About: I’ve had many animals since I was a kid. Dogs, cats, small animals, farm animals you name it. Which makes me very experienced in all types of care, dogs especially. I’ve handled dogs of all kinds; senior, puppies, timid, energetic etc. I work a part time job right in the town of orange and I am not scheduled any longer than six hours at a time. We have a dog yard plus 5 acres. All dogs stay in our extra bedroom, which is now considered the dog room. I personally have two dogs, a cattle dog and a husky mix. They are both very social with all other dogs. We like to have a good time here but I keep a very safe environment for the dogs, no fighting or picking on one another. NO DOG IS TURNED AWAY. If you think your dog is aggressive, I can and will evaluate them so that if possible, we will get them socializing with their own kind and having a great time. Thanks, have a good day! We've only had Zuzu (rescued) for a few weeks; he has some "quirks", had no idea how he'd do, but Joey put us at ease during the meet & greet - he has a wonderful demeanor, his philosophy on having/treating/educating dogs is the same as ours, his place is great (lots of space, personal attention, socialization, etc etc). Communication was great, we were accommodated when drop-off time changed last minute, received pics/videos during Zuzu's stay, and received very helpful feedback on Zuzu when we picked him up. “This was our first time using Rover. Our two Goldens are very big babies so of course we were nervous to leave them. We did a meet & greet with Dana a few months before our stay and felt very confident that they would be okay staying with her. They did have a great weekend with Dana! “Wow! Our two large dogs are home, and after spending two days with Charissa, they seem so calm and are now happily sacked out this evening. Amazingly, our lab seems to have learned not to be so mouthy when he greets us, something we've been meaning to teach him not to do! I loved how attentive to our dog's personalities Charissa was in our first meeting. It was incredible to find that she loves training dogs, knew exactly how mine had learned and was willing to reinforce their knowledge! She was kind enough to send daily photos which showed happy, active dogs (and a couple of sleepy ones!) and I know my dogs, they had such a great time! It's such a pleasure to know they have safe space to run, and sitters with such experience and know how to inspire confidence in my dogs. I can't express how delightful a bonus it was to find such an enriched place for these two happy boys to stay!”

I was very nervous about leaving Bailey somewhere other than with family, but Jeanette immediately put me at ease. She kept me updated with plenty of photos and check-ins, which I truly appreciated. Bailey had an amazing time and was happy, tired, and clearly well loved when I picked her up. I would highly recommend Jeanette and her family, they truly made Bailey feel right at home.”
