I love that she used positive reinforcement to keep Ginger inline instead of negative feedback. Ginger even escaped from her house and thank goodness Julie was able to call her back. Julie sent tons of updates via video and pictures keeping me well informed of everything going on during her stay. Ginger had ZERO separation anxiety when I picked her up and brought her back to my house. She normally has very extreme separation anxiety and I was out of town for a long time, so this was a HUGE relief for me (and Ginger I imagine as well!) Having Ginger stay in a loving home environment was so much better for her than the typical dog boarding environments. I feel like I picked up Ginger from an extended sleepover, not an exity filled environment typical to boarding. I highly recommend Julie to watch your pet!!! She really eased my mind about having to leave him for the first time and made sure he was happy the whole time! She was also very understanding and accommodating when I had to end his stay sooner than expected due to him getting sick. She offered to care for him but I choose to have a friend come get him to take him to the vet instead just so he was with someone he knew. However, Hillary’s updates on his health during the time he was with her were thorough and helped keep me calm during this very stressful situation!”

About: Call me Libby :) Dogs are my absolute passion in life! I was raised in a home with dogs and I’ve been a personal pet owner for over 10 years. I have experience raising and fostering puppies, seniors, and everything in between! I’ve had dogs in hospice care, with special needs, medical issues, etc. I have basic training skills and there are no stairs in my home in case your dog can’t use them. I have a large fenced in yard for play time or sunbathing in a safe and quiet neighborhood. They will be treated as if they are my own and loved on for every minute they are in my care! I run my own business so my work hours are flexible. I never leave the home for more than 4-5 hours at the absolute maximum. My 2 dogs and I go on evening walks everyday (after it’s cooled off in the summer time) and lots of outdoor time in between. My life revolves around my dogs needs so yours will fit in perfectly! I have a large fenced in yard and crates of different sizes if you need or want them to be crated. I have two friendly dogs so your baby will never be alone. My youngest dog will be a loving companion to your pet and make sure they feel like they’re at home. Whether that’s playing or napping, he will fall in love with them instantly!

About: I've never not had animals in my life! I spent my early years on a working farm and have always had a way with animals. Dogs love me (cats, too!) and I them ❤️ I have many years of experience in the veterinary field and know what to do in emergencies. I am currently working part time and my schedule is flexible. I do work away from home for 5-8 hours a day, split shift. I have dogs amd cats but can keep them separate, if necessary. My dogs are dog friendly, although my beagle mix is very bossy (typical!) Dogs will be in the house with my dogs, but they can be separated, if needed. I can crate, if the parents supply the crate. Dogs will be leash walked in the wide front yard but we can also go across the street to the dog park, too!

About: Ive taken care of many breeds of dogs from various sizes and ages since I can remember. I currently own a puppy and am loving every part of it. I currently work part-time from 5am-9am so I have plenty of time during the rest of the day to take care of your pets whenever! I love taking my dogs on trails and around the neighborhood to make sure they get plenty of exercise and enrichment. This is important to ensure they stay happy!

For dog walks, I focus on safe handling, appropriate exercise for your dog’s energy level, and making sure they return home happy and settled. I always send updates and photos so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and loved while keeping you informed and at ease.
About: I have grown up with dogs all of my life, beginning with labradors and labradoodles to American bulldogs. I can carry over 60 pounds and am experienced with walking dogs. I’m currently working part-time and have a lot of extra time on my hands, I would love nothing more to utilize that to make sure that these animals can maintain an excellent life while their owner earns their living. I have a fenced yard however my services would require me to go to the clients home. I have a reliable car so it would be no problem.

About: Call me Libby :) Dogs are my absolute passion in life! I was raised in a home with dogs and I’ve been a personal pet owner for over 10 years. I have experience raising and fostering puppies, seniors, and everything in between! I’ve had dogs in hospice care, with special needs, medical issues, etc. I have basic training skills and there are no stairs in my home in case your dog can’t use them. I have a large fenced in yard for play time or sunbathing in a safe and quiet neighborhood. They will be treated as if they are my own and loved on for every minute they are in my care! I run my own business so my work hours are flexible. I never leave the home for more than 4-5 hours at the absolute maximum. My 2 dogs and I go on evening walks everyday (after it’s cooled off in the summer time) and lots of outdoor time in between. My life revolves around my dogs needs so yours will fit in perfectly! I have a large fenced in yard and crates of different sizes if you need or want them to be crated. I have two friendly dogs so your baby will never be alone. My youngest dog will be a loving companion to your pet and make sure they feel like they’re at home. Whether that’s playing or napping, he will fall in love with them instantly!

About: I've had dogs since I was 5 (I'm 36). Cats I never had my own-- although I am getting kittens very soon :) -- but I have pet-sit for 2 cats of a good friends for 9 years whenever he left town. I also had a neighbor with anywhere from 7-15 cats growing up, and many (but not all) of those cats loved me. I am looking to build this into a primary source of income. I have closed weekends per the default availability, but please inquire and I will do my best to make time on weekends as well. I allow them to explore my house supervised in order to feel comfortable and knowledgeable about their surroundings. I have a space in the middle of the house that will be for pet toys / chewing / napping / etc.

About: I have two amazing dogs, Milo and Winter, that play constantly! They are best of friends and always welcome new friends. Milo is an 8 month old puppy still learning house training and making amazing progress. I found him at a rescue in Philly when I was visiting March 2026- love at first site! He clicked so well with my German Shepherd mix Winter, that I rescued in June 2025. Prior to falling in love with these two rescues, I helped foster several dogs through a local rescue- while healing from the loss of my dog of 13 years, Bella. She was a one dog household kind of girl, but Winter was just the opposite. I could tell she needed a friend, and Milo came into our lives at just the right time. I so look forward to helping care for your fur babies and will give them all the walks, plays, and cuddles they might need. I’ll ensure all your care is personalized to your dog’s specific needs. Also, would love to send you pic updates while you’re at work or adventuring! If your dog is in my care for doggy daycare, I will be home with them, unless otherwise discussed with you. If I’m hired to come walk your dog, I’ll give you a detailed update of our walk! I am home and available 7 days a week, unless I’m traveling. My dogs get lots of attention and walks. We love the James River Park system 🫶 I will ask for lots of detail about your pets specific needs so I can curate their care so they feel right at home! A home away from home.
