But Michelle didn't make any of his needs feel like a burden. Her and her family were so warm toward him and very attentive to his idiosyncrasies. He got along with the kids, who were sensitive to his need to warm up to people. He ran around the house and was so happy to be there with the family. Michelle sent updates multiple times a day with pictures/videos and a report on how he was doing: if he went to the bathroom, what he ate, and what his mood was like. About: I've loved dogs for the longest time and ever since I've had my own, you quickly realize they are more than a pet, they are family. My dog and I will treat your dog just like family during their visit. I succeeded well in training my dog on my own from house training, to off leash, to playing hide and seek, and I understand the important component of upholding and instilling any of your training while you're not present. As of June 30th, I no longer work remotely, but work very close to home. I still will have plenty of time to give your pup comfort and attention throughout the day. I am available most weekdays and weekends, but may become more limited depending on the season. I have 1 dog, a small Yorkshire Terrier who is known as Mr. President because he loves to greet and befriend each pet or person he sees, no matter the size. He is super friendly and playful and would love to be a great friend and playmate with your pup. I can easily crate your dog if needed with one you provide or with one of my own crates or expandale play pens. My yard is open, but there is plenty of space for fun. I enjoy long walks, so if your pup needs to get in multiple miles, I can make that happen. I have a multi level townhome. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the home except for the kitchen. If your dog loves the outdoors, i have a small deck and a small enclosed front balcony they can hang on. There are plenty of toys and puzzles, but you are of course welcome to provide their favorite toy.

I’ve worked at a veterinary clinic as an assistant, as well as a kennel tech & adoption coordinator for animal control. If you’re going out of town or just need someone to watch your babies for a bit don’t hesitate to contact me! I will send lots of updates and pictures. I have lots of experience in animal handling & husbandry, as well as behavior. Comfortable with a wide variety of species & breeds. I’m currently working part-time so my schedule is pretty flexible! My busiest days are Friday & Saturday at the moment. Available for early morning visits, afternoon, and evening. My currently have a small house so limiting boarding, more comfortable for a crate-trained smaller dog - as I have 4 cats. I am comfortable with doing check-in’s and popping in for walks & play/feeding so that your fur babies’ routine isn’t interrupted.

About: I have taken care of many dog's of many kinds. For three years I take care of bulldogs and Frenchies and even littles. I have taken care of dogs all my life at home. About: I have had pets in my life since I was 6. Ever since then I have had at least one pet in my life at all times. As of now I have 6 pets at home. From big dogs to little dogs i’ve walked them, played with them, and have had fun with them. I love getting to know a dog and playing on their level or age ability. Pet care would fit in great with my schedule. I’m a tennis coach in the mornings, looking to reduce my hours on court to get a little more out of my last summer break. I’m extremely flexible and mostly available after 12 noon or slightly after then. In a clients home I would ensure the pet has the essentials they need.
