One of the things I appreciated most was that he wasn’t placed in a kennel like he had been with a previous boarder. It’s not easy leaving your dog for two weeks, especially when you’re far away, but I never had to worry about whether Bodie was being well cared for. I’ve raised my dog, Nikka, since she was 7 weeks old and am fully comfortable handling medications, special feeding, and high-needs care for pets of all types. Pet care fits around the day, not the other way around. Mornings start with a walk and breakfast, mid-day gets a longer outing or backyard time, and evenings are for hanging out. I keep a routine but I'm flexible when a pet needs something different. I treat a client's home like my own. Dogs get their normal routine kept intact, walks, meals, and meds on the same schedule they're used to, plus plenty of company so it doesn't feel like a kennel. For dogs, I did walks, gave bathroom breaks, play time, cleaned up accidents, and fed them. For cats I'll do the same, except walks. I am available everyday for the foresable future, on the bright side that leaves me with no commitments where I won't be able to watch your pets For my own cats, I fill the water and food bowls daily, as well as clean the litter boxes. Throughout the day I provide them with affection or a warm lap/bed. For dogs I will make sure they're completely safe outside and watch for any other dogs or cars. About: I have always had a dog for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and I love them. We currently have two dogs. I have a male Golden doodle named Bo and a female Teddy Bear named Annie. I like to walk the dogs for two 30 minute walks a day. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have a 7 year old, 10 year old, 13 year old and 16 year old at home. Everyone loves dogs. We have a routine with the dogs and they are part of the family. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I am a firm believer that dogs need to be walked. I walk my dogs for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon on a walking path behind my house. I keep jingle bells on my door and my dogs ring them to go outside to potty. I have options to separate dogs if necessary. Dogs are separated at feeding time.

I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment with plenty of supervised playtime, regular potty breaks, and time to relax. I follow each pet’s feeding schedule and any special instructions closely, including medications if needed. Because I’m home most of the day, I’m able to give them lots of attention, affection, and structure, while using my dog training experience to reinforce good behavior and keep interactions positive and safe.
About: I have experience with small, medium, and large dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish. I grew up in a household with Pit Bulls, cats, and occasionally ducks and fish. “Jessica was amazing! She walked my two dogs, a high strung chihuahua and elderly dog (14 y.o.), for 30min for 4 days. She reached out and asked if I wanted her to meet the dogs before walking them which was great. The chihuahua tends to bark his head off at strangers, and I wasn't sure how he'd react (he ended up running away from her the first day for 15min, sorry Jessica). The older dog had diarrhea throughout the house one day, and cleaning up after something like that isn't really what I consider her job. I told her she didn't need to worry about it, and I'd deal with it when I got back. However, she ended up cleaning up as much as she could anyways (that's going to be a big tip). Besides my dogs being a huge pain. She always responded quickly and sent a lot of pictures from the walks.”
About: I’ve been working with dogs since I was a kid, starting on a farm where I helped train and care for service dogs. Whether your pup wants a rugged adventure hike or a quick stroll through the neighborhood, I’m happy to match their energy. I’ve raised my dog, Nikka, since she was 7 weeks old and am fully comfortable handling medications, special feeding, and high-needs care for pets of all types. Pet care fits around the day, not the other way around. Mornings start with a walk and breakfast, mid-day gets a longer outing or backyard time, and evenings are for hanging out. I keep a routine but I'm flexible when a pet needs something different. I treat a client's home like my own. Dogs get their normal routine kept intact, walks, meals, and meds on the same schedule they're used to, plus plenty of company so it doesn't feel like a kennel. I keep things clean, send updates with photos, and follow whatever house rules the owner leaves. Nikka comes along when it's allowed, but only after everyone had a successful meet & greet.

About: I’ve had plenty of dogs my entire life as well as taken care of friends and families dogs. Overnight, check ins or walking. I love walking dogs especially and playing with all animals. I will provide a safe, caring, and loving environment for your pets so you’re worry free while away from them! Currently between jobs and am a full time online college student. So I am pretty flexible!! If something doesn’t work i’ll just make that clear but I do not have many scheduled things in my day to day. I don’t mind doing feeding, walking, play time! Also don’t mind light clean up if they make a mess while you are gone. My dogs are kind of crazy so I understand messes happen! My dogs have an open back yard but if your dog is trained to walk I will be happy to take them out that way. My dogs get plenty of play time mainly with each other but i’ve done plenty of play time with them myself and can incorporate that with you dogs if they require play time! I also have dealt with older and sick dogs so I know how to be gentle and handle that. I have also had my own cat and watched others, I adore cats. Mine was sick for a while so i’m familiar with oral medication for cats and soothing cats’ anxieties as mine suffered heavily from unknown anxiety.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was the age of six and I have a great way and love with them . My schedule varies weekly as I have a college retention student job and I get off pretty late but I’m very flexible. I can always work around getting your pet taken care of! I care for them with love and with their necessities as needed on a daily bases whether it’s taking them out for a walk twice a day or feeding them twice a day as well or any extra care like giving them their meds as needed as well.

About: I've watched pets of family and friends since I was a kid and always enjoyed it. I always make sure to spend plenty of time and give them as much attention as they want. For dogs, I did walks, gave bathroom breaks, play time, cleaned up accidents, and fed them. For cats I'll do the same, except walks. I am available everyday for the foresable future, on the bright side that leaves me with no commitments where I won't be able to watch your pets For my own cats, I fill the water and food bowls daily, as well as clean the litter boxes. Throughout the day I provide them with affection or a warm lap/bed. For dogs I will make sure they're completely safe outside and watch for any other dogs or cars. Inside I will do the same with my cats.

One of the things I appreciated most was that he wasn’t placed in a kennel like he had been with a previous boarder. It’s not easy leaving your dog for two weeks, especially when you’re far away, but I never had to worry about whether Bodie was being well cared for.
