About: I've watched dogs and cats with all different personalities and needs (i.e. blind, diabetic, anxious, etc.). I believe in understanding a pet's needs from the perspective of the pet and responding with compassion. I work full time, but can usually work from home if needed. I will talk with you before we commit to pet sitting to ensure my schedule works for your needs (if that's getting off early, working from home every day during the time of the sitting, going home over lunch for a walk, etc). I have no fur babies (or kids) of my own, so your babies will get my undivided attention and I will shower them with all the love I wish I could give to my own fur baby if I had one. (Know I recognize that love looks different for different critters - for some it may mean keeping a respectful distance!)

About: I take care of pets for family when they need it and have experience caring for older pets, puppies, and those with special care instructions. My schedule is pretty flexible so I can take time to walk dogs during the day. I’m most available during the weekend and after 5 pm for over night boarding, but can potentially accommodate other schedules. I have no pets, so my home is perfect for less friendly pets. Crates will need to provided if they are needed for your pet, but I’m willing to keep up with their routine.

About: Once upon a time I lived in a college house that was a revolving door of cats! It seemed as though each of my roommates HAD to have one so we already had 2-3 wandering around. About: I have always grown up around pets around the house! I am currently at college and am missing being around animals. I am always available to hang out, walk, play, or just chill with a pet. I have dealt with my goldendoodle for 9 years and it is the best thing that has happened to me. I am a college student and have 2 classes everyday which are each 1 hour. During the “meet and greet” Penny had us come in and take him straight to the fenced back yard where he could sniff around and go to the bathroom. Knowing about his anxiety, once we went back inside, Penny never tried to pet him, she just allowed him to get used to her being in the room. She was a very calming presence for him. Evan likewise was patient with him and allowed him the time it took to settle and get comfortable. Any animal in our household is taken care of as they are our children. Our older dog was raised to be kind to smaller animals and seems to think anything smaller than him is his to take care of. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing fetch, cuddling on the couch, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’m committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m experienced with feeding schedules, administering basic medications, potty breaks, exercise, and providing plenty of attention and affection. I also know how reassuring it is to receive updates, so I’ll send photos and messages throughout your pet’s stay or visit to give you peace of mind. My goal is to create a fun, safe, and stress-free experience for both you and your pet. I treat every animal as if they were my own, and I can’t wait to meet your furry family members! I currently do work full time but I do create my own schedule and am pretty flexible so we can work around the hours needed for you and your pet! I do currently have two male dogs who are 8 and 9 years old. They both are very friendly and very playful. They play with puppies and older dogs very well and they’re very diverse with sizes of dogs who they are around. If your dog is aggressive to other male dogs, this won’t be a good fit for you. However, i’m happy to have an introduction to make sure everyone is comfortable. We tend to take a lot of walks and play ball in the yard throughout the day. During the summer we swim in the pop up pool we have for the boys and get the zooms out!
About: Hi! I have experience caring for senior dogs and cats as well as kittens. I have helped change diapers, clean up messes, give relaxing baths, and provide as much exercise as possible for any pets I have watched over the years. As a professional housekeeper, no incontinence issue is too much for me! As long as your fur baby is happy and safe. I am currently on leave without pay from my full time job (until an undetermined time) so I have open availability to pet sit this summer for anyone who plans on taking a little vacation! I treat all pets with kindness and patience, always keeping in mind that any "aggression" is just a tiny animal who may be scared or hurting. Every animal is different and I'm always willing to learn how to keep each one safe depending on what the owner wants. I am also willing and open to being recorded on home security cameras to build that trust, as I have them in my home as well to watch over my cats. I provide a quiet, peaceful environment for your pet or I can play for hours until they are tired!
About: I have had a dog for 8 years and have taken care of him. In addition, I have interacted with many different kinds of dogs and volunteer at the Roanoke and Montgomery County shelters. I currently attend college, but whenever I am home I take care of my dog. I take care of him daily, and I pay attention to his needs I walk my dog, feed him, give him water, play with him, brush him, clean and moisturize his paws, and make sure he is up to date on medications
About: I have worked at a humane society shelter as a volunteer for years in Michigan. I have fostered animals as well as helped dogs and cats give birth. I have experience with pet sitting and taking care of pets. I believe pets are our children. I have open flexibility and can give many references on how trust worthy i am as i owned a cleaning business here in nrv for 10 plus years licensed and insured. While at a clients home I will make sure the home stays cleaned up from the pet and goes on its normal scheduled walks and or care. While the pet is at my home it will have its own personal area that is kept well and it won't interact with our cats. Walks and playtime will be included.

About: I take care of pets for family when they need it and have experience caring for older pets, puppies, and those with special care instructions. My schedule is pretty flexible so I can take time to walk dogs during the day. I’m most available during the weekend and after 5 pm for over night boarding, but can potentially accommodate other schedules. I have no pets, so my home is perfect for less friendly pets. Crates will need to provided if they are needed for your pet, but I’m willing to keep up with their routine.
“Courtney & Kam were amazing! We had a super informative meet and greet in the beginning. They had my boy over Christmas and I got pictures every day. I could tell how happy he was there. When I picked him up, he was super happy to see me, but I could also tell he was kind of sad to leave them. They went on many hiking adventures and he came back just as clean. Courtney & Kam were super flexible with the time, especially when I had to extend my trip a couple days early. Overall, I would recommend them. I could tell they loved my pup with all their heart!!
