Flexible schedule, with willingness to negotiate certain times. Own 1 dog of my own, and have always had a dog in the house. I do not have any prejudice against specific dog breeds. Friendly personality, easy-going, and willing to match any dogs energy levels. Any restrictions, such as food or physical, are able to be accommodated and discussed. Possibility of last-minute scheduling, but be mindful of possible conflicts. I would need to know if the dog has any history of violence or biting, as that is a key factor for me to plan. I am a freelancer and have no major commitments that require my attention so I am able to fit pet sitting into my schedule very easily. About: Dog care certified in Argentina, as an animal lover I want to pursue career caring for them. Since young, I used to spend a lot of time in dog walks and parks with them. “Taking on a totally unknown dog from a cross-country road trip, IS a risk. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. About: I got my first dog at the age of 10 and trained him myself, aswell as other family dogs we grew to love over the years. Now 30, I have 2 pups of my own that I’ve given my whole world to. I love my animals as if they are family and yours would be no different. I believe animals bring out the best in us & I try to bring the out the best in them when I can instill any behavioral help! I’m currently working part-time and spend the rest of my day as a homemaker while my son is in preschool so I would have plenty of time to handle your pups after I drop my son off in the morning. I can provide walks, medications, feedings and free play in our half-acre fenced in back yard. I follow your guide lines with meal times and breaks. What’s important to you is what I aim to achieve in my visits wether that be play time, picture updates or cuddling on the couch making sure they feel comfortable when they stay for a visit or I come into their space. If your pup is one that can be ornery and needs more supervision rest assured I’m always home and do not leave them unsupervised unless we have arranged for them to have a crate if I need to run out. These are all things we can discuss in a meet and greet!

I say "the Millers" because, although Ruth is the sitter, they are a package deal -- a lovely family with a welcoming menagerie of their own. Ruth was extremely generous in the frequency of her communications and in their newsy content. Knowing your pet is happy while you are away is the greatest relief possible. I am so grateful to have found Ruth and look forward to working with her in years to come.”

“Our babies absolutely love Lori! Max and Sas were taken care of in a loving environment and were treated so well?. We were a bit apprehensive to leave our fur babies with anyone but we were in a bit of a bind ( holidays). We had never used Rover and had just moved to Va from Nevada. We talked to Lori and asked a ton of questions. Like who would be around them, how often they would be let out to go potty, etc… after a few text and a few phone calls we felt she would be a perfect fit for our pups! We were so happy we made the decision to go with her! Our boys absolutely love her and love staying over night! After the first stay we went back for a quick visit just to say hello…They were both in a hurry to get out of the car (tails wagging) this made us so very happy to see they were happy to see her. We will definitely use her every time for boarding or anything she has to offer like dog sitting all of our babies.
