About: I've always had a love for animals and love working with them! I've grown up with dogs and love to be around them. My mom used to breed labs and I would help her socialize and take care of the puppies to prepare them for their new homes! About: Hello all! I’d love to help you with your pet care needs. I have had pets most of my life, and am the current owner of a 3 year old chihuahua mix, and an 12 year old chocolate point siamese. I started using Rover over the summer a few years ago and have had so many amazing clients! It has also been a great experience when it comes to socializing my young pup. Before using Rover, I took care of family members pets and would find my own boarding, dog walking and drop in clients. I currently do pet sitting in addition to my full time job. I work for a high school so I get plenty of dates off including winter, spring and summer breaks. During these times I’d be home full time. Otherwise, Monday-Friday I care for the dogs when I wake up, go to work, come home and continue their care. That’s pretty much all I do. I have a fenced yard that gives my boarders (as well as my pup) plenty of room to run and play! Boarders stay on the main level of my house and are allowed on furniture, unless discouraged by owners. You are more than welcome to bring anything you think would make your pet more comfortable during their stay (ex. Beds, crates, favor toys or treats). If you crate your dog/s at night or while no one is home, I will do the same. I work full time but can balance your pets needs with my schedule. They will have a morning routine of going outside to potty and eating before I head to work. I often leave a tv on for them and I also have cameras to keep an eye on them while away. When I return home, they will have free roam from being inside to going out to the fenced yard to play and explore whenever they would like. I’ll feed again in the evenings (based on your feeding instruction of course) and eventually tuck them in for bed. :) For boarding, your pet will have access to my fenced in backyard where they can play and explore. When I’m away from the house, I can crate your pet upon your request. I leave it up to the owner! Your pet will be boarded on my main level. I NEVER leave pets outside and unattended while away from the house.

We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. I am currently working full time with weekends off. My current work schedule is from 7-3 so I would be available for late afternoon and evening check-ins on week days. About: I am a husky lover and owner who has spent most of my life taking care of dogs! I am 30 years old and have grown up taking care of beagles as well as pet sitting for family members and neighbors. Now, I currently have two huskies, ages 3 and 1. I enjoy long walks with my pups and lots of play time! On the weekends, I enjoy taking my dogs on long hikes, taking them to the dog park for some play time and even runs on the beach. My huskies are friendly with dogs their size and love making new friends. They also have spent time around cats and although they avoid playing, they do love other furry friends. About: I have taken care of sick elderly dog. Friends and family rely on me to take care of their dogs or cats or other pets. I have had experience with farm animals. I have taken care of my pet rabbit everyday. I’m open to cats or dogs or any other types of pets, even snakes, I actually love snakes. They’re so cute. I’m a freshman in college, and I am taking a path to becoming a veterinarian. Currently I will not be available, but for me school ends on May 10, so after that I will be home for summer and be available 24/7. We only have a pet bunny, so we built her a hutch that has little side doors and a top that opens up and you can reach her. She has a little house inside the hutch where she can sit inside when it’s cold outside, it’s filled with straw.
