She has a fully fenced in yard which was great for my younger, high energy dog to run laps around the house and get her energy out. About: I’ve lived with dogs as long as I can remember and have had a significant part in their care for about 10 years. The last 4 years I’ve been the primary caregiver for my pets. Since I was a teenager I’ve been the designated pet and house sitter for friends and family! I currently work full time but work from home two days per week. My mornings before work and evenings after work are dedicated to the pups. If necessary I am able to take a long lunch for some extra pup time. I have a fully fenced in yard where my friendly pups love to play and a puppy proofed home. Pets are welcome anywhere people are allowed, including furniture. My 2 dachshunds are super outgoing with other dogs and can keep up with big dogs! In a client’s home I will take into account any of the house rules of the pet parents.

About: I've loved dogs for the longest time and ever since I've had my own, you quickly realize they are more than a pet, they are family. My dog and I will treat your dog just like family during their visit. I succeeded well in training my dog on my own from house training, to off leash, to playing hide and seek, and I understand the important component of upholding and instilling any of your training while you're not present. As of June 30th, I no longer work remotely, but work very close to home. I still will have plenty of time to give your pup comfort and attention throughout the day. I am available most weekdays and weekends, but may become more limited depending on the season. I have 1 dog, a small Yorkshire Terrier who is known as Mr. President because he loves to greet and befriend each pet or person he sees, no matter the size. He is super friendly and playful and would love to be a great friend and playmate with your pup. I can easily crate your dog if needed with one you provide or with one of my own crates or expandale play pens. My yard is open, but there is plenty of space for fun. I enjoy long walks, so if your pup needs to get in multiple miles, I can make that happen. I have a multi level townhome. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the home except for the kitchen. If your dog loves the outdoors, i have a small deck and a small enclosed front balcony they can hang on. There are plenty of toys and puzzles, but you are of course welcome to provide their favorite toy.

Many of my neighbors would often ask me to take care of their pets while they're away, and I still watch all of them to this day! I'm currently out of school for the summer, so I have plenty of time on weekdays and weekends to care for your pets! I go back to school mid-August and will continue taking on gigs on the weekends then. I'm very tidy and respectful and you can trust me to take care of your pet in your home in a safe and gentle way.

We had a meet and greet to ensure our dogs got along, and I was able to meet her at her home in advance to see where my dogs would be staying. She asked thoughtful questions about my dogs' needs and made sure I had peace of mind while I was on my trip. She has a fully fenced in yard which was great for my younger, high energy dog to run laps around the house and get her energy out. My dogs have a somewhat significant age range - one is 1.5 years old and the other is 8.5, and she was able to cater to both of their activity levels to make sure they had a fulfilling experience. We will definitely work with Stacey again the next time we need dog care!”
