“We came to VA to bring our son to college, the furbaby was slightly in the way (please don’t tell him I said that!)…so, I contacted Tyrah and she responded immediately and was willing to take our baby with short notice. Tyrah was an absolute god send. She was so polite, her place is super clean— I think my baby came back cleaner than I left him! lol… She sent me daily pictures of my baby settling in just fine with her. He came back mild mannered with his lover boy cuddly personality (usually he comes back from sitters pretty rowdy and jumpy), but not this time. I honestly couldn’t tell he had been away. As much as I want to keep Tyrah a secret (and take her back to GA with me), I’ll tell y’all how great she is and what an amazing gem you have in the Hampton area! She truly was the best! We were updated often throughout the day and throughout the duration of our Tater Tot's stay. I love that our puppy was able to have a playmate to socialize with and learn from, even while he was away from us and his usual training. It really broke my heart to leave him for the first time while on vacation, but now I don't feel the slightest bit nervous about leaving him with them for future vacations and I know Tater is also anticipating his next stay to see his little friend! About: I can feed meals of pet food ,walk on leash in your area, cleanup after pets on walks with your baggie and yard, love to feed treats from your home, love play time and brushing pets, I believe they love to be talk to ( at least my pets do) . I have only 1 corgi Louie in my my home .I have had up to 4 corgi's in my home in the past. I have pet sit for many friends when out of town. Everyone in my family has a dog or cat so I have plenty of experience. However I can brush your dog or wipe their paws off if needed but I do not bath or trim nails in service. I am use to training my dogs to walk if helpful to you. However i am not a certified dog trainer

About: I used to have another rover account and dog watching was my full time job for about 3 years. I quit for a little bit but now I am a stay at home mom and have a 4 1/2 year old golden who loves everyone and just wants some friends to play with. I am a stay at home mom and have a dog of my own so adding a few more never hurts. My golden daisy is my child she is so spoiled and if you trust me with your dog they will be too. About: I've worked in animal welfare & shelters since 2015. I have lots of experience working with dogs and cats with various personalities and needs. I personally own 3 dogs and several cats all at various ages. One of my cats is disabled- and I've owned and worked with dogs and cats that have special needs (seziures, CH, deaf, blind), take daily medications, and possess specific breed traits/personalities that can't make them difficult to manage. Currently work remote and have a large amount of flexibility in between travel for work. I can prov8de limited boarding in home- dogs must be able to coexhist with cats, be able to be crated and/or left in a single room unattended, and be respectful of baby gates. I do have a separate space for cats that is easier to manage. Current cats in the home do free roams but there is an entire space devoted to the dogs in the home. Can crate and rotate as needed and care for up to 2 dogs if everyone can get along. In your home I prefer to stick to as close of a routine that you provide them with- from their potty breaks to morning and evening walks. Staying as consistent as possible can help provide a relaxing trip for you and your pet.
About: As a former Air Force Medical Technician I have medical experience with humans, for the past nine years I have cared for many pets with medications. If your baby needs daily medication (eye drops, ear drops, pills or injections) I can easily accomplish on schedule. Our Bernedoodle, Claira, loves other dogs and cats! About: I've taken care of pets from dogs to lizards since I was 12, and have been doing drop-ins and house-sitting for family, friends, and my community for as long as I've been able to drive. I'm able to give meds for older dogs with more needs, and have trained my own dogs well in obedience training, so I have plenty of experience with a firm voice for more unruly dogs that need a little extra attention. I'm good with all animals (even the wild ones), and have experience caring for animals that need to stay separated, and am willing and able to adapt to any family I need. About: I used to work for farmville Va animal shelter for two years,I worked for a private dog boarding center for a year, and I used to have a small business for a year in Farmville Va for pet sitting. I adore and love animals with all my heart, growing up wasn’t easy but having a friendly face such as a pet made it a lot easier. I rescued my hound, Mrs Eve and she has been the best blessing I could ask for. I found her on the side of the road super sick and could barely walk, so I took her to the shelter and adopted her on Christmas Eve! She is up to date with all of her shots and is in very good health! When I found her they believed she was 6-7 weeks old but she was actually 6 months old but was super sick from parasites eating her from inside-out, now she is four years old and living her best life! When I pet sit, I treat the animals as my own! I enjoy being the only sitter with the animals, as I love their love and affection! I am a full caretaker of my dog as well! I work on the weekends so my week days are usually free! Me and my husband have a routine with our dog so we walk her before heading to work and as soon as we get home we walk her as well. She does have food down throughout the day but usually only eats if we are home from work as she sleeps all day! We play with her and her mountain of toys when we come home from work. We do trails/beach walk with her on days we are not busy or working as she deserves to have adventures as well! She sometimes sees our neighbors Dog outside so we allow them two to play together for a little before returning inside! I only have my hound dog Mrs Eve and she stays indoors as we live in an apartment but me and my husband goes on trails with her,take her outside a lot throughout the day and when we aren’t home we have a Roku camera watching her to make sure she is safe! Our neighbor has our number incase of any danger to the building because we would drop anything for the safety of our child (our dog Eve)!
About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 14, caring for pets both in my own home and in their homes while their families are away. Over the years, I’ve gained plenty of experience making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust with your furry family members! I work from 8:00 AM–5:30 PM on weekdays, but I have a lengthy break during the day that gives me flexibility for walks, drop-ins, potty breaks, and plenty of attention. “We came to VA to bring our son to college, the furbaby was slightly in the way (please don’t tell him I said that!)…so, I contacted Tyrah and she responded immediately and was willing to take our baby with short notice. Tyrah was an absolute god send. She was so polite, her place is super clean— I think my baby came back cleaner than I left him! lol… She sent me daily pictures of my baby settling in just fine with her. He came back mild mannered with his lover boy cuddly personality (usually he comes back from sitters pretty rowdy and jumpy), but not this time. I honestly couldn’t tell he had been away. As much as I want to keep Tyrah a secret (and take her back to GA with me), I’ll tell y’all how great she is and what an amazing gem you have in the Hampton area! She truly was the best!
