She's not just knowledgeable and reassuring, she's sweet and kind and will love your fur babies for you. I live in Roanoke, whereas she's in Moneta. But this was such a blessing!! I wanted somewhere Harriet could run and play and feel free and happy. Jody delivers this in a big way- she has several yards of varying sizes with over animals to play with. I kept telling my girl she was going to summer camp, and it turned out to be so true. I don't think she even missed me that much! Please don't let the distance deter you. Jody even offers pickup and drop off services. Harriet gets so anxious going to a boarder's house, but as soon as Jody pulled up, Harriet started wagging her tail and jumped right in her car before I could say goodbye. She's with the dogs all the time- you won't be leaving your pup with someone who leaves them alone. Harriet is very social, and I can tell from just the pictures and videos that her physical, mental, and emotional needs are being met in every way. Please seriously consider Jody- she's phenomenal. I don't really want to tell you this because I want to keep her all to myself, but that would be a gross injustice. She's the best. I won't even consider anyone else again- I'll just move my vacation plans around.”
“Alliyah is simply amazing. When I first reached out to her on Rover to see if she was available she replied with a ton of information. All the stuff I would have asked her, but she was right up front with everything. She explained her home life, her own pets, and how she was going to incorporate our pup into the mix. After a few messages and us both providing additional information, I just felt really comfortable selecting her to watch Reid. Drop-off and pick-up were very smooth processes. This was the longest we have boarded Reid, 10 days and he did really well and I attribute that to Alliyah and the environment he was in. We got updates and pictures and she was very responsive when I reached out to check on Reid. Definitely, the best boarding experience we have had. I 1000% recommend Alliyah for boarding and we will use her again.”

About: I started taking care of multiple cats since I was a young teen, and then dogs when I became a dog bather! I worked with Petsmart for about 6 years. I’ve watched countless animals for friends and family throughout the years! in addition to that we also have fish, an axolotl, and hermit crabs. I am a stay at home mom of a newborn! I worked at the Virginia Tech Dairy, milking cows and feeding calves, during my time as an undergraduate at Virginia Tech. I currently own a horse and I have two dogs. I have a heart for taking care of animals and I have a lot of experience. I have experience with caring for special needs, administering medications, and wound/injury care. I love all animals. I have two acres at my house, it’s not fenced in but I have gps fence collars. I have access to a large farm and river frontage where your dog can be thoroughly exercised with permission. Terms negotiable. Feel free to ask any questions you might have. :) The pets are taken care of before anything else. They will be let out, fed their breakfast, and exercised first thing in the morning. They will be let out or walked every 4 hours or less. I will either leash walk your pet or I do have a gps fence e collar available. My dogs are very friendly and playful. They get along with all dogs from teeny pocket beagles to huge hounds and everything in between.

She's not just knowledgeable and reassuring, she's sweet and kind and will love your fur babies for you. I live in Roanoke, whereas she's in Moneta. But this was such a blessing!! I wanted somewhere Harriet could run and play and feel free and happy. Jody delivers this in a big way- she has several yards of varying sizes with over animals to play with. I kept telling my girl she was going to summer camp, and it turned out to be so true. I don't think she even missed me that much! Please don't let the distance deter you. Jody even offers pickup and drop off services. Harriet gets so anxious going to a boarder's house, but as soon as Jody pulled up, Harriet started wagging her tail and jumped right in her car before I could say goodbye. She's with the dogs all the time- you won't be leaving your pup with someone who leaves them alone. Harriet is very social, and I can tell from just the pictures and videos that her physical, mental, and emotional needs are being met in every way. Please seriously consider Jody- she's phenomenal. I don't really want to tell you this because I want to keep her all to myself, but that would be a gross injustice. She's the best. I won't even consider anyone else again- I'll just move my vacation plans around.”
“Alliyah is simply amazing. When I first reached out to her on Rover to see if she was available she replied with a ton of information. All the stuff I would have asked her, but she was right up front with everything. She explained her home life, her own pets, and how she was going to incorporate our pup into the mix. After a few messages and us both providing additional information, I just felt really comfortable selecting her to watch Reid. Drop-off and pick-up were very smooth processes. This was the longest we have boarded Reid, 10 days and he did really well and I attribute that to Alliyah and the environment he was in. We got updates and pictures and she was very responsive when I reached out to check on Reid. Definitely, the best boarding experience we have had. I 1000% recommend Alliyah for boarding and we will use her again.”
