“My wife and I had the birth of our first child scheduled, and last minute we decided to have someone board our smallest dog Icarus. Within 10 minutes of messaging Scott and Amanda they called me and told me to drop my little buddy off. They took such amazing care of him… Everyday they sent me text messages, pictures, videos; they walked Icarus, their kids played with him, their Lab Walter hung out with him. I even dropped Icarus with a bit of a stomach ache and they made sure he didn’t over eat and slowly fed him to make sure he was OK. One the day we were to pickup Icarus my wife and I had to stay at the hospital longer and last minute I asked if they could watch him for 2 more days and they said “no problem at all”. Scott and Amanda are absolutely amazing dog sitters, and they’re even better people.”

About: I have taken care of animals since I was 15. I started working for a groomer as a bather for 7 years and have worked at Animal Care of Gloucester for 7 years. I am very well experienced in the their well being, animal behavior, walking, feeding, medicating, bathing. I would love to be able to help take care of animals in my free time. From puppies to seniors I have worked with them all. I am currently working looking for work but I would love to spend my free time taking care of animals. I do have my son every other weekend, so I will be available for pet sitting overnight every other weekend. I live at the end of a quarter mile dirt road off of the main streets, I do not have a fenced in yard but am able to leash walk as many times a day as needed. I have 5 babies of my own, 1 dogs, 2 cats, and a cockatiel that are very friendly and live other animals. I can easily crate if needed and provided and have a pet safe home. I am currently looking for work so anytime is perfectly fine. I do take & pick my son up from school everyday at 8:30am and 3:30pm. I can easily crate pets if needed. About: I am a lover of all animals. I currently have 4 goats, 10 pot bellied pigs, 5 cats. and 3 dogs and almost all of my pets are rescues. Your babies will get great care and attention when I visit or stay over. I will respect and abide by any rules you personally have regarding that. I work my full time job from home so your pet will get 24-hour care as well as lots of love and attention if over night stays are needed. I love going on walks with pets, and guarantee I can tire them out, even the most energetic of them by playing ball or any other thing they like. Plenty of time for play and walks. About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with them, cared for and dog sat for over 15 years while being a nannny. I've had two dogs of my own as well. My family and I have recently lost our beloved pup and are desiring to spend time with yours to get all the dog snuggles and love we can! I am a stay at home mom with 3 kids. We are home daily and most weekends. We love for your sweet pup to hang with us during the day or stay with us during a vacation or long weekend away. We do not have a fenced in yard but have 2 acres of property that we would leash your dog and take for walks around the property. We had a dog in the past that had medication needs and special food needs so I accustomed to caring for dogs with special needs. We are also a couch/furniture friendly family if that is something that is important to you. We do have small children but both are use to dogs and love them! If your dog struggles with behavioral issues and has a history of aggression, please include this in your message so I can help you decide the best options for your pet when it comes to meeting a new pet sitter. If your dog struggles with severe anxiety (this is very common!) please include some of the best anxiety-reducing practices for your dog (ex. favorite blanket, hiding spots, calming treats / jackets) in their care instructions so that they can have the best time possible without their favorite human.

About: Hi! I currently have a boxer/shiba Inu and a rescue puppy. My boxer/shiba went through an intensive training program where I was taught how to train a dog as well so I’m great with dogs. I received daily videos and communication. It was comforting knowing my somewhat anxious prone pups were in a safe environment. “My wife and I had the birth of our first child scheduled, and last minute we decided to have someone board our smallest dog Icarus. Within 10 minutes of messaging Scott and Amanda they called me and told me to drop my little buddy off. They took such amazing care of him… Everyday they sent me text messages, pictures, videos; they walked Icarus, their kids played with him, their Lab Walter hung out with him. I even dropped Icarus with a bit of a stomach ache and they made sure he didn’t over eat and slowly fed him to make sure he was OK. One the day we were to pickup Icarus my wife and I had to stay at the hospital longer and last minute I asked if they could watch him for 2 more days and they said “no problem at all”. Scott and Amanda are absolutely amazing dog sitters, and they’re even better people.”

“Awesome and Pleasant Military orientated Couple!!! My sweat Venus greated me very cheerfully when I picked her up! These couple are very involved and cared for my furry baby as their Owen. Was updated with pictures in the morning and evenings plus videos daily. Daily they would have a to two miles of hiking. Katherine would update me with their daily significant adventure like I was reading a story book and help me to stay closer when I’m at a distance. A peaceful and safe wide open neighborhood! Brittany came prepared to also ask me questions to Better understand how to best care for Bean. Lima Bean had a great stay even with thunderstorms present which causes her the most anxiety. She was spoiled and even came home with a cute Bandana. Brittany understood how important it was for me to receive multiple updates a day that encompassed pictures.
