“I wanted to take my dogs to Shannon last year, based on her profile alone. She has experience with senior dogs and dogs with disabilities. I can't remember if I didn't take the vacation or she just wasn't available for the dates I needed but, I didn't use her last year. This year, I needed a sitter for 3 nights as I was going out of town. She took care of my little beagle, Buddy and my golden doodle, Toby. I've had both of these dogs for less than 3 months. When I took them to visit her before the vacation, they took to her and her household immediately so I felt very secure leaving them 2 days later when I went on vacation. My niece also left her little Aussie dog with her as well. Shannon sent lots of pictures of the dogs and descriptions of their activities each day! She let us know if they weren't eating and she gave her input and thoughts as to why they were doing or not doing something unusual. She gave me and my niece both peace of mind and that's the number one thing we needed from a dog sitter. We could tell that she loved on our dogs just as if they were her children and we loved it. About: There have also been pets in my house and I have also made myself available to pet sit for friends and family. I am flexible in when and how to care for your smallest or largest family member. I am a runner so I would love to have a buddy join me on a run, jog, or even a walk. I can care for your pup at my house or your house which ever one you would be comfortable with. About: I’ve taken care of my own dog and watched my neighbors dog, making sure they are well fed, get enough time outside and feel loved while their families are away! I’m currently doing odd jobs over the summer and because of this, I am able to spend a lot of time with your pets! I will be out of the house periodically but will not be out longer than 3-4 hours at a time. I keep a clean and pet-friendly environment at home with plenty of space to relax and a backyard to run around and enjoy time outside. My family will also love spending time with your pet and giving them lots of attention!
“Penny and Evan were great with our little “high anxiety” fur baby. During the “meet and greet” Penny had us come in and take him straight to the fenced back yard where he could sniff around and go to the bathroom. Knowing about his anxiety, once we went back inside, Penny never tried to pet him, she just allowed him to get used to her being in the room. She was a very calming presence for him. Evan likewise was patient with him and allowed him the time it took to settle and get comfortable. About: I like to take a supervised yet hands-off approach to watching over dogs. That is, letting dogs be their curious and playful selves while making sure they're safe and well taken care of. I've owned dogs my whole life (breeds including portuguese water dog, rottweilers, maltese/poodle mix, terrier mix, schnauzer/poodle mix, and a german shepherd currently) and find that they are happier and better behaved when given freedom to explore and lead rather than be expected to remain obedient and tame at all times. Some pups need more structure and thrive on a little more rigidity though, and I am very capable of meeting whatever their needs are and sticking to what you know is best for their personality. I am easily swooned by all kinds of dogs but am not one to let them use their good looks and charm to get the best of me. I am mostly just excited to hang out with as many of these guys as I can! I do want to be transparent that I work regular hours Mon - Fri, so I cannot stay with your pups 24/7 during the week. That being said, lunch time bathroom breaks are a guarantee! Walks in the morning and in the evening, and a quick potty break in the afternoon! I do have a day job, but your sweet pup will always be my first priority. I have a large backyard and live just a few short minutes from the Huckleberry Trail 🙂 I also have a spacious yard where your furry friend can roam free!

We go out later in the day to the dog park again to socialize or get the zoomies going. We go back and have a little more food or a snack and then hang out before going out on a walk to end the day. I'm working full-time in ministry so I have lots of time throughout the day to care for your loved one and will be gone no more than a few hours per evening for bible studies and groups. I take my dog, Tonka, out 5-6 times per day minimum and we love to go on walks and be outdoors. I have a large field directly behind my apartment and live in a very pet-friendly area tucked off the main road so your pup will enjoy lots of safe and supervised outside time! I did think that this was a dog walk for an hour but it seems that it was just him playing out in the yard so definitely not what I thought I had paid for. However, whatever was done did work. So no offense I’m gonna see if I can find somebody who will walk him and see if it has even better results. I will keep you in mind if I need a long-term sitter like for a day or two days or a week. “Lawdy was great to work with! She watched our two dogs for almost a full week, after being asked very last minute, and she gave them the love and attention they needed while she had them. We also had our return flight canceled because of the Microsoft crash (July 2024) and we needed to get home, so we rented a car to drive home instead. It took us an unexpected extra day to get home to pick up our fur-babies, and she made it so easy and stress-free. We would definitely recommend Lawdy for your dogs. 💕”

“We had to book with Kayla pretty much as last minute as you could get. Our original Rover didn’t work out and we needed to find somewhere quick. Kayla was super communicative and easy going!
