About: Hello I am Maura! I grew up in a very large family and we always had a dog. I have had four dogs of my own. I have done pet sitting and fostering for families, friends and a dog rescue organization. My husband and I are passionate dog lovers with 30 years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. My youngest can be a handful at times, but Mary is extremely patient, caring, and truly just loves dogs. I received a message from Mary on the second visit that my dog threw up and was not feeling good. She asks me if she can boil chicken breast and rice for him to have something easier on the stomach. This just made me feel good about leaving them in her care and that she had his best interest. She truly wants the best for them. “Yoda spent 10 days with Seyla, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She had such a great time that I’m pretty sure she thought she was on vacation. 😂 Seyla is an excellent animal caretaker, and you can immediately tell how much he genuinely loves animals. All of the animals in his care are incredibly well looked after—plenty of walks, good food, lots of attention, playtime, and fun. Staying at Seyla’s house is basically like going to a doggie resort! The dogs get to play, run around, swim, and just have the best time. One of the things I appreciated most was how communicative Seyla was. He sent me multiple videos of Yoda every single day, so even though I was away for 10 days, I felt like Yoda never really left me. I could see how happy, comfortable, and well cared for she was throughout her entire stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. Seyla is also incredibly accommodating. My friend was supposed to pick Yoda up for me, but his flight was delayed by a day. I contacted Seyla, and he had no problem extending Yoda’s stay for an extra night. I would absolutely trust Seyla with Yoda again. Knowing that she is somewhere safe, loved, well cared for, and having the time of her life makes traveling so much easier. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog like one of his own. Yoda will definitely be back! ❤️🐶”

From cuddly Pyrenees, and scary-smart German pinschers, to spunky chinchillas, their best cat friends, and curious pythons. I have been through partial behavioral training for dogs (and their humans), and have experience with animal hospice situations, as well as behaviorally aggressive dogs. About: I have always had a dog for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and I love them. We currently have two dogs. I have a male Golden doodle named Bo and a female Teddy Bear named Annie. I like to walk the dogs for two 30 minute walks a day. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have a 7 year old, 10 year old, 13 year old and 16 year old at home. Everyone loves dogs. We have a routine with the dogs and they are part of the family. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I am a firm believer that dogs need to be walked. I walk my dogs for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon on a walking path behind my house. I keep jingle bells on my door and my dogs ring them to go outside to potty. I have options to separate dogs if necessary. Dogs are separated at feeding time.

About: I have always had a soft spot for animals. I began working in the medical field but once I became a stay at home mom I realized something was missing.. my heart was in the place to care for animals instead. When my youngest was just under 2 I started taking on small dog walking jobs to get us out of the house during Covid and enjoying some fresh air and I really just fell in love with it. I have my own "misfit farm" of unwanted animals and in my down time I am taking on dog walking/pet sitting. I am knowledgeable in many animals including dogs, cats birds, small animals, exotics and farm animals. I currently own a Great Pyrenees, two cane corsos, beagle and we recently lost our mini dachshund, a cat plus 3 rescue goats, bunnies and a ton of chickens. I can also help with basic training and using an E collar. Medications or special needs animals is also something I am comfortable with. I do have kids who love to go on walks with me when I am dog walking, but it is not necessary for them to come with . My dog sitting calendar is filling up quickly! At this moment I am boarding dogs on a case by case basis so just reach out and we can chat! I am available for house sitting, however cannot accommodate regular overnight stays but can accommodate frequent and lengthy visits. I am a mom to 3, but am pretty much open and available for your needs. Hanging out with animals is a strong passion of mine and I often use the extra cash to do things with my kids. I cannot accommodate overnights in my house sitting but can offer lengthy and frequent visits I am available for walking, feeding, caring, loving and walking your babies of whatever species and breed. I am extremely responsible and comfortable with administering medication if need be and am very cautious when it comes to walking or letting the animal outside or when it comes to rules you have for your pet. I’ll let them out for a potty break, refresh food and water, give any needed meds or treats, and spend time playing or cuddling. I’ll send you photos and updates along the way. Perfect for a midday break or some company while you’re away. Overnight Stay: Your pet will have company and care throughout the night. I’ll follow your evening routine with dinner, a potty break, any meds, playtime, then stay overnight for supervision and comfort. In the morning, I’ll handle breakfast, another potty break, and fresh water, while keeping you updated with photos and messages. Light home care, like checking mail or plants, can also be included. Ideal for pets who need extra comfort and prefer staying in their own home. When caring for others pets I treat them as my own. Whatever your pet needs, I'll happily accommodate them to the best of my ability. I always triple check doors are locked when I leave, and that there is nothing in reach that could be harmful to your pets. (human food, dog treats, toys etc)

“Yoda spent 10 days with Seyla, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She had such a great time that I’m pretty sure she thought she was on vacation. 😂 Seyla is an excellent animal caretaker, and you can immediately tell how much he genuinely loves animals. All of the animals in his care are incredibly well looked after—plenty of walks, good food, lots of attention, playtime, and fun. Staying at Seyla’s house is basically like going to a doggie resort! The dogs get to play, run around, swim, and just have the best time. One of the things I appreciated most was how communicative Seyla was. He sent me multiple videos of Yoda every single day, so even though I was away for 10 days, I felt like Yoda never really left me. I could see how happy, comfortable, and well cared for she was throughout her entire stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. Seyla is also incredibly accommodating. My friend was supposed to pick Yoda up for me, but his flight was delayed by a day. I contacted Seyla, and he had no problem extending Yoda’s stay for an extra night. I would absolutely trust Seyla with Yoda again. Knowing that she is somewhere safe, loved, well cared for, and having the time of her life makes traveling so much easier. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog like one of his own. Yoda will definitely be back! ❤️🐶”
