“Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”
“We were so happy to leave our boy, Denver, with Jesse and Emily. Denver is almost 14 and so giving him the love and attention he’d get as the only dog in the home was really important to us, and not having to worry about him getting stressed out by younger dogs who constantly wanted to play for 6 days. We couldn’t have been happier. Denver was right at home, getting walks that he loves as well as plenty of chill time and attention from Jesse and Emily as well as their two girls. Jesse and Emily were great about sending us photo updates that let us know that Denver was comfy and happy. Denver is a finicky eater especially when not at home and they were great about paying attention and giving some treats here and there to get his appetite going. We would definitely leave Denver with them again!”

About: I’ve owned both dogs and cats and have cared for several family members’ pets for over 20 years! I’m a huge animal lover and miss having one of my own. I’m a stay-at-home-mom of 3 kids so I have plenty of time to walk and play! My schedule is extremely flexible and I’m available on weekends. About: I’ve taken care of dogs all of my life. Walking my neighborhood dogs when their owners were away and having 3 dogs of my own. We currently have an Australian Shepherd who is almost 3. We e had him since he was a puppy. I currently work from home so have time to care for your pup. We have a large fenced in yard and walk our dog down the street daily. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I work remote so I can always be available for your little buddy! I’m a medical student, so I will have to be gone a few hours in the morning, but after that I can cater to any of your animals needs. I get up around 7 AM and head to get around 11:30. I always take frequent breaks throughout the day to stretch my legs and get some sun. Whatever you need, I’ll make sure your pet is well loved and appreciated! My house is always very clean and very spacious. I also live right next to a park and go for walks by myself regularly. Whenever I watch my friends animals, I bring my own food and activities and leave the place better than I found it.

About: Just the 2 of us. Our sweet boy crossed over the rainbow bridge, and while we’re not quite ready to get another dog, we love making new paw friends! We both work from home, and have opposite schedules when leaving the house, so one of us is normally home! It’s a perfect set up for your pups ‘home away from home.’ We take at least 2 walks a day, plus dog parks and car rides! Dogs are free to roam around the house and fenced in yard.

About: I have taken care of multiple animals throughout my life, mainly elder neighbors who cannot fully take care of their animals because of scheduling conflicts. I prefer overnight visits and stays just to ensure no schedules are disrupted. I currently attend UVA full-time as a Master's Student, and work Saturday nights at a restaurant in Cville. But I always make time for the animals in my life! I have a fenced-in yard, I walk dogs either for short 15/20 minutes, or a longer (5 miles) depending on a breed's needs and requirements. If not, I prefer to lounge and play with toys together.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets over the years. Neighbors, family, and friends have relied on me to feed, walk, and bathe their pets. I’m currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday after 11am. I live in a small neighborhood with places to go for walks and have lots of backyard space. Perfect for playing fetch with your pups!

About: I love animals! I believe your fur baby is more than just a pet, they are a member of your family. I have cared for pets belonging to family, friends, and employers for years, and I will always treat them with love and care. I currently work full time Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. My only available time to assist with pets throughout the work week would be after 5pm. I am very flexible on weekends! I unfortunately will not have the room to care for pets in home yet. However, I can care for pets at your home. I will make sure your dog or cat has all the love and attention it needs and go above and beyond on making sure your pet feels comfortable and happy.

I have a 12 year old friendly Emotional support animal named Flower, who still loves to run and play. I also live close to the park, and have a crate if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. I am a big animal lover so your pet would be in good hands. They will get a lot of attention, exercise, and love. I am fully able to take care of your pet 7 days a week and all daytime hours. I am available from 6am to 10pm. I can provide a leash if needed and walk only on sidewalks, paths, trails or take them to a nearby park. Safety is my highest priority.

“Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”
“We were so happy to leave our boy, Denver, with Jesse and Emily. Denver is almost 14 and so giving him the love and attention he’d get as the only dog in the home was really important to us, and not having to worry about him getting stressed out by younger dogs who constantly wanted to play for 6 days. We couldn’t have been happier. Denver was right at home, getting walks that he loves as well as plenty of chill time and attention from Jesse and Emily as well as their two girls. Jesse and Emily were great about sending us photo updates that let us know that Denver was comfy and happy. Denver is a finicky eater especially when not at home and they were great about paying attention and giving some treats here and there to get his appetite going. We would definitely leave Denver with them again!”
