“Stephanie was great! This was our first time leaving our dog with anyone so I was a little stressed. Stephanie was sweet and sent us updates. “You can always tell when someone is an animal lover and Monica hung the moon. It is wonderful to walk into a laid back absolutely charming place that also caters to dogs and kids! Am spreading the word in Hampton about her. I don't know many people but my cousin is a native and has already decided she will book with Monica. I do not know how anyone could ask for a better "sitter"”

“I’m so glad I found Shanae, I was at ease while I was away. I loved the pics and videos she sent daily. I felt like my Frankie preferred being in a home environment where he can get 1:1 attention versus a boarding facility with dozens of other dogs.”

My fur baby had a great time because the next day after I picked her up she slept lol. Thank you Brandy for doing a great job with my precious cargo (Hennicey).”

“Holli was above and beyond while watching my cats! She is so kind and responsible, and was even able to get our shyest cat to greet her! Not only did she give constant updates, but was also incredible flexible and responsive through out her stay. I can’t recommend Holli enough as I am 100% certain your pets will be in the best care! I will for sure be contacting Holli in the future :)”

“Our two kitties seemed very happy and healthy while we were gone! Especially my anxious cat, who is always weary of pet sitters and doesn’t warm up very well! We will definitely be booking again!”

About: I’ve taken care of 4 dogs over the past couple decades. My current dog, Pumpkin Pie, I spoil and give her lots of attention and walks. She goes with me everywhere- from the park to the grocery store! I’m currently working full time, but I want to switch to a field I know I’ve always loved. I’m accepting weekends for now and hoping to work around my current schedule during the weekdays. When I’m house sitting, I make sure that I have all the information I need about the doggo. I make sure to greet and talk to them throughout my stay and make sure they’re comfortable and well fed.

About: I am Fear Free Certified and I have been socializing feral and fearful cats since 2021 when I assisted in TNR for a colony of cats in my area. I especially enjoy working with feral, semi-feral, or shy kitties.

About: What sets me apart is the level of attention and care I give to every cat, treating them like they’re my own. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for them while you’re away. I’m experienced with reading cat behavior, whether that means giving space to shy or anxious cats or engaging playful ones who need attention and stimulation. I’m also comfortable handling daily care tasks like feeding routines, fresh water, and deep-cleaning litter boxes to keep your home fresh and your cat comfortable. I focus on keeping your cat’s routine as normal and stress free as possible, and I provide regular updates so you always know how they’re doing. My goal is for your cat to feel safe, relaxed, and cared for, and for you to have complete peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals cats, dogs, fish, and even plants! I love to help my friends, family, and more with walking their dog, feeding their cat, or watering plants! I work only a few days a week because I’m a stay at home mother so I would give your pup all my love. I’m available during the week from 11am - 8pm. I take my dogs on walks as well as play fetch at least once a day! I feed them twice a day and let them out every 2-3 hours. If i dog/cat sit for someone I go to their house 2 times a day to feed, walk, or whatever else I’m instructed to do.

“It was a holiday weekend and stressful to begin with, especially finding care for Maxx. Rebecca made that the least of my worries. She was really great with Maxx (he is a big boy and can be a handful) and the high points of my days away were her comments and pictures of what they did together and how he was doing. She also did a lot of little things she really didn't have to: taking him for a little walk, scooping my cat's box, taking out the trash, etc. I really could not have made a better choice! Thanks Rebecca!”

“Keller was fantastic! Great attitude, great communicator, and great with our senior kitty. Also, did wonderful job of handling some stuff at house to keep things running smoothly. Will definitely use Kellee again!!!!”

About: I have had a love for animals my whole life! Throughout my summers in high school I volunteered at GMHS as a way to give my time back to the community. I now have a 3 year old Jack Russell/Beagle mix named Nova, and we do everything together. I also have 2 cats Jake & Bailey, and a Leopard Gecko named Leia. I do work full time M-F, however I dedicate my weekends to spending time taking Nova on longer walks and having extended play time, and she loves having guest! I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I usually take Nova out to parks often, and out for play time in our back yard. She is very welcoming to guest and loves having someone to play with. If you are comfortable Nova and I would love to have guest join our walks and play times!
About: Animals have always been a constant part of my life. I grew up in a home where there were always dogs and cats around, caring for them wasn’t just a responsibility, it was part of daily life. Over the years, I have personally raised and cared for three dogs of my own, each with different personalities and needs, which taught me patience, structure, and how to connect with animals on an individual level. Most recently, I adopted another dog into the family, adding even more joy and playful to the house. From energetic puppies to gentle seniors, I have experienced it all training, playtime, feeding routines, crate care, walks, and of course, lots of cuddles. Whether your pet is shy or social, active or relaxed, we understand how to make them feel safe, loved, and at home. I have a partner who has been pet sitting for her friends and co-workers last 4 years. I work at shipyard, but my work is pretty flexible that I can check out our dogs or any other pet frequently to make sure they receive enough attention love and most importantly care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a calm and secure environment where dogs can relax and be themselves. I have a fully fenced big yard for safe outdoor play, and I supervise all interactions to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible — from feeding schedules to crate preferences and bedtime habits — so they feel right at home. I never use harsh corrections; instead, I rely on positive reinforcement, patience, and gentle guidance. I also keep my home clean, pet-proofed, and free of anything unsafe. Whether your dog is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, we make sure they always feel safe, respect. I will keep sending regular updates and pictures or videos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands
“Leann is very attentive to our dogs. Always sends pics and lets us know how the visit went . Our frenchie is special needs with ivdd and Leann with all her experience always makes sure she is safe and well . Cash our other little pup always looks forward to her visits .”

“Amber is AMAZING. She goes above and beyond for our 3 cats. Even though 2 of them are seniors who require oral medication! She does so great with them! We came back from our European trip to a clean smelling house and all of their cat bowls cleaned by the sink! Plus she’s so communicative! I can always rely on her to respond quickly and give me peace of mind.”

“Christene took great care of Louie! She let him have a few minutes to sniff around and get his bearings before meeting Buster Moon, which was great. I also got some cute pictures of Louie having a great time while he was there, which put my mind at ease. He came home happy and tired! I would definitely leave Louie with her again!”

“Michelle was easy to contact and she and her family took great care of our Sheltie Journey. She provided updates with video. Journey had a great time playing with the other dogs.”

“She's great! Really cared for our scared pups during their first time away from home. Definitely would use her again and recommend to anyone needing a caring and loving sitter for their fur babies.”

“Victor and Abigail were awesome and took extra steps to make sure our anxious pup had a great time. They sent us videos and pictures every day, which we really appreciated. After his first day in daycare, my dog was very excited to return on the following days. He seemed to really like the folks who took care of him and was nice and tired once I picked him up. Staying with these folks was definitely a mini vacation for my dog!”

About: I am a lover of all animals. I currently have 4 goats, 10 pot bellied pigs, 5 cats. and 3 dogs and almost all of my pets are rescues. Your babies will get great care and attention when I visit or stay over. I will respect and abide by any rules you personally have regarding that. I work my full time job from home so your pet will get 24-hour care as well as lots of love and attention if over night stays are needed. I love going on walks with pets, and guarantee I can tire them out, even the most energetic of them by playing ball or any other thing they like. Plenty of time for play and walks. I can administer oral or injectable meds if needed. I know I am the perfect person to love and care for your pet while you are away. You can have the peace of mind knowing they are loved and cared for as if they were part of our family. I have spent my entire life around animals! My mother raised and bred Dobermans for many years and we took in rescue dogs as fosters. I also grew up around horses and other farm animals. I am comfortable with any breed so long as they are pet and people friendly. Since I personally have owned and currently own animals, I really understand the value of making them part of the family, not just a "pet" I look forward to hearing from you! I work full ti.e from home. Whereever there is wifi i can work which gives me lots of flexibility. I am able schedule around my calls easily. I spend time outside playing when applicable and allow for plenty of cuddle time. I often send pics so you will always see and know that your baby is doing fine.

“Sam did a wonderful job taking care of Skye!!! We know it isn’t easy but she did it and he is very relaxed when we picked him up which doesn’t always happen..thank you and we’ll see you soon!!”

“We had a great experience with Qasheedra. From the moment we met, she and her family were warm, professional, and clearly experienced with dogs. She took the time to understand my dogs’ needs and routine, which really put me at ease. My dog came back happy, relaxed, and well cared for — I couldn’t ask for more. I’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I’m Andrea, and I’ve been caring for dogs for over 15 years, starting when I was 11 years old. My experience started with my aunt’s two Shih Tzus, whom I helped care for from puppyhood until they passed away from old age. Since then, dogs have always been a big part of my life. I currently have three dogs back in my home country and a mini Labradoodle named Ember here in the US. Over the years, I’ve cared for puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, including giving oral medications and supporting daily routines. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, bathing, brushing, and basic training. I enjoy teaching simple commands because it helps build trust and confidence between dogs and their environment. I treat every dog with patients, care, and respect as part of my own family. I have a flexible daily routine that allows me to be present and attentive to pets throughout the day. I am able to provide regular potty breaks, walks, and supervised playtime based on each dog’s needs. I am generally home for most of the day, and my schedule allows me to check on pets frequently and maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. I provide care in a clean, calm, and pet-friendly apartment designed to help dogs feel safe and comfortable. I only accept one client or one family at a time to ensure a low-stress environment and close supervision. All pets are introduced slowly and carefully, and interactions with my dog Ember are always supervised. If needed, pets can be separated to ensure they feel comfortable and secure at all times. Because my home has carpeted flooring, I only accept dogs that are reliably house-trained. This helps maintain a clean and comfortable space for all pets in my care. The environment in structured to allow dogs to rest, relax, and adjust comfortably while still having a safe and supervised space throughout their stay.

I will always follow all the rules that are set by the owner. If I have any questions I will not hesitate to ask them. I will always keep the owner up to date as to what is going on to the best of my ability.

“Mary was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Yesterday she took care of our dogs all day during our wedding. She checked in on them three times and even delivered our dogs to our wedding venue so our brother could walk our dogs down the aisle during the ceremony. She hung out for the wedding, and then delivered them back to our hotel. She was so pleasant, followed every recommendation and request we made, and our dogs were so well cared for! She even went above and beyond walking the dogs for a long time before and after the wedding! If we lived locally in Newport News we would DEFINITELY us her again. I highly recommend her and her services!”

At this time I’m not doing overnight sitting, but will possibly offer that again in the future. I do not bring client’s pets to my own home, as I have reactive dogs. I will be more than happy to follow your routine and safety practices in your own home/out on walks!

“Omaira and Isaac took very good care of Bentley, providing me regular updates. They were very flexible with my booking and worked with my changes. I would definitely use them again”

“We Had the pleasure of using Britanny to watch over our sweet millie and it was a great experience. Britanny made sure she kept us in the loop and put all of our worries to rest with updates, pics, Etc. Being that it was our first time ever using a sitter, she made our stay away from millie extremely pleasant. Thank you again Brittany. I would highly recommend.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mrs. Crystal is truly a blessing! The peace of mind we have when Jaxon is in her care is priceless. She communicates well and treats him with such genuine love and attention. He always comes home happy and relaxed, it truly feels like his home away from home.”

“Our Dixie had a wonderful stay with Shania and her family. We were sent pictures and updates during Dixie’s stay. She was well taken care of and we will definitely be planning another stay with Shania.”

“Amanda and Scott were excellent with our dog. We were visiting the area for the day and were willing to watch her for a limited time. They sent photos and were so welcoming. I would highly recommend them if you are in the Williamsburg area. I will plan to use them again when we come back. Our dog had a great time!!”

“Stephanie was great! This was our first time leaving our dog with anyone so I was a little stressed. Stephanie was sweet and sent us updates. I didn’t get a chance to wash my dogs blanket before I brought her, I apologized for how gross it was. Stephanie washed it for me! Would recommend them anytime!”

“Tara and her family were amazing with my dog. As a rescue, my dog is nervous in new situations. I appreciate all the great care that she provided. My dog had a great time and she cared for her with the same level of care that I would.”

“Lyra and Scott and their family totally loved on our little Sassafras. We are so appreciative of their care and all the pictures and updates. I would recommend them to anyone looking for care for their fur babies. Will use them again! ?”

“Jackie was awesome!! This is the second time we left our babies with her. The babies were taken care of very well and enjoyed themselves while in her care. Jackie kept us up to date on how the babies were doing and sent several pictures that put us at ease and let us enjoy ourselves knowing that they were having a good time. Would definitely highly recommend Jackie, and we will definitely hire her again.”

“I’m so glad I found Shanae, I was at ease while I was away. I loved the pics and videos she sent daily. I felt like my Frankie preferred being in a home environment where he can get 1:1 attention versus a boarding facility with dozens of other dogs.”

“We are definitely satisfied with Teona and Louelyn . They were easy to get along with and stayed consistent with messages. We will definitely be using them again.”

“Pumpkin was in great condition when I picked her up. Jim and Barb were attentive to her needs and sent me several photos. I wasn’t worried about her and was able to enjoy my vacation.”

“I read the Brandy’s reviews and was impressed but because this was my first time leaving my dog I was nervous. Brandy was exceptionally great. I got daily updates with pictures and videos. I felt so comfortable after the first night I will use you always for my fur baby. She communicated with me before she gave her anything other than treats and I was very pleased. My fur baby had a great time because the next day after I picked her up she slept lol. Thank you Brandy for doing a great job with my precious cargo (Hennicey).”

“Cheyanne took amazing care of my two cats while I was away, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. From the start, she was reliable, communicative, and clearly experienced with animals. She sent regular updates, which gave me a lot of peace of mind, and it was obvious my cats were comfortable and well cared for. What really stood out was how patient and attentive she was with them. She made sure they were not only fed and safe, but also happy and getting attention while I was gone. It meant a lot to come back knowing they were in such good hands. I highly recommend Cheyanne to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”
