About: My childhood was filled of all kinds of pets and pups. My whole life I've always had at least 3 fury babies in my life. I was intrigued by how intelligent our pets are so I began to work with them. I'm very good with all kinds of training from pups, teens, to our grandparent's. About: I have worked in a small animal hospital for 15 years. Did equine vet tech For 5 years before returning to small animal with limited exotic animal medicine. I have experience with cats dogs horses And most rodents and personally own a snake. Limited experience with birds and reptiles. I went to school at SUNY Delhi for vet tech and SUNY cobleskill for horse training. My own dog is hand raised so I am familiar with dog care at all life stages. My cat is adopted and thinks she is a dog! And one of my horses is geriatric so I understand all of her special needs. Total per count is 2 dogs a cat 2 horses and a snake. I can give medications, do first aid treatment, and assist with basic medical procedures. No such thing as too needy of an animal! I like fur babies more than I like people most days :) Insured through PCI for cats dogs and pocket pets! I work as a vet tech at an animal hospital so am primarily available for walk after 6 pm during most week days, and am available all day on weekends! “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Penny and Evan. I had a last-minute, same-day request for someone to watch my two dogs, Bella and Milo. Bella has severe anxiety (just like her mama) and takes medication three times a day, so leaving her is never easy for me. When I came across Penny and Evan’s profile and saw their picture, I immediately felt at peace. I just knew these were the people I wanted caring for my babies. They accepted my request quickly, and within a few hours I was able to bring Bella and Milo to their home. From the moment we arrived, Penny was warm, kind, and incredibly welcoming. She thoughtfully explained their setup, including a separate area in case bigger dogs were present, which gave me even more confidence in their safety and comfort. That level of thoroughness meant so much to me. When I left, I truly had zero worries. That says everything. Even though I was only gone one night, I received multiple updates, pictures, and even a video. I could see my dogs were relaxed and felt safe — which is especially important for my anxious Bella girl. Seeing her calm brought me more relief than I can explain. When I picked them up, they greeted me with all the kisses I could possibly dream of. Milo even turned back as if he wanted to say goodbye to Penny, which told me everything I needed to know. They were content on the ride home — either completely relaxed or happily worn out from their wonderful adventure! Because of Bella’s anxiety, I have often avoided traveling or visiting family. We’ve tried multiple medications and behavioral treatments over the years. Finding Penny and Evan feels like such a blessing. They reassured me that my babies were happy and that they look forward to seeing them again — and I truly believe it. I come and go as i please for work; and make my own schedule/hours. So attending to your pet all day is no issue what so ever. I am a die hard animal lover, so I would care for your pet the way I care for mine. I have experience in giving oral meds by hand, and adding meds onto food etc. I have a picky eater, so if you have a picky eater and need someone who can manage, i am your girl! I would rather hand feed your dog than them just not eat due to stress/anxiety. I am a picture guru, so you will receive pics even if you don’t ask for them. I only ask that you are honest with me when it comes to the needs your pet has and the needs you as an individual expect. I have been in the customer service industry for a very very long time; and communication is key, ALWAYS. Now that i’ve written a novel, i am easy to get ahold of with any questions, comments, or concerns! I look forward to caring for your critters! I work from home full time and have a very large fenced in backyard at my house! I am able to let your dog out as much or as little as you’d like! I sit at home all day and work with my 2 goldens so they are spoiled plum rotten! I am able to care for your pets by providing multiple updates throughout your pets stay, as well as plenty of pictures. I am able to follow specific guidelines given to me by clients to ensure their pet has a safe stay at my home
About: I have been dog sitting since my freshman year of high school to raise money for a school trip to Costa Rica that I attended in 2023. I am currently available anytime of the week. I am willing to stay overnight if needed. Or even stopping by to walk/let out the pets. I would rather not do it in my home just because I do not have a fenced in yard and I have three other dogs in my home.
