About: For years, I've walked the fields and trails along the Potomac River with a furry companion - most recently with Flannery, my family's Great Pyrenees who loved romping in Virginia Bluebell flowers and sinking her paws into mud. Animals have always been a part of my life. About: I love animals! I have a dog currently and had a cat. I’ve been caring for them my whole life. I know a lot about both dogs and cats. I adopted my cat and got my dog close in age so they would be close with each other so i’ve had both puppies and kittens to elder pets. I love going on runs and walks with my dog and having fun together. I’d have to say bathing and playing with both dogs and cats is my favorite but I love doing anything with pets. A special skill I have would be cutting dog and cat nails especially the darker nails and having both dogs and cats feel comfortable while getting a bath. “This isn’t my first review for Stacie (and Ziggy), but I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate Stacie, her family and their dog Ziggy for taking care of my Nala! Her ears perk up whenever she realizes that we are packing to go somewhere and mention Ziggy’s name, and goes crazy (and goes onto tapping on our entrance door knob!!). Stacie always sends us pictures and Nala always looks happy (too happy sometimes to make me think she doesn’t want to come back home). Also, Stacie is ALWAYS honest about her schedule, the dogs that are already staying there (for the sake of compatibilities of the dogs), so she’s not just taking any dogs or however many dogs to make money.
