“Leslie is incredibly kind and attentive. She took my dog out for a lot of exercise, and kept him happy and safe while I was away. She provided plenty of photos and video updates and followed instructions to a T. She has a big backyard and comfortable looking house in a quiet neighborhood. My dog is usually pretty shy and can take a long time to warm up to new sitters, but he was right at home with Leslie. I would definitely recommend her to others, and plan to book with her again in the future.”

Bruno has a daily skin care routine and requires medications, and Richard handled everything perfectly. By the time we picked Bruno up, his skin honestly looked better than when we dropped him off. Richard is clearly experienced and confident administering all types of medications, including injections, which gave me a huge sense of relief and comfort. It’s not easy to find someone you fully trust with a dog that has medical needs, but I felt completely comfortable leaving Bruno in his care. Bruno got constant attention, enjoyed his backyard, and clearly loved spending time with Richard and his family. “Stacie was an absolute amazing! She took care of both my dogs; Duke and Rosie, for six days. Rosie stayed with Stacie before, but it was the first time for Duke. Stacie sent photos of both dogs multiple times a day. Duke had a knee surgery couple of years ago, so we were a little concerned, but Stacie was very cautious so he doesn’t hurt himself playing. Rosie is an anxious dog and takes a little time to warm up to people, but has no trouble introducing herself with other dogs, Stacie put us as ease! She provides regular updates throughout the day. In every photo, my dogs looked happy and well cared for. Duke and Rosie were shown a lot of love and attention during their time with Stacie and they came home happy and healthy. We will take them on daily walks and will receive lots of cuddles. Besides intermittent outings, I will be home with your dog, the whole time. I have had dogs for many years, but I have dog sat dogs for the last two years. Your dog will be a part of our family. I homeschool my children and so we are home most of the time. We do have outings but are usually back within 4 hours. I can usually accommodate our schedule if your pet needs care more often than that, if I know in advance. About: With the exception of a few years during college, I have always had animals in my life! I grew up always having a cat and a dog in the house and taking progressively more responsibility for their care as I got older. Now, I'm owned by two dogs (a boxer mix and a lab mix) and two cats, one of which followed my boxer and I home one day and decided to stay. They are by far the best part of my day. With all these fur babies, I've run the gauntlet of pet care challenges, from pilling cats, to dealing with allergies, to working on behaviors like marking and excessive barking. I don't claim to have it all figured out, but what I do know is that it's made me incredibly patient and compassionate with any animals in my care. Plus I've learned a trick or two along the way! I currently work for myself (from home) as a research consultant. While I do have periodic meetings throughout the week, I usually have a significant amount of flexibility in my schedule during the mornings and afternoons. I often find myself going out on multiple long walks throughout the day and generally finding any excuse I can to be outside. So why not use that time to hang out with some new animal friends? My flexible schedule means that I can accommodate most any pet needs. I go for multiple walks every day both on my own and with my own dogs, so it's easy to incorporate lots of activity in your pet's day. I also have an enclosed front porch that we all love sitting outside in the shade on, just enjoying the fresh air. And on hot days, I even have a kiddie pool that one of my dogs likes to play in to cool off. Both my dogs are very friendly and would love to make new friends! About: I’ve had 13 years of pet care experience, including walking, bathing, and grooming! We’re very interactive with the pets, with at least one family member home at all times. I am currently at a law firm in Fairfax. I will be home in the mornings and evenings every day, with flexible availability. She provided plenty of photos and video updates and followed instructions to a T. She has a big backyard and comfortable looking house in a quiet neighborhood. My dog is usually pretty shy and can take a long time to warm up to new sitters, but he was right at home with Leslie. I would definitely recommend her to others, and plan to book with her again in the future.”

“Stacie was an absolute amazing! She took care of both my dogs; Duke and Rosie, for six days. Rosie stayed with Stacie before, but it was the first time for Duke. Stacie sent photos of both dogs multiple times a day. Duke had a knee surgery couple of years ago, so we were a little concerned, but Stacie was very cautious so he doesn’t hurt himself playing. Rosie is an anxious dog and takes a little time to warm up to people, but has no trouble introducing herself with other dogs, Stacie put us as ease! She provides regular updates throughout the day. In every photo, my dogs looked happy and well cared for. Duke and Rosie were shown a lot of love and attention during their time with Stacie and they came home happy and healthy.
