“We highly recommend Chris and plan on using him again for years to come. This was the first time our 2 year old shih tzu had been away from home but Pepper felt immediately at home. We got daily pictures and Pepper went on lots of fun walks in different parks. Chris had also made a window perch for Pepper so he could also look out the window. About: I love cats I have 2 cats myself. I got my first cat in 2018 and ever since then we just kept on getting cats. I’m experience in giving cats medications, I’ve had to for all my cats especially my first one that we had to put him down due to cancer with no cure. I’ve had my cats since they were newborn until now. I take care of my cats really well I treat them like my own kids, dressing them up and throwing a mini feast for their birthday (I take it very serious). I maintain their litter everyday, feed them, bathe them occasionally, and groom them. They’re very spoiled and I’d love to spoil your cats with my love. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every shape and size since I was born. I was an infant cuddling with our massive doberman! My friends, family, and neighbors always knew they had a reliable pet sitter as long as I was around. I also ran on Harrisonburg Rescue Squad as an EMT for about 2 years, which has taught me excellent hard and soft skills in the case of an emergency. I’m working part time right now, so I’m able to spend as much time as needed with your lovely pooches (or other animals)! I mostly work nights on the weekends, but am able to adapt my schedule, if needed. :) I absolutely respect a given owner’s rules for their pets. In my own home, we raised our pit bull to listen and be intentional, and he is an amazing boy. In my client’s homes, I will treat their animals with the utmost respect, while enforcing the necessary house rules. They sent periodic incredible “action” pictures and our Goldens did not seemed stressed at all when we picked them up. We are looking forward to our stay with them early next month.”
