the week from 11am - 8pm. I take my dogs on walks as well as play fetch at least once a day! I feed them twice a day and let them out every 2-3 hours. If i dog/cat sit for someone I go to their house 2 times a day to feed, walk, or whatever else I’m instructed to do.

Our family has been used to having furry friends for a long time. I’m a teacher and my husband is a travel soccer club director, so our home is active, family-oriented, and full of love. Our goal is for every dog who stays with us to have a happy, safe, and fun stay!🐶❤️ A Typical Day in Our Home 🐾 Our home has a nice balance of structure, activity, and plenty of attention for our four-legged guests. I’m a full-time teacher, so I’m at work during the school day, but I’m home after school and have afternoons and evenings to spend with the dogs. My husband has a flexible schedule and typically doesn’t start work until around 10:00 AM and is home by about 3:00 PM. This means your pup won’t be alone for long stretches of time, and there is someone around during much of the day. Our mornings are busy with getting the kids ready for school, but we make time for potty breaks, breakfast, and some attention before everyone heads out. Once the kids are home from school, things become more active! We enjoy walks, outdoor play, and spending time together as a family. We live in the gated community of Fords Colony, so the walking paths for your pup are perfect and safe. Your pup will get plenty of attention, playtime, and opportunities to relax throughout the afternoon and evening. We’re happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking, potty, and medication routines as closely as possible. Our goal is to make their stay feel comfortable, safe, and as much like home as possible!
