“They had everything needed to care for our dogs. We only needed to bring food, they had plenty of beds and toys for them. There was tons of space for them to rub around, inside and out. Once we dropped them off, we felt comfortable that our dogs would be well taken care of. You could tell that they knew what they’re doing. When we went to pick them up, one was laying down outside and there was a bowl of ice water right next to him since it was warm out. Small things like that show they care and know how to take care of dogs. We’ll be using them in the future.”

About: We are a mother daughter duo that will ensure your pet is always taken care of. We have been taking care of dogs all our lives and have had dogs of all kinds that were loved and cared for like our own children. We have tended to puppies up to senior dogs that require medication and special care. About: With the exception of a few years during college, I have always had animals in my life! I grew up always having a cat and a dog in the house and taking progressively more responsibility for their care as I got older. Now, I'm owned by two dogs (a boxer mix and a lab mix) and two cats, one of which followed my boxer and I home one day and decided to stay. They are by far the best part of my day. With all these fur babies, I've run the gauntlet of pet care challenges, from pilling cats, to dealing with allergies, to working on behaviors like marking and excessive barking. I don't claim to have it all figured out, but what I do know is that it's made me incredibly patient and compassionate with any animals in my care. Plus I've learned a trick or two along the way! I currently work for myself (from home) as a research consultant. While I do have periodic meetings throughout the week, I usually have a significant amount of flexibility in my schedule during the mornings and afternoons. I often find myself going out on multiple long walks throughout the day and generally finding any excuse I can to be outside. So why not use that time to hang out with some new animal friends? My flexible schedule means that I can accommodate most any pet needs. I go for multiple walks every day both on my own and with my own dogs, so it's easy to incorporate lots of activity in your pet's day. I also have an enclosed front porch that we all love sitting outside in the shade on, just enjoying the fresh air. And on hot days, I even have a kiddie pool that one of my dogs likes to play in to cool off. Both my dogs are very friendly and would love to make new friends! One of my cats even enjoys horsing around with the dogs. My dogs have free reign in the house, but usually hang out with me. About: I have two dog of my own, a cat and any farm animals. I’ve handle animals age ranging from 15+ to freshly born. I’ve also taken care of canines with different medical conditions (cancer, diabetes, etc). My eldest pup currently has stage 2 kidney diseases I’m a stay at home mom. I do put my 3/4 of my kiddos on the bus and have to been home to get them off. The youngest is with me. I have 5 areas, my eldest pup is leash only. We go on long walks in the woods all the time. They also asked questions and provided details about siting with them, that helped put my mind at ease, since I always worry about being separated from my pup. They were also very good communicating. Making sure we found a drop off and pick up time that works for us both, to sending multiple updates and photos on how my pup was doing while there. I am so grateful they opened their beautiful home, and shared their lovely family with Benjie. If available in the future, I would certainly use them to sit again, and would highly recommend them.”

They took such great care of my dog—he looked happy and relaxed in every photo they sent (and they sent plenty of updates, which I really appreciated!). “They had everything needed to care for our dogs. We only needed to bring food, they had plenty of beds and toys for them. There was tons of space for them to rub around, inside and out. Once we dropped them off, we felt comfortable that our dogs would be well taken care of. You could tell that they knew what they’re doing. When we went to pick them up, one was laying down outside and there was a bowl of ice water right next to him since it was warm out. Small things like that show they care and know how to take care of dogs. We’ll be using them in the future.”
