My dog went with them happily which set my heart at ease. This was the first time I had left him with someone other than family. About: I am open to caring for any and all pets. As someone who currently has 3 Great Pyrenees, an Austrian Kelpie puppy, and other pets, I am experienced in all areas and types. I have open availability to care for pets. I work for myself so build my schedule around jobs and appointments as needed. I am very flexible with accommodations so please reach out if you have any questions. I do not offer overnight in home care at the moment due to all of my pets at home but will gladly stay at your home with your pet. I can send pictures and videos of your pet to you and don't mind cameras in the home so you can drop in any time and see your fur and/or scaly baby.

About: I have experience with all animal types including dogs, cats, horses, livestock, birds, pocket pets and some reptiles. I am a licensed vet tech so I am also comfortable medicating animals that need it. I have 7 dogs and 3 cats, all of which are friendly with other animals. I will treat your pets as if they are my own no matter if they are being boarded or just going for a walk. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding your pets and their needs while you are working, vacationing, etc. I can care for pets early before work, mid-day and late after work. On weekends my schedule can be more flexible depending on what activities I have going on. Any dogs that come into my home will be treated as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard for the dogs to play in. Boarding dogs will have their own room to hang out in.

About: I have had cats my entire life and have extensive experience caring for them through all stages of life. Growing up with cats taught me the importance of understanding their individual personalities, routines, and needs. In my adult life, I have had two cats of my own. One of them I raised from a kitten and cared for throughout his entire life until he was 13 years old. About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals cats, dogs, fish, and even plants! I love to help my friends, family, and more with walking their dog, feeding their cat, or watering plants! I work only a few days a week because I’m a stay at home mother so I would give your pup all my love. I’m available during the week from 11am - 8pm. I take my dogs on walks as well as play fetch at least once a day! I feed them twice a day and let them out every 2-3 hours. If i dog/cat sit for someone I go to their house 2 times a day to feed, walk, or whatever else I’m instructed to do.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I grew up with them, cared for and dog sat for over 15 years while being a nannny. I've had two dogs of my own as well. My family and I have recently lost our beloved pup and are desiring to spend time with yours to get all the dog snuggles and love we can! I am a stay at home mom with 3 kids. We are home daily and most weekends. We love for your sweet pup to hang with us during the day or stay with us during a vacation or long weekend away. We do not have a fenced in yard but have 2 acres of property that we would leash your dog and take for walks around the property. We had a dog in the past that had medication needs and special food needs so I accustomed to caring for dogs with special needs. We are also a couch/furniture friendly family if that is something that is important to you. We do have small children but both are use to dogs and love them! We also do not have a pet of our right currently and so your dog would definitely be the center of our attention.

About: We’re a dog-loving family with experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels. We have two dogs of our own: a senior Lab/hound mix and a middle-aged Great Dane. We’re comfortable with everything from energetic playtime to older dogs who prefer a slower pace, and we’re happy to follow your dog’s normal routines, feeding schedule, and house rules. We both work hybrid schedules, so someone is home with the dogs most of the time. Dogs get regular outdoor breaks throughout the day and plenty of attention and interaction. We’re happy to accommodate dogs who need more activity as well as those who are content to relax and hang out with us. We have a large, fenced-in yard where dogs can safely get outside and play. Our fence is approximately 3 feet high and made of hog wire, so we’re best suited for dogs who aren’t jumpers or determined escape artists. Our own dogs respect the boundary. We also have a dog-loving 4-year-old, so dogs must be comfortable and safe around children. Our dogs are friendly and accustomed to sharing their space with other dogs. At night, visiting dogs sleep downstairs on their own dog bed or one of our designated “dog couches.” Crate-trained dogs are welcome to use their crate if that is what makes them most comfortable.

About: I am a lover of all animals. I currently have 4 goats, 10 pot bellied pigs, 5 cats. and 3 dogs and almost all of my pets are rescues. Your babies will get great care and attention when I visit or stay over. I will respect and abide by any rules you personally have regarding that. I work my full time job from home so your pet will get 24-hour care as well as lots of love and attention if over night stays are needed. I love going on walks with pets, and guarantee I can tire them out, even the most energetic of them by playing ball or any other thing they like. Plenty of time for play and walks. I can administer oral or injectable meds if needed. I know I am the perfect person to love and care for your pet while you are away. About: I work as a Veterinarian Assistant for an amazing clinic! Ever since childhood, I knew animal caregiving was my future. I started in different 4H groups to start growing my knowledge in this field! When I was 13, I started working at a boarding Barn facility. At this facility, I took care of multiple different types of animals including dogs and cats! In high school, I took a majority of health science classes and agricultural classes including vet sciences. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes since I was just a kid. My partner Rex has also had dogs growing up. I have kept family and friends' dogs while they vacation as well as done drop ins at their home for walks, feeding and cuddling. I have also taken care of goats and chickens. I will treat your pets how I would want someone to treat mine. I am comfortable around all size and breeds of dogs and cats as well as goats and chickens. I am self employed and have a very flexible schedule. I am available almost any time, including nights and weekends. Most schedules can be accommodated. I have 5 acres which about 1/2 acre is fenced in with 6-foot fencing. I can snuggle your dog on the couch or crate them if they feel more comfortable like that. I have my own personal dogs but keep them separate from other people's pets. If you leave directions of what your pets routine in your home is like I can provide for them in that manner.

About: I have grown up with animals. Dogs and cats are at the top of the list. I've been around domesticated animals all of my life. My first kittens at my young age was two siames kittens Who had 2 litters of kittens as well as having to toy poodle dogs, that had two litters of puppies twice. I must have been about 10 so it was from then that I have been loving & caring for fur babies.. Though I do not Own a dog or a cat right now, but look forward to owning some in my future.. I currently own a guinea pig. I just recently experienced the end of a pug/fur baby end of life. I took care of the pug for his last six months of life. Soon after that I boarded a beautiful pitbull for the weekend of mother's day. So to book with me, i'm sure I will have you covered.. Because I am home during the day I am a great fit for you fur baby. I love on your Fur baby while you are on occasion or just I'll have an a fun day. Because I am located across from freedom park in James City County, Williamsburg. I feel i'm in a great place to be able to get them out to go for walks and just run and play.

They worked with him several different ways to get him to take it because my dog wouldn't follow the way he does for me at home. I apprecaited their patience and care. I received updates very quickly on the first day. After that, the updates were less frequent, but when I reached out to ask, they were quick to respond. My dog went with them happily which set my heart at ease. This was the first time I had left him with someone other than family. When I picked him up, he was glad to see me, but didn't appear to be anxious or traumatized in any way. When we visit Williamsburg again, I will definitely check with them to keep my dog again.”

About: Welcome to our home! We’re a fun, loving family with two elementary-aged kids and our friendly Bernedoodle, who loves having furry friends around. Our family has been used to having furry friends for a long time. I’m a teacher and my husband is a travel soccer club director, so our home is active, family-oriented, and full of love. We’re used to busy days, lots of playtime, walks, and plenty of attention! Our Bernedoodle is playful, social, and loves making new friends. We’d love to welcome your pup into our family while they’re with us and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. We enjoy getting outside for walks and playtime and are happy to keep your dog on their normal routine as much as possible. Whether your pup is energetic and playful or enjoys a more relaxed pace, we’ll give them the care and attention they need. We know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet with someone you trust. Our goal is for every dog who stays with us to have a happy, safe, and fun stay!🐶❤️ A Typical Day in Our Home 🐾 Our home has a nice balance of structure, activity, and plenty of attention for our four-legged guests. I’m a full-time teacher, so I’m at work during the school day, but I’m home after school and have afternoons and evenings to spend with the dogs. My husband has a flexible schedule and typically doesn’t start work until around 10:00 AM and is home by about 3:00 PM. This means your pup won’t be alone for long stretches of time, and there is someone around during much of the day. Our mornings are busy with getting the kids ready for school, but we make time for potty breaks, breakfast, and some attention before everyone heads out. Once the kids are home from school, things become more active! We enjoy walks, outdoor play, and spending time together as a family. We live in the gated community of Fords Colony, so the walking paths for your pup are perfect and safe. Your pup will get plenty of attention, playtime, and opportunities to relax throughout the afternoon and evening. We’re happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking, potty, and medication routines as closely as possible. Our goal is to make their stay feel comfortable, safe, and as much like home as possible!
