As we were leaving, she kept pulling on her leash back to Brooke. This is a dog who doesn't pull on leash without being exceptionally sure of what she wants. About: I absolutely adore animals. I have four children who are also huge animal lovers so if you board with us in home your pet will be absolutely doted on. Pet parents will be hard pressed to find a family that will take better care of your pet or give them as much love and attention. I love being outside and going on long walks and would love to accompany your dog on their daily walk. We have a tremendous amount of time to play with your pet, take them on walks, and give them the attention they not only require but also deserve. We have a decent sized fenced in yard which is perfect for lots of play time! We are very attentive to animals and have experience giving medication including shots.

About: I’ve taken care of pets for as long as I can remember. I work full time at a grooming salon as a pet bather. And I have experience working at an animal hospital and a pet sitting company. I’m able to watch any sized dog and any age from puppies to seniors. I also offer simple grooming services! I regularly take multiple dogs on hikes for at least 1 hour and am used to watching large groups of dogs at a time I’m currently working full time, 5 days a week. I am free all day Tuesday, and Sunday. But I’m also free after 4pm any other day . I can pet sit overnight any day and do drop in visits in the morning, evening, and at night. I am unable to board dogs at my own home but at a clients home I can take your dogs for both short and long walks. I can even take them to a park for a nature hike. I will feed them at their scheduled times and if wanted by owners I can crate them. If medication is needed I am comfortable with giving it to them. I will give them plenty of love and lots of playtime. If wanted I can also give nail trims, brushing, ear cleaning and baths as I work full time as a pet bather.

About: We provide care in our home and treat your babies like our own. We walk them multiple times a day, love on them, take them on field trips when possible, we spoil them rotten. We can help with crate training, potty training, house Manners etc. We have experience with Senior dogs ( most recent passed this December 2024 at 15 years old). I have had diabetic pets so am willing to administer meds as required. I have volunteered with a local rescue for 4 years now and have fostered for that long as well and have experience dealing with many difficult behaviors like resource guarding, counter surfing and more. Here at Bark n Kuddles we are a husband and Wife team so our dogs are very rarely alone. I teach high school so during the school day my husband takes the pups on walks, and outings and provides play time and snuggle time. When I am home we share the responsibilities and our kids are trained so they love on your babies too but they know boundaries and are very good at being mini pack leaders. The only time your pet would be alone is if we had to go somewhere as a family where dogs could not come but we have two pups of our own to keep them company but again that is rare that someone is not home. We only take one or two clients at a time as we have a small home but we take the dogs out on walks (Distance depends on the dogs need but could be 2 to 3 miles easily) and I have access to a big fenced in yard that my family owns should dogs need off leash time and play time (under our watch at all times of course). We do crate dogs when home alone for their safety and to protect the house but they get yummy kongs with frozen treats and other treats as long as owner is ok with it. We love on them how the pups want to be loved on. If they want to lay next to us we let them. If they prefer to just chill off to the side that's all good too. We also follow all owners instructions whether in our home or yours and give your baby the attention they need to keep them happy and safe while you are gone.

With anxious dogs especially, I focus on creating a gentle, low-pressure environment by slow introductions, calm energy, and routines that help build trust over time. I pay close attention to body language and adjust to whatever each dog needs in the moment, whether that’s space, reassurance, or a quiet walk. I also make sure to follow all care instructions closely and keep you updated with messages and photos so you always know how your pup is doing. My goal is to be someone you and your dog feel completely comfortable with, like a trusted friend who shows up and cares every time. All dogs need to be current on their vaccinations (including bordatella) and flea/tick preventative. Please provide a screenshot of their most recent shots through the Rover app. I currently do NOT take more than 1 pup at a time unless the client requesting themselves has 2 pups that need taking care of! PLEASE NOTE: If you plan on booking for extended stay, our price is $40 a night for 5 days. I'm currently not employed so your pet will be attended to at all day! Any accommodation you need for them, I can surely provide at any time. I have a fenced yard and currently no other pets in the house, meaning your pet will have 100% of our time and attention so they don't feel out of place!
