About: I have many years of pet sitting, up to several pets at a time, including owning many of my own since I was a child. I am patient when meeting new pets, for I understand it may take time to warm up to new people (and other pets!) I’m friendly, and talk to most animals just like they’re humans (lol). I enjoy spending time playing around, going for runs, as well as providing companionship when around pets. We love snuggling in bed over here! I’m not easily intimidated by a shy pet, and will treat them with the same respect and patience as their owners. I have high expectations for my own, so I believe it is only normal and natural to give the same in return for others’ pets so their families are comfortable with who they leave their furry friends with when away. My boy is the friendliest dog ever! He absolutely loves meeting other dogs (and the owners to receive even more affection 🤣). He’s got a lot of energy, which can overwhelm others the first day (he just wants to play!) He is very gentle with small dogs. When meeting others’ on the first day, If they are uncomfortable with his energy level and show they need time to warm up, he immediately backs off and resorts to my side until they are ready. He is very submissive in this sense which is great for no escalation and providing other dogs with the time they need to adjust to a new setting/new friends. I work a full time day job Monday-Friday 8-4, so please be sure prior to requesting services, your pets are able to accept this schedule. I am unfortunately unable to stop in midday as my lunch break does not allow for me to make it very far under 30 minutes. My pets along with the others’ I have boarded have had no issues with a routine working schedule, but every pet has different needs. ❤️ I care for others’ pets like they are my own! It is my duty as a trusted sitter to care for others’ pets in a way they need. I predominantly care for pets in others homes as I have several pets of my own. I do not have any issue with camera systems being in shared spaces to assure families feel safe having someone in their home with their pets.

We have one indoor/outdoor cat named Creature which is very friendly. We have a large back yard which is not fenced but we can take them out on a leash or tie them up on a lead an supervise them. Our property is secluded and is not close to a road so, there is no danger from traffic.

I have a male Golden doodle named Bo and a female Teddy Bear named Annie. I like to walk the dogs for two 30 minute walks a day. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have a 7 year old, 10 year old, 13 year old and 16 year old at home. Everyone loves dogs. We have a routine with the dogs and they are part of the family. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I am a firm believer that dogs need to be walked. I walk my dogs for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon on a walking path behind my house. I keep jingle bells on my door and my dogs ring them to go outside to potty. I have options to separate dogs if necessary. Dogs are separated at feeding time.

“Jessica was amazing! She walked my two dogs, a high strung chihuahua and elderly dog (14 y.o.), for 30min for 4 days. She reached out and asked if I wanted her to meet the dogs before walking them which was great. The chihuahua tends to bark his head off at strangers, and I wasn't sure how he'd react (he ended up running away from her the first day for 15min, sorry Jessica). The older dog had diarrhea throughout the house one day, and cleaning up after something like that isn't really what I consider her job. I told her she didn't need to worry about it, and I'd deal with it when I got back. However, she ended up cleaning up as much as she could anyways (that's going to be a big tip). Besides my dogs being a huge pain. She always responded quickly and sent a lot of pictures from the walks.”
About: Since I was young I've been a fan of animals, my family has owed several, And its been my joy to take care and nurture them. About: Hi! I’m home for the summer and excited to spend time doing something I love, caring for animals. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and I recently lost my own, which reminded me just how much animals mean to me. While I don’t have time for a full-time pet right now, I still stay involved by volunteering every week at a local animal shelter and helping care for the cat I live with at school. I also worked as a vet assistant for a year, so I’m experienced with pets of all ages and temperaments. About: As a dog owner myself I understand the level of trust required to leave your pet in a strangers care. I have been caring for dogs since I was a young teen and feel comfortable with a variety of different breads and temperaments. It can be hard knowing your dog is cooped up when you have a busy day. Let me help your pup get out and enjoy their day! I am currently available to help with your pup on Sundays starting as early as 6am. May be available on weekdays after 6pm depending on my schedule. I have a border collie whom my husband and I take to training, on regular walks, and socialize her downtown often. We reward her for good behavior and we're understanding of bad behavior, but quick to correct it. Dogs under my care are very well taken care of.

I'm happy to do transport or add in a bath during your pet's stay so your life can be as simple as possible while you're trying to get out the door for your trip. Pet care is my full time job and priority. I can adapt as needed to make sure your pet keeps the routine they are comfortable with, even when you aren’t home. I will ask questions and take notes on your pets’ routine and then do my best to ensure that those habits are in place with me.
