We are from out of town and had a hiccup just days before the start of our Virginia Beach vacation when our local sitter became unavailable to watch our two pups. I was in a bit of a panic, with only a few days left to secure arrangements. I was so fortunate to find and connect with Cynthia! Because we live several hours away, we could not do a prior meet-and-greet, which initially made me a bit nervous. However, we were able to chat on the phone before confirming the reservation, and any worries I had quickly disappeared as Cynthia had a lot of knowledge and experience with dog care, routines, and special quirks. At drop-off, we met Cynthia's husband, who was also very welcoming. He reassured us that our pups would be in good hands. As I write this review, I can confidently say that they absolutely were in the best of hands! From the photos and updates we received, we could see our pups were happy, relaxed, and quickly bonding with the family. Macy usually won't eat well when traveling and she even managed to get her to eat. She has a nice fenced yard so the dogs can have room to play but also welcomes them into her home. I would definitely let Nancy keep Macy again if we are in the area.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since the age of nine. My son is 13 and a very big care lover. We have two cats, 8 & 5, and a medium sized dog. We also have a spare bedroom for animals that need time alone away from all the unfamiliarity. Your pet will have free range of the house (if comfortable) which features two large automatic litter boxes, 6ft scratching post with smaller scratching posts throughout the home, enrichment toys, beds, backyard views with plenty of wildlife to watch and two filtered water fountains available throughout the day. Both cats are on a feeding schedule, so your baby will also have to be on a schedule as well, I will work with you to figure out what times work best! All pets are vaccinated and spayed with regular checkups ups. Our dog is crate trained and does not wander the home without supervision. We will treat your baby like family and make any accommodations they will need to feel comfortable.

I have bulldogs of my own so I have a lot of experience with eye and oral medication administration for dogs, and cleaning regimens. For senior dogs we can also offer accommodations for their physical disabilities as well as offering separate spaces where they can rest on their own without interacting with other dogs. If you have a puppy or a dog that has been difficult to train, I can also offer some basic training skills that I’ll use with my dogs to make sure that everybody stays safe and is comfortable during their visit whether I’m visiting your home or you’re having your dog visit my home.

About: I have had many pets while growing up including cats and dogs! My current fur baby is a corgi beagle who’s getting older so i do have experience with older dogs. I’m currently working part time at a gym so i have very flexible hours! I also love walking for my own personal exercise so getting to have a lil fur baby buddy to keep me company is amazing! My condo does not allow pets so i will only be able to watch your fur baby at your place. I’m hoping to take them on nice walks length of walk of course depending on the pets physical ability
About: Most of my experience was mostly personal with the numerous animals I had when I was growing up. But I also have experience with other friends or families' animals. During that, I have taken care of the dietary needs of pit bulls to Dachsund. About: Ive had dogs just about all my life. I currently have a dog. He's an offleash dog so I am very familiar with training dogs to listen, using the bathroom outside, I also give baths. Walking for at least 30minute or until the pup gets tired. Go out first thing in the morning, Go out right after work, Replenish food bowl every morning, Fresh water every morning, Let them run around the backyard and get some sun every 2-4 hrs for 30m each. Bathe pup on Sunday. Fresh water daily, healthy food flow, safe and cozy place to lay, regular bathroom breaks, outside playtime, If bathed , allow them to air dry.
