You can enjoy worry-free care knowing your furry friend is in caring and attentive hands. I’ve owned pets my whole life and I’ve fostered dogs for the past 3 years. I work but I get up early enough to have ample time for morning routine of potty, feeding and playtime or walk. After work, it’s potty, feeding and playtime again with a walk. Your pet will have the freedom of the main floor until they have settled in. I have gates, play fences and crates if they are needed. Once comfortable, they are allowed upstairs (I had a few fosters that loved to hang out on my bed). I have a fenced yard for play and bathroom. I have multiple dog beds and lots of toys. I have my own small dog, who has never met a dog he didn’t like, and three cats.

About: I absolutely adore animals. I have four children who are also huge animal lovers so if you board with us in home your pet will be absolutely doted on. Pet parents will be hard pressed to find a family that will take better care of your pet or give them as much love and attention. I love being outside and going on long walks and would love to accompany your dog on their daily walk. We have a tremendous amount of time to play with your pet, take them on walks, and give them the attention they not only require but also deserve. We have a decent sized fenced in yard which is perfect for lots of play time! We are very attentive to animals and have experience giving medication including shots.

About: I have always had a dog for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and I love them. We currently have two dogs. I have a male Golden doodle named Bo and a female Teddy Bear named Annie. I like to walk the dogs for two 30 minute walks a day. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have a 7 year old, 10 year old, 13 year old and 16 year old at home. Everyone loves dogs. We have a routine with the dogs and they are part of the family. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I am a firm believer that dogs need to be walked. I walk my dogs for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon on a walking path behind my house. I keep jingle bells on my door and my dogs ring them to go outside to potty. I have options to separate dogs if necessary. Dogs are separated at feeding time.
“We were near Fredricksburg for the the weekend and we wanted to go eat at the restaurant so we found Kindall; luckily she was only 4 minutes away from where we wanted to dine. We were able to drop him off , Kindall greeted us outside and Spider felt comfortable right away with her. We felt at eat ease leaving him for about 2 hours. We were able to enjoy our meal without having to rush and even went shopping after. Kindall kept us updated by sending us photos and communicating. We did not have to give her anything as she said she would give him her own treats. We will highly recommend and use Kindall in the future again, she was very sweet and patient with spider.”

About: Been taking care of pets since I was in Highschool. It was always a fun way to get my pet fix since we didn’t have any growing up! Stay at home mom of 3 young boys so I’m always home. This will give us a new purpose during the day which is much needed. About: I have had family pets my entire life. I currently have one pup at home, and often take care of family and friends’ pets while they are out of town! I work from 8 to 3, and am available to take care of pets before and after work on weekdays. My weekends are completely free and I stay local for holidays! I am off during the summer so I am available whenever you need me! I am very detail oriented when taking care of peoples pets, because I know how I want my fur baby to be treated! I am experienced with giving your fur babies the medications that they may need and the amount of exercise they require. My pup requires a long walk every day so I am used to walking long distances if needed; it is completely up to you to decide! I have a SUPER friendly boxer. He plays very well with other dogs, big and small. He loves all dogs, humans, cats, you name it. I also currently foster for a Belgian Malinois rescue and have a ~2yo mal foster. She is also friendly and does well with dogs but prefers neutrality. If your dog isn’t friendly or prefers alone time, that is also fine! I am easily able to separate dogs so that they can have a neutral environment. I work from home currently, so I am available to take the pups out whenever they need. My dogs usually get a long walk (1-4 miles) and any dogs I watch are welcome to join! If they cannot handle a longer walk they can get a shorter walk before or after my dog’s walk. I leave for about an hour a day to work out or run errands. At most I’m gone 2 hours from my house. I live in a neighborhood and have a semi large yard. My yard is not fenced but I have long lines (leashes) that I will take your dog out on to run and get exercise if they do not prefer walks. They will always be supervised and on-leash outside to prevent any accidents!

About: I’ve taken care of pets for as long as I can remember. I work full time at a grooming salon as a pet bather. And I have experience working at an animal hospital and a pet sitting company. I’m able to watch any sized dog and any age from puppies to seniors. I also offer simple grooming services! I regularly take multiple dogs on hikes for at least 1 hour and am used to watching large groups of dogs at a time I’m currently working full time, 5 days a week. I am free all day Tuesday, and Sunday. But I’m also free after 4pm any other day . I can pet sit overnight any day and do drop in visits in the morning, evening, and at night. I am unable to board dogs at my own home but at a clients home I can take your dogs for both short and long walks. I can even take them to a park for a nature hike. I will feed them at their scheduled times and if wanted by owners I can crate them. If medication is needed I am comfortable with giving it to them. I will give them plenty of love and lots of playtime. If wanted I can also give nail trims, brushing, ear cleaning and baths as I work full time as a pet bather.

About: I’ve had over 8yrs in experience caring for family/friends companions. Dogs bring me so much joy! They can be so funny and attentive. I have experience with puppies-young adults. I am NOT shy to seniors or dogs with extra needs, that’s just extra love to give! I love hikes/runs and I love sitting on the couch all the same. Practicing more structured walks for the safety of your babies and myself. All dogs safe and welcomed! Currently a gym junkie, unemployed, and online masters student with plenty of free time. DoorDash and InstaCart are the only uses of time. Very flexible and accommodating. No other obligations. Always use slow/cautious approaches. Respecting their space(s). Following strict rules and suggestions. Making sure their necessities are replenished and/or cared for. Checking overall health and hygiene, taking any notes necessary for owners, and offering all the support needed for the furry friends.

“Since our first use of Rover, this has been the best visit/offering of service thus far! Sonja &Phil maintained communication and provided photos throughout her entire stay, provided proper feeding (I always give a little extra and sitters would never have any to return), and she came back well and in good health (not the case on 2 occasions with another sitter). I appreciated that Roxy was still able to get outdoors in a enclosed area and I'm sure she did as well because she loves being outdoors. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be looking to use their services again!”

“We are so happy we found Laurie to take care of our 12 year old Aussie. After the initial meet and greet she was able to take him in for a few nights while we were on travel at the last minute. Laurie is super friendly and you can tell she really cares for the pets she’s watching. All of the other dogs that she watches were all really friendly as well and we are really grateful that’s he got a lot of playtime in her fenced in back yard. Laurie was also super communicative and sent multiple updates and pictures everyday which we really appreciated. We will definitely be using her again in the future!”
