“I’m definitely a bit of a helicopter dog mom and trust very few people to watch my fur babies while I’m out of town. Peyton & Daved have cared for my high-energy Australian Shepherd puppy, Luna, on three separate occasions now, and every single time she is beyond excited when we pull up—and completely tuckered out after spending her stay playing with all of her friends. They are incredibly patient with me constantly asking for “pupdates” and always send plenty of photos and updates of Luna exploring, playing, and having fun. I have open availability to care for pets. I work for myself so build my schedule around jobs and appointments as needed. About: I've loved dogs for the longest time and ever since I've had my own, you quickly realize they are more than a pet, they are family. My dog and I will treat your dog just like family during their visit. I succeeded well in training my dog on my own from house training, to off leash, to playing hide and seek, and I understand the important component of upholding and instilling any of your training while you're not present. As of June 30th, I no longer work remotely, but work very close to home. I still will have plenty of time to give your pup comfort and attention throughout the day. I am available most weekdays and weekends, but may become more limited depending on the season. I have 1 dog, a small Yorkshire Terrier who is known as Mr. President because he loves to greet and befriend each pet or person he sees, no matter the size. He is super friendly and playful and would love to be a great friend and playmate with your pup. I can easily crate your dog if needed with one you provide or with one of my own crates or expandale play pens. My yard is open, but there is plenty of space for fun. I enjoy long walks, so if your pup needs to get in multiple miles, I can make that happen. I have a multi level townhome. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the home except for the kitchen. If your dog loves the outdoors, i have a small deck and a small enclosed front balcony they can hang on. There are plenty of toys and puzzles, but you are of course welcome to provide their favorite toy.

The yard is flat and fully fenced in. Warmer weather will have plastic kiddo pools for dogs to cool off. If your dog weighs more than 85 pounds, I require dogs to be leashed trained and/or with a “no pull” dog harness for the safety of your pet and care taker. Meaning, dogs that continually pull excessively while on leash, will either receive short potty breaks, or only “fenced-in” activities. This will be agreed upon at initial encounter. We understand the need to burn off energy! We want to keep everyone safe while we strive to keep the routine as close to yours as much as possible.
